Abstract

This study aims to describe how the Quality of Public Service in the Population Administration Sector in Mataindaha Village, Pasi Kolaga District, Muna Regency, using several dimensions to measure the quality of service, namely: (1) Tangibles (physical evidence), (2) reliability, (3) responsiveness, (4) assurance, and (5) empathy. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. With 10 (ten) research informants. Data collection techniques in this study consist of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques consist of data reduction, data presentation (data display), and drawing conclusions. The results of this study reveal that the dimensions (1) tangibles are still lacking and need to be completed immediately. (2) assurance is also still lacking, which is indicated by village officials who have not been able to provide fast and timely services. While other dimensions such as (3) reliability. (4) responsiveness. (5) Empathy is good, where the apparatus is responsive in helping the community and is willing to re-explain service procedures that the community does not yet understand.

Abstract

The poor curiosity about class VIII Islamic Religious Education students' background topics at SMPN 2 Nan Sabaris, Padang Pariaman Regency, inspired this study. The absence of feedback between instructors and students, the lack of attention of students when the teacher explains the courses, shows that the motivation of class VIII students in studying in Islamic Religious Education is still poor at SMPN 2 Nan Sabaris Padang Pariaman Regency. Thus, this study is to investigate if rewarding students in the Islamic Religious Education class VIII SMPN 2 Nan Sabaris Padang Pariaman Regency influences their enthusiasm in studying. Although the study technique is correlational, the kind of research carried out is quantitative. Two variables make up this study variable: y, variabel terikat; variabel independen (x), of which the former is incentives and the latter students' enthusiasm in learning. 66 class VIII pupils from SMPN 2 Nan Sabaris, Padang Pariaman Regency, 2023/2024 academic year comprised the population of this research. Saturated or total samples are used in sampling such that the whole population is chosen as the sample. Students participate in a questionnaire on incentives and enthusiasm in learning, therefore gathering data. Giving prizes to pupils influences their enthusiasm in studying at the SMPN 2 Nan Sabaris, Padang Pariaman Regency class VIII Islamic Religious Education course. The statistical test reveals that the t value = 3.173 with a significance value of 0.002 indicates Ho rejected and Ha accepted, so influencing students' interest in learning in Islamic Religious Education subjects at SMPN 2 Nan Sabaris Padang Pariaman Regency.

Abstract

purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job training and work motivation on employee performance at the Pekanbaru Forestry Training Office. The sample in this study was 44 employees of the Pekanbaru Forestry Training Office. The variables studied in this study were job training (X1), work motivation (X2), and employee performance (Y). The data analysis used multiple regression methods using validation tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression tests, classical assumption tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, partial tests (t-tests), and determinant coefficients (R2). The test was carried out in order to determine the effect of independent variables (independent) and dependent variables. Based on the results of the study, job training (X1), work motivation (X2), and have an effect on employee performance (Y) with an R value of 0.601 which indicates a positive relationship between job training (X1), work motivation (X2), and employee performance (Y) at the Pekanbaru Forestry Training Office. While R square is obtained as much as 0.61 which indicates a positive relationship direction between job training (X1), work motivation (X2), and employee performance (Y) at the Pekanbaru forestry training office. Partially obtained job training (X1), work motivation (X2) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) at the Pekanbaru forestry training office with a significance of 0.001 smaller than 0.05 multiple linear regression equation as follows: Y = 1.749 + 0.347 Job Training + 0.526 Work Motivation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji penerapan kebijakan Rencana Tata Ruang Wilayah (RTRW) di Kota Gorontalo dengan menitikberatkan pada pemanfaatan Pasar Sentral sebagai studi kasus. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami bagaimana kebijakan RTRW dijalankan serta factor-faktor yang memengaruhi efektivitasnya. Metode yang digunakan bersifat deskripstif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan kebijakan RTRW di Kota Gorontalo masih belum berjalan secara optimal. Beberapa faktor utama yang menjadi kendala antara lain: 1) kurangnya sosialisasi kebijakan kepada Masyarakat dan pedagang, 2) keterbatasan sumber daya baik dari segi keuangan maupun tenaga ahli, 3) kurangnya proaktivitas pelaksana kebijakan dalam menegakkan aturan serta menangani pelanggaran tata ruang, dan 4) birokrasi yang masih kompleks dengan koordinasi yang lemah antar instansi terkait. Penelitian ini menekankan bahwa diperlukan pengawasan yang lebih ketat, sosialisasi kebijakan yang lebih luas, serta sinergi antara pemerintah dan Masyarakat sangat diperlukan untuk menciptakan tata ruang wilayah yang lebih tertata, nyaman, dan produktif.

