Abstract

The village is the smallest government unit that has an important role in providing public services to the community. Along with the development of information technology, village governments are required to increase transparency and efficiency of services through the implementation of the Village Information System (SID). This study aims to analyze the influence of Village Information System (SID) management on improving the quality of public services and government transparency in Sepit Village, Keruak District, East Lombok Regency. The background of this study departs from the challenges faced by village governments in managing data and information efficiently and accountably in the digital era, where SID is one strategic solution. This study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive methods and data collection techniques through observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The results show that SID management plays a positive role in accelerating village administrative services and increasing public access to information. However, SID implementation has not been optimal due to several obstacles such as limited competency of village officials, inadequate technological infrastructure, and low digital literacy among the community. In addition, village transparency through SID is still not optimal due to minimal data updates and a lack of socialization to the community.

Abstract

Lack of motor skills training and limited knowledge about traditional games that can train children's motor skills also contribute to the development of children's motor skills. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effect of traditional games on children's gross motor skills at Al-Jam'iyatul Amaliyah Kindergarten, Gerumpung, Sepit Village. The approach and methods used were qualitative, utilizing data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews, and observations to obtain information about what we wanted to know. The method used in this study was descriptive qualitative. The data presented were descriptive or explanatory. This yielded very significant results based on the factual evidence found in this study. Therefore, it can be concluded that the average gross motor skills of children using traditional games significantly influenced the gross motor skills of children at Al-Jam'iyatul Amaliyah Kindergarten, Gerumpung, Sepit Village.

Abstract

Basically, the aim of Indonesian language lessons in schools is to educate children to be able to communicate well in Indonesian. This research was conducted with the following objectives: 1) To determine the model of application of picture story book learning media for Indonesian Language Lessons; 2) To determine the increase in students' reading after using picture story book learning media in Indonesian Language Lessons. This type of research is classroom action research whose implementation is divided into 2 cycles. Based on the results of the analysis that have been obtained from the pre-cycle, cycle I and cycle II, it shows an increase and improvement in the learning and teaching process from both students and teachers, in cycle II it shows that the results of student learning activities at the first meeting show activities that are classified as less active before the implementation of the cycle from the observation of daily teacher data as many as 3 students out of 10 students, after the implementation of the second meeting, student learning completeness is also still said to be quite active, while classical learning completeness is as many as 4 students out of 10 students.

Abstract

Education has a very important role for humans, both formal and non-formal, to develop basic abilities, both physical and spiritual, which can be developed as optimally as possible, so that humans can carry out their duties in life in the world. The aim of this research is to find out: what is the role of PAI teachers in efforts to build discipline character, responsibility, and supporting and inhibiting factors in the school. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The research subjects were school principals, head of student affairs and students. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews and documentation studies. The results of the research show that PAI teachers in their efforts to develop disciplined and responsible character demonstrate their roles, namely: the role of educator, the role of model and role model, and the role of motivator. In this effort to build character, there are supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation. Supporting factors come from teachers, parents, the environment. Then the inhibiting factor comes from peers.

Abstract

The sources of religious education are the Qur'an and the Hadith. The Qur'an holds the primary position for drawing upon other educational references. The Qur'an's universality encompasses all existing knowledge. The purpose of this study is to determine the efforts of Al-Qur`an Hadith teachers, supporting and inhibiting factors in improving the ability to read the Al-Qur`an of students. This type of research is qualitative research, while the data collection techniques include: interviews, observation and documentation, then researchers analyze to obtain the results of the study. The results of the research and analysis concluded that the supporting factors of Al-Qur`an Hadith teachers in improving the ability to read the Al-Qur`an are, the existence of extracurricular activities of tahfidz qur'an and adequate facilities and infrastructure. The factors that become obstacles are, there are still students who have not been able to read the Al-Qur`an, and the efforts of Al-Qur`an Hadith teachers in improving the ability to read the Al-Qur`an are, providing motivational injections, approaching, habituating Al-Qur`an tadarrus to students at each hour of Al-Qur`an Hadith lessons begin, and giving assignments/homework in the form of memorizing surahs related to the material discussed at each meeting.

