Abstract

The purpose of this study is find out teacher’s strategy in giving feedback in writing descriptive text and to identify whether or not teacher’s feedbacks affect students in writing descriptive text. This research adopts qualitative research design. In collecting the data, the researcher will attempt to collect the data using a participant observation and questioner. The data analysis, the researcher uses three steps such as reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The result of the observation is that the teacher’s feedback in writing English made by students is Commentary, Correction, and Minimal Marking. The result of the teacher’s interview are conducted with six students coming from low, average, and high achievers. The writer found four kinds of students’ responses namely correcting, revising, consulting, and ignoring.

Abstract

Head school is one the most important component in increase quality education, which has not quite enough answer For advance the education he lead. Head quality school with various life school like discipline school, climate culture school, and decline behavior naughty participant educate Study aim for : 1) For know condition internal and external environment at SMK Darul Wustha Jerowaru , 2) For know roles and responsibilities head school in increase discipline students at SMK Darul Wustha Jerowaru, and also 3) For know strategies and methods head school in embed discipline for students at SMK Darul Wustha Jerowaru. Research type This is study qualitative with method descriptive analysis, in the data collection process, researchers use method observation, interview and documentation. The validity of the researcher's data use technique triangulation. Data analysis was performed with three stages ie from results observation, interview and documentation. Conclusion from study This are : 1) Conditions internal and external environment of SMK Darul Wustha jerowaru, have : a) Strength, such as : discipline in obey the rules school, shake hands when meet with his teachers, dressed neat, and follow activities implemented by the school like Imtaq, pray duha, gymnastics on the day Saturday and pray. b) Weaknesses, such as : students who do not obey rule school, students who do not use uniform in accordance with rules, no do assignments/homework as well exists students who are still go out enter during class time. c) Challenges, such as : the role of parents, development increasingly technology fast and caring public around. d) Probability, from challenge the at a time as opportunity for head school along with teachers 2) Roles and responsibilities head school in increase discipline student role Good Where Already work hard control whole activity students during activity Study teach, start from enter yard school, up to go home school. 3) Strategy and method head school in increase discipline student show that head school apply some of these strategies discipline level the presence of the teacher who teaches especially those who teach in the first hour, so on head school apply such as religious culture Salat duha every day so that expected capable give self awareness student.

Abstract

Management participant educates its very existence is needed in educational institutions because students' or participants' education is subject to the transformation process of knowledge and skills. The research objective is to know implementation management students in increasing achievements at Madrasah Aliah NW Nurul Iman Keruak. Study This uses study type qualitative with take location at MA NW Nurul Iman Keruak. Data collection was carried out with the use of methods of observation, interview, and documentation. Subject researcher in study This is The principal of the madrasa, Deputy Student Affairs, as well subject supporters are teachers, coaches extracurricular activities, and students at MA NW Nurul Iman Keruak. Engineering Data analysis was performed in a manner interactive and ongoing in a manner Keep going continuously until complete so until data saturation. examination data validation is carried out with data triangulation. Research type This is a study qualitative and the approach used is approach qualitative descriptive. As an informant in the study, This is the head school, deputy head of curriculum, treasurer, and TU staff. Data collection was carried out with three methods that are, method observation, interview, and documentation. Research results This show that, the role of the Head Schools in Improving the Quality of Education at Madrasah Aliyah NW Penendem is with way, set up professional educators, provide an environment conducive to learning, make appropriate programs with need student as well as and give motivation to learn. Head role school in increase input quality ie by preparing professional educators, in increase process quality ie with provide an environment conducive to learning For activity learning, in increase quality results that is with reach quality graduates.

Abstract

In an institution of education existence head of school is one _ aspect important, in addition to teachers, staff employees, facilities and infrastructure, and others. The head school must be capable affect other people and the environment around including the environment school. Study This aim To know How application function management increases the quality of graduates at SMPI Yaqin 01 Montong Batu Bawi because quality growing education from year to year proven with many amount participant pupils and students continuing graduates _ his school by guidance received from SMPI Yaqin 01 Montong Batu Bawi. Study This uses an approach qualitative descriptive. technique data collection used in the study This is interview, observation, and documentation with subject study Head schools, teachers, and students nor society. Research results This shows that management quality graduates from SMPI Yaqin 01 Montong Batu Bawi, got seen efforts made by _ the head school to increase management quality education, and efforts made head school is with method improve the learning process by the demands curriculum and needs of students, improve functions field and management school in a manner construct, improve means Adequate learning, improve quality power education, recruitment after with fields and tasks, improve the welfare of teachers and employees as well as need students, improve quality students, create support public to pseudo active at school, as well increase education insightful religion at school.

The use of games and icebreakers in the learning process has been widely researched and has been proven to be able to increase students' curiosity and learning motivation because this method is fun so that students are not too focused and tense in learning. In this paper, the author uses a qualitative method, namely the literature review model where the author uses several previous studies as references in the form of papers, articles, or journals. However, apart from providing positive benefits, this technique also has several weaknesses, such as taking a lot of time and requiring high creativity.
