Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh siklus keuangan terhadap stabilitas sistemkeuangan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis data Error CorrectionModel (ECM). Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Indeks Stabilitas SistemKeuangan (ISSK), Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG), Indeks Harga Properti Residual(IHPR), nilai tukar atau kurs dan kredit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Indeks HargaSaham Gabungan (IHSG), Indeks Harga Properti Residual (IHPR) berpengaruh negatif terhadapIndeks Stabilitas Sistem Keuangan (ISSK) baik dalam jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang.Kurs berpengaruh terhadap Indeks Stabilitas Sistem Keuangan (ISSK) dalam jangka pendek,sedangkan untuk jangka panjang tidak berpengaruh. Pertumbuhan kredit tidak berpengaruhterhadap Indeks Stabilitas Sistem Keuangan (ISSK) dalam jangka pendek maupun jangkapanjang.Kata Kunci: Siklus Keuangan, Stabilitas Sistem Keuangan, Error Correction Model

Abstract

Dubai Crisis has shocked global stock exchange indicated by the downward of stock exchange index at stock markets in Europe and Asia. This study investigates to review the effect of Dubai Crisis toward stock return in ASEAN countries i.e. Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Philippine (contagion theory). Data used in this study is stock prices two months before and after Dubai stated that its government was in default or failure to payon November 28, 2009. This study used regression to analyze the effect of Dubai Crisis as origin country to affective countries. Result of the analysis showed that the Dubai Crisis was significantly affected the stock price of Malaysia on the third day with the significance level 10%. Malaysia’s stock price significantly affected the stock price of Singapore on the third day at significance level 1%. It also significantly affected the stock price of Thailand on the first day at significance level 10%.Keyword: Dubai crisis, contagion effect, stock return, ASEAN countries.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to examine the influence of leadership, organizationalculture, organizational commitment to the performance of human resources at the elementaryschool in Wawotobi. Data collection and issemination on the questionnaires respondents i.e.teacher of Civil Servants at the elementary school in Wawotobi.The sample of this researchsample as much as 77 primary school teachers who are scattered at 14 Elementary Schoolsin district Wawotobi who made the object of research. This research uses descriptive analysisto determine the characteristics of the respondents and the deskriptik of the respondents foreach of the indicator variable. The instrument used to test the relationships between variablesusing the SEM methods and analytical techniques PLS (Partial Least Square). The findingsof these research results showed the absence of significant positive influence of leadershipon organizational commitment. Leadership and organizational culture-positive significanteffect on performance of Human Resources, organizational culture positive significant effect oforganizational commitment, and organizational commitment affect positive signifikanterhadapHR performance. The implication that a good leader in the organization always providemotivation on subordinates, fostering creativity and innovation, as well as involving subordinatesin decision making, so that the performance of Human Resources will increase. The need for ahigh work discipline, morale and teamwork is good so that formed the organizational culture inimproving HR performanceKeywords: leadership, cultural organization, the commitment of organization, and performance

Abstract

Human resources is a very important factor as a driver in the face of global current era. The competitiveness of an organization depends on human resources owned. Particularly associated with either organizational commitment and innovative behavior. This study aims to analyze the innovative behavior of the teachers SMK Negeri I Bawen Semarang District. Variables used in this study is to use a variable of organizational culture and job satisfaction. Organizational culture and job satisfaction serves as an independent variable in analyzing the behavior of innovative teachers of SMK Negeri I Bawen Semarang District. Besides other variables used in this penelian organizational commitment is a variable that serves as an intervening variable. Sampling technique used in this study is to use the census method with a number of respondents as much as 78 teachers at SMK Negeri I Bawen Semarang District. Teknik of analysis data used in this study using analysis techniques Smart PLS (Partial Least Squere). The results of this study indicate that the variable organizational culture and job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment. variables of organizational culture, job satisfaction and organizational commitment also showed a positive and significant impact on the performance of teachers.Key words: organizational culture, job satisfaction, organizational commitment andinnovative behavior.

