Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of knowledge, promotion, religiosity, and consumer income on decision-making to become financing customers at KSPPS BMT Nurul Jannah Gresik. The results of this study indicate that knowledge (X1) has a partially positive and significant influence on customer decisions. This is based on the results of the t-test of knowledge = 3.122, then T count > T table or 3.122 > 1.664, with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. This is based on the results of T count Promotion = 1.367, then T count > T table, or 1.367 > 1.664 with a significance value of 0.175 > 0.05. Religiosity (X3) has a positive and partially significant effect on customer decisions, this is based on the results of T count: Religiosity = 2.093, then T count > T table, or 2.093 > 1.664, with a significance value of 0.039 < 0.05. Income (X4) has a positive and partially significant effect on customer decisions, this is based on the results of T count Income = 6,500, then T count > T table or 6,500 > 1.664 with a significance value of 0,000 < 0.05. R square value shows 0.744, or the equivalent of 74.4%

Abstract

This study aims to explain the effect of applying the service dimension on customer satisfaction. Quality service is a comparison between the service felt by customers and the quality of service that customers expect through its dimensions. Research is descriptive and quantitative, looking for causality between the variables studied. This research focused on 100 sample people who were customers of Mixue start-up products located in Depok, West Java, and surrounding areas. Data collection used questionnaires and was obtained using the SEM method of path analysis. The results showed that of the five dimensions of service, one, namely responsiveness, did not have a significant influence on customer satisfaction. The validity test results show that all question items are valid, and the research model is feasible or reliable to use. This study also resulted in a squared multiple correlation (R2) value of 0.604, where customer satisfaction can be explained by service dimensions of 60.4%

Abstract

Mrs. Devi's Sambal business named "SohibKoe" is one of the businesses in the culinary field which is growing rapidly in Indonesia or what is commonly called Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM). In this business, the problems faced are the price and limitations of raw materials and the number of customers also affect the increase in profits which makes Sambal run out quickly with an uncertain time which makes the profit earned not maximized. This research was conducted with the aim of formulating problem-solving in profit optimization in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) from Mrs. Devi's Sambal SohibKoe business. The simplex method is a way to solve linear programming problems where a repetition of mathematical procedures is carried out to test corner points so that an optimal solution is found. The data used in the research conducted is data obtained directly from interviews with Mrs. Devi as a seller of SohibKoe chili sauce. Based on research through the simplex method linear program, the results of optimization calculations obtained include stating that the maximum profit per week is 155,000 with a production amount of 8 bottles of sambal cumi petai and 7 bottles of Sambal Teri

Researchers used the phenomenological paradigm of social construction with data collection techniques of participant observation, field notes, and documentation studies. While data analysis uses the Miles Huberman model, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing on the data found. Oral literature is expected to be a medium for character education. The values and mandates contained in oral literature become a reference in learning ethics and morals. The protection of oral literature in the digital era is something that needs to be done to prevent the loss of oral literature