Abstract

Media can be used to simplify or facilitate learning for students in abstract subjects. Media is also believed to help teachers simplify and overcome communication problems they encounter when teaching a given topic. This study aims to determine the effect of using map media in improving students' cognitive learning outcomes at SDN Negri 1 Mendana. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. This quantitative approach is an approach that describes or illustrates a problem or event using numbers or results in non-descriptive form. The results of the study found that the application of map media in improving students' cognitive learning outcomes at SDN Negri 1 Mendana experienced the expected increase. Maps are a perfect medium for enhancing student knowledge. Of the 20 samples used in the study, approximately 55% of maps significantly impacted student knowledge.

Abstract

Classroom management is an effort to create a comfortable learning atmosphere in the classroom during the teaching and learning process, mutually beneficial for both students and teachers. Good classroom management can optimally achieve learning objectives, both instructional and supplementary. Learning resources, such as guidebooks or textbooks that support the teaching and learning process, also focus on the environment inside and outside the classroom, teachers, learning facilities and infrastructure, and many others. The use of learning resources is also part of achieving educational quality. The goal is to determine the effect of classroom management and the use of learning resources on student achievement. The data collection technique was conducted by questionnaire. This type of research is ex post facto. From the multiple linear regression equation, it has a positive value on the constant, namely 40.451, stating that if the Learning Resources are zero, then student learning achievement will be worth 40.451, the regression coefficient of variable X1 is positive at 0.236 and the regression coefficient of variable X2 is positive at 0.398, that every class management and Learning resources increase by one unit will cause an increase in learning achievement of 0.236 and 0.398 one unit. This means that the influence is a positive influence.

Abstract

Education is an important aspect for the development of human resources, because education is one of the methods used to improve human quality. This research aims to determine the role of educators in providing stimulation to increase children's social emotional intelligence and determine the forms of stimulus provided by educators in increasing children's social emotional intelligence at RA Darul Fatihin NW Gerintuk. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The results of research regarding the role of educators in improving social emotional intelligence in early childhood at RA Darul Fatihin NW Gerintuk are that teachers are able to act as parents for students when children are in a school environment with full supervision, reprimand with affectionate reprimands, prioritize instilling religious values, get used to behaving well with polite words in interactions that rely on essential needs so that children can understand them, and teachers are able to develop learning strategies that can increase social emotional intelligence with a form of stimulation, namely development. cognitive, motor development, effective at school.

Abstract

The phenomenon of linking in English pronunciation is one of the phonetic aspects that plays an important role in the fluency and naturalness of speech. One common form of linking found in natural conversation is vowel-to-vowel linking, which refers to the connection between a vowel sound at the end of a word and a vowel sound at the beginning of the following word. This study aims to analyze the phonetic characteristics of vowel-to-vowel linking, its patterns of occurrence, and its influence on speaking fluency. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach by analyzing recorded speech data from English speakers. The data are examined using both segmental and suprasegmental phonetic approaches to identify the types of linking that occur. The results indicate that vowel-to-vowel linking is most frequently realized through the use of the semivowel sounds /j/ and /w/ as bridging elements between vowels. These findings suggest that mastery of linking can enhance speaking fluency and listener comprehension. This study is expected to contribute to the teaching of English pronunciation, particularly in improving learners’ connected speech skills

Abstract

Human resources (HR), especially teachers, are a key factor in the success of educational institutions. However, based on initial observations at Madrasah Aliyah NWDI Wakan, various problems were found, such as a shortage of teaching staff, a mismatch between teacher competencies and their teaching fields, low discipline, and minimal use of learning media. Therefore, this study aims to describe how HR management is carried out to improve teacher competency through the recruitment, selection, and training and development processes. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that HR management at the madrasah has been carried out using a phased approach through internal selection, intensive coaching, and ongoing training, although various obstacles remain, such as budget limitations and a lack of formal training.
