Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui gambaran kinerja pegawai, Etos Kerja dan Iklim Organisasi; (2) menganalisis pengaruh Etos kerja dan Iklim Organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai Kantor Badan Perencanaan, Penelitian dan Pengembangan Kabupaten Sikka, berjumlah 56 orang. Karena populasinya terbatas, maka penelitian ini dilakukan secara sensus atau sampling jenuh. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuisioner dan dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif dan statistik inferensial yaitu regresi linier berganda. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan melalui uji F dan uji t. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukan bahwa variabel kinerja pegawai, Etos Kerja dan Iklim Organisasi dikategorikan baik. Hasil statistik uji t menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel Etos Kerja dan Iklim Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil statistik uji F menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel Etos Kerja dan Iklim Organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,408 yang berarti bahwa kontribusi variabel etos kerja dan iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 16,7% pada kantor badan perencanaan, penelitian dan pengembangan kabupaten sikka.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of Psychological Well-being as a mediator of Nature Related (NR) with Performance in natural dye weavers. Data collection using the modified NR scale from Adiwena & Djuwita, the modified Psychological Well-being Scale from Ryff & Keyes (1995) and the Performance Scale from Ramos-Villagrasa et al. (2019) on 157 natural dye weavers. Data analysis using regression with mediators. The results of the study show that Psychological Well-being can mediate NR and Performance (P-Value = 0.05) with an influence value of 0.141. The mediating role of Psychological Well-being complements previous studies that show the relationship between Nature Related, Psychological Well-being and Performance but have not placed Psychological Well-being as a mediator, especially in the context of non-formal work such as natural dye weavers.

Abstract

The Department of Population and Civil Registration of Sikka Regency is one of the public administration service providers in the East Nusa Tenggara region. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of functional position assignments in improving public service performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Sikka Regency. The equalization of administrative positions into functional positions provides opportunities to clarify the roles and responsibilities of each employee in delivering services. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method, describing how effective the assignment of functional positions is in enhancing public service performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Sikka Regency. The assignment of functional positions at the Department of Population and Civil Registration (Disdukcapil) of Sikka Regency has proven effective in improving public service performance. Functional positions oriented towards specific competencies and expertise strengthen the management of population and civil registration data accurately, systematically, and professionally.

Abstract

research with the title Analysis of Financial Performance in Langir Village in 2022 and 2023. The aim of this research is to determine the performance of the Langir Village Government for the 2022 and 2024 fiscal years based on the decentralization ratio, Independence Ratio, Dependency Ratio, and Expenditure Effectiveness Ratio. The analytical method used is a qualitative approach. The research results show that the financial performance of the Langir Village Government for the 2022 and 2023 budget years based on the Decentralization ratio is still very low, the financial independence ratio is still very low, the dependency ratio shows that the level of dependence on the central and provincial governments is still very high, while based on the efficiency ratio it is still less efficient. This is caused by delays in signing and spending is still greater than income.

Abstract

PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) (PLN) is one of Indonesia's largest state-owned enterprises (SOEs) responsible for providing electrical energy to the public and industries. This study aims to analyze the financial performance of PT PLN (Persero) during the 2021-2023 period through financial ratios, including solvency, liquidity, and profitability ratios. The data used is sourced from the annual reports of PT PLN (Persero) and analyzed using a quantitative descriptive approach. The results show a positive trend in the company's financial performance. The solvency ratio, as indicated by the debt to equity ratio, decreased from 42.71% in 2021 to 39.01% in 2023, reflecting the company's efforts to reduce debt levels. Liquidity ratios, including the current ratio and cash ratio, demonstrated significant improvements, indicating the company's enhanced ability to meet its short-term obligations. Profitability ratios such as return on equity (ROE) and return on assets (ROA) also increased, reflecting the efficiency of asset management and effective investment strategies. This study concludes that PT PLN (Persero) showed improved financial performance during the study period. For better financial sustainability, it is recommended that the company prioritize the use of retained earnings and equity capital to reduce reliance on debt and optimize asset management to support financial growth.

Abstract

Laporan magang ini bertujuan untuk (1) Untuk mengetahui Implementasi penetapan strategi dalam peningkatan penjualan pada Apotek Winola Medika Jl. Wairklau, Kel. Kota Uneng, Kec. Alok Kab. Sikka (2) Untuk melaksanakan dan melaporkan hasil Magang di Apotek Winola Medika, di Jalan Wairklau, Kelurahan Kota Uneng, Kecamatan, Alok Kabupaten Sikka yang sudah dilaksanakan oleh Penulis.Kegiatan magang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 12 Agustus 2024 sampai dengan 16 Desember 2024 dan bertempat di Apotek Winola Medika Maumere, Jalan Wairklau, Kelurahan Kota Uneng, Kecamatan Alok, Kabupaten Sikka.Hasil kegiatan magang yang telah penulis peroleh adalah (1) Penerapan strategi dalam peningkatan penjualan pada Apotek Winola disetiap tahun secara tidak konsisten dan tidak seimbang dalam memperoleh pendapatan ataupun laba bersih dikarenakan faktor internal dan faktor eksternalnya yang berpengaruh terhadap hasil pendapatan penjualan pada ApoteK Winola Medika, (2) Apotek Winola Medika berada pada fase yang mana fokus pada mempertahankan kualitas produk pelayanan barang dan jasa untuk dengan memperkuat strategi melalui manajemen strategi yang terpadu berdasarkan visi, misi dan tujuan, penerapan, kolaborasi dan evaluasi didasari faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tumbuh kembangnya untuk bisa memberikan peluang daya saing dalam mempertahankan secara konsisten pendapat yang meningkat disetiap tahunnya.