Abstract

Digital transformation in payment systems has driven the adoption of the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) as a more efficient transaction method for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This study aims to analyze the influence of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use on the decision to use QRIS, both directly and through interest as a mediating variable. The sample taken in this study was 97 MSME respondents. The research method used was Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 3.0, based on data collected from MSMEs in Tanjung Duren Utara Village. The results showed that perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use had a significant influence on the decision to use QRIS. In addition, interest proved to be a significant mediating variable, which strengthened the relationship between the two perception factors and the decision to use QRIS. The Q² value obtained showed that this research model had strong predictive ability, with the main contribution coming from perceived usefulness. This indicates that MSME actors are more likely to use QRIS if they feel that this technology provides real benefits in their business operations. Therefore, increasing QRIS adoption can be driven by educational and promotional strategies that emphasize the benefits and ease of use for MSMEs.

Abstract

The use of slang is increasingly widespread among young children due to developments in technology and social media. This language has a positive impact in improving children's communication skills and social conditions, but it also has the potential to reduce understanding of good and correct Indonesian. This research aims to analyze the impact of using slang on Indonesian in early childhood and find solutions to reduce its negative impact. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method with data collection through observation and literature analysis. The research results show that the use of slang can enrich children's vocabulary, but also cause difficulties in academic situations and formal communication. Therefore, the role of parents and teachers is very important in guiding children to differentiate between formal and informal language use.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the application of independent learning on AL-Qur'an hadith material at MTsN 7 Agam and describe the steps for implementing independent learning on AL-Qur'an hadith material at MTsN 7 Agam. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method with data collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that the application of independent learning methods at MTsN 7 Agam is by memorizing verses or hadiths related to the material, by being given assignments to understand the material, and by studying in groups in the classroom. There are several steps in implementing independent learning at MTsN 7 religions including: 1). Set a regular schedule. 2). ⁠Using reading sources such as books and the Koran.3). Determine a comfortable learning environment. 4). Consistent in learning.5). Monitor and evaluate Progress.6). Seek guidance if you have difficulty. Apart from the steps and implementation, there are also obstacles in implementing this independent learning method, the obstacles that hinder the implementation of independent learning at MTsN 7 Agam are: lack of motivation within students and interference from their environment.

Abstract

 This study aims to find out, understand and explain the implementation of legal protection for children in the investigation process at the Jayapura City Police and the obstacles in the implementation of legal protection for children in Jayapura City. The research method used in this study is normative juridical, namely reviewing the applicable laws and regulations and the discussion in this study is normative. The discussion in question is intended to review rational structures, applicable legal systems, this is done for scientific processing of normative legal materials, so that the formation of law will be more professional. The results of this study reveal that the implementation of legal protection for children in the investigation process at the Jayapura City Police is still limited, because in terms of its regulations in this case the SPPA law has responded to the Convention on the Rights of the Child compared to previous laws. While the obstacles in the implementation of legal protection for children in Jayapura City are distinguished from internal and external aspects. Internal obstacles are mainly in terms of limited human resources, lack of experts, especially psychologists and psychiatrists, lack of finance, facilities and infrastructure. Abstract

Islam is the second largest religion in the world, which means that many people in the world are Muslim. With the large number of Muslims (followers of Islam), it is urgent for psychology or mental health practitioners to provide services that are appropriate for Muslims. The therapeutic approach as a psychological service for Muslims can be done with a religious approach (psychoreligion) especially with their worship practices. Prayer is one of the worship practices that can provide many psychological benefits for Muslims who carry it out, including relieving stress, increasing subjective well-being, interpersonal sensitivity and others. So that prayer can be an alternative psychotherapy for Muslim patients as a therapeutic process that helps improve their mental health. This article aims to integrate religiosity and psychotherapy.

Abstract

Background The life of the Prophet Muhammad SAW is based on a rich and profound story about a man who became a role model for mankind. Muhammad was born in Mecca in 570 AD and grew up in a difficult environment, experiencing loss and hardship from an early age. However, his noble qualities such as honesty, wisdom, and compassion for others formed a strong personality and became the foundation of future leadership. As a prophet, Muhammad received revelations from Allah which later became the foundation of Islamic teachings. The exemplary behavior and positive values of the Khulafaurrasyidin are very important in developing Muslim character. The exemplary behavior of the Khulafaurrasyidin is a reference or source for Muslims in developing good character and behavior according to Islamic teachings.