Abstract

Complying with CG standards is not mandatory but with collapse of many financial institutions,compliance with high standards of CG in banking operation became a necessity. This is dueto the fact that many banks and companies worldwide collapsed as a result of poor corporategovernance practices such as Bank of Credit and Commerce International (BCCI) 1991,Enron 2001, WorldCom 2001, etc. Therefore, the objective of this paper is to examine andascertain whether present level of CG standards practiced by Islamic banks is adequate toprevent the banks from collapsing. The approach of the study is to evaluate the effectiveness ofBoard and the various Board Committees utilizing data published in financial statement of theselected banks. The study finds out that the selected banks comply with CG standards adopted,however such compliance does not mean that the board, committees will be constantly reliable.Therefore, instilling the Islamic values such as the concepts of Ehsan, honesty, accountability isparamount to prevent CG failures and protect banks from collapsing.Keywords: corporate governance, Islamic banks, board, committees.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze and determine the effect of communication,partnership, trust, conflict complain on customer satisfaction and to analyze and determinethe effect of communication, partnership, trust, conflict complain and customer satisfaction oncustomer loyalty. The population in this study is the BPR customers Argodana Pudak UmbrellaSemarang, while the population as much as 96 respondents obtained by using purposivesampling technique. The type of data used is primary data, using the method of data collectionquestionnaire.The results of analysis by using path analysis is communication, partnership,trust, conflict complain effect on customer satisfaction. Communication, partnership, trust,complain conflict and affect customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. customer satisfaction isamong the intervening variablesinfluence of partnership on customer loyalty, however, customersatisfaction is not an intervening variable between the influence of communication, trust andconflict complaint on customer loyalty.Keywords: Communication, Partnership, Trust, Conflict Complain, Satisfaction and CustomerLoyalty

Abstract

Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is a sector that has an important role ineconomic development in Indonesia, because in economic growth and employment absorptionalso play a role in the distribution of development results. The purpose of this study was toexamine the effect of collaborative networks and innovation capabilities on the performance ofSMEs Batik in Semarang and Kendal. The population in this study are owners of SMEs Batik inSemarang and Kendal. The sample in this study was taken by using the census method with thenumber of samples of 57 respondents. The data obtained is processed using the help of SPSSsoftware version 16.0 with data analysis using multiple linear regression and t test. The resultsshowed that collaborative networks have a significant effect both on innovation capability andperformance. Furthermore, the results of the study also showed that the innovation capabilityhas a significant effect on the performance.Keywords: collaborative networks, innovation capability, performance

Abstract

Many researchers in behavioural organizational science found that multidimensional effectof commitment variables- effective commitment; continuance commitment and normativecommitment- have different influence to turnover intention. This research aims to investigateinfluence multidimensional effect of commitment to turn over intention and to analyzemultidimensional of commitment as mediator variables. Questionaires distribute amonglectures and nurses of Sultan Agung Fondation amounting 59 respondents. The result usingregression analysis find that all of multidimensional of commitment have no significance toturn over intention and discussed deeply in discussion session.Keywords : Multidimensional, Commitment, Organizational, Turnover Intention

Abstract

This research is aim to analyze the factors that affect value of firms with ROE as a mediationvariable. Of 101 manufacture companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange during 2011-2015period are used as sample in this research. By using panel data regression and path analysisit is found that ROE is mediating the effect of DER to firm value. However, the mediating effectof ROE on institutional ownership, the current ratio and firm size to firm value are not founded.With this result it is suggested that to increase firm value companies should increase DER,institutional ownership and ROE.Keywords: Capital Structure, Corporate Governance, Liquidity, Firm Size, ROE, Firm Value

Abstract

The vast number of restaurant entrepeneur incite such an intense competitiveness whichleads to diversity in practising marketing strategy, One factor that needs to be brought into attention is pricing, which has become a sensitive subject in the time of global crisis.When something is overpriced, consumer will easily walk away, and when it is low-priced,a doubt about quality will aries. Price of a product or a service will, more often than not,affect consumer’s buying decision. Thus it is important for a company to be able to place anacceptable price. Yet, so far only few researche evaluated “price acceptance” as consequenceof customer satisfaction. This research aims to assess the relationship between price fairness,customer satisfaction, loyalty, and price acceptance in a service company. Questionnaireswere distributed to respondents by the self-administered questionnaire method and a total of187 completed questionnaires were used in the analysis. The data was then analzed usingstructural equation modeling. Three of five hypotheses were supported, and two others werenot supported. This paper alson provides the implications for theoritical and managerial andoffers directions for future research.Keywords : Price fairness, Customer Satisfaction, Loyalty, Price Acceptance