Abstract

This study aims to find out what factors are supporting and inhibiting in the credit card marketing process and to find out the marketing strategies carried out by the marketing staff of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Maumere Branch Office in promoting or marketing credit card products. The design of this study uses a qualitative approach to understand the credit card marketing strategy in PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Maumere Branch Office. Data were collected through interviews and analyzed qualitatively. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that credit card marketing is supported by factors such as a wide merchant network, ease of application, and effective marketing strategies, but is faced with challenges such as limited merchants in certain regions, low financial literacy, and competition with digital payment methods. Through Kearns' SWOT analysis, BNI Maumere Branch can implement the SO strategy by leveraging its strengths to seize opportunities, such as expanding cooperation with the education and tourism sectors and offering locally-based reward programs. The WO strategy is focused on improving financial literacy and incentives for small merchants. ST's strategy is used to strengthen customer service and highlight product excellence in the face of digital competition, while WT's strategy focuses on reducing costs and increasing transparency to attract more customers and strengthen competitiveness in the market.

Abstract

Maumere memiliki banyak destinasi wisata, semua jenis obyek wisata mulai dari pegunungan, air terjun, taman nasional, pantai, hingga perbukitan ada di Maumere. Maumere memiliki wisata pantai dan jasa perhotelan/resort dengan penawaran fasilitas dan jasa yang memukau. Industri pariwisata khususnya pada bidang perhotelan menjadi salah satu sektor industri yang juga memiliki pengaruh di dalam perkembangan ekonomi di Maumere namun terdapat fluktuasi jumlah tamu yang menginap. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pengalaman pelanggan terhadap niat kunjungan kembali yang dimediasi oleh emosi positif di Budi Sun Hotel Maumere. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Ukuran sampel yang diperlukan untuk analisis PLS adalah minimal 100 responden Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3.3.3. Hasil analisis menggunakan aplikasi Smart PLS menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pengalaman pelanggan berpengaruh positif terhadap niat kunjungan kembali, dan emosi positif berfungsi sebagai mediator yang signifikan. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan bagi manajemen hotel dalam meningkatkan pengalaman pelanggan untuk mendorong kunjungan kembali. Kualitas Pengalamandapat mempengaruhi Niat Mengunjungi Kembali baik secara langsung maupun dimediasi oleh Emosi Positif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh produk ramah lingkungan (Green Product) dan citra merek (brand image) terhadap niat beli (purchase intention) di BudiSun Resort Maumere. Dalam era kesadaran lingkungan yang semakin meningkat, konsumen cenderung mempertimbangkan faktor keberlanjutan dalam keputusan pembelian mereka. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk memahami bagaimana atribut produk ramah lingkungan dan citra merek dapat memengaruhi niat beli konsumen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan yang pernah menginap di BudiSun Resort Maumere. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan kriteria responden yang berusia di atas 18 tahun dan pernah menginap di resort tersebut. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 200 responden, sesuai dengan rekomendasi Hair et al. (2019) untuk analisis dengan regresi linier berganda. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner yang terdiri dari variabel Green Product, brand image, dan purchase intention, yang diukur menggunakan skala Likert 5 poin. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan metode regresi linier berganda menggunakan software SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Green Product memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Purchase Intention. Demikian pula, Brand Image yang kuat berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap Purchase Intention BudiSun Resort Maumere. Green Product dan Brand Image secara simultan berpengaruh siginifikan terhadap Purchase Intention. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa strategi pemasaran yang berfokus pada aspek keberlanjutan dan penguatan citra merek dapat meningkatkan daya tarik bisnis pariwisata ramah lingkungan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini memberikan wawasan bagi pengelola BudiSun Resort Maumere dalam merancang strategi pemasaran yang lebih efektif dengan menekankan aspek keberlanjutan dan membangun citra merek yang positif di mata konsumen.

Abstract

Nowadays, the development of the world of technology and information has a great influence on our daily lives. This is marked by the increasing number of new products circulating in the market. To be able to win market share of sales, a strategy is needed. One of the strategies carried out by the company is with a marketing mix pattern consisting of products, prices, venues and distribution. The most used product is Nokia Mobile Phones. To determine the analysis of the influence of the free bound variable, multiple regression analysis was used through a computer with the SPSS Release program with a validity and realiginess test The coefficient of determination (R square) was 0.793. But the number of variables is more than two, then an adjudted square of 0.726 is used, meaning that the change Y (buying decision) is determined by a free variable of 72.6%. The correlation coefficient of the overall independent variable (multiple R) is 0.891 or 8.9%, meaning that the relationship between the purchase decision and the independent variable is strong. Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that the influence of the marketing mix on consumer decisions in buying Nokia Mobile phones in South Ende District, Ende Regency can be said to be very influential Thus the expected target for the public to decide to buy products with trusted brands so that consumer satisfaction can be trusted.
