Abstract

The Lesson Plan (RPP) is a very important component as a guide for the teaching and learning process. Therefore, the designed RPP must be adaptive, applicable, and simple. This is the basis for carrying out research that aims to describe the simplification of lesson plans according to the Circular of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 14 of 2019 in physics learning in terms of structure, content, and alignment aspects. This study uses a qualitative method. The subjects of this study were public and private high school teachers in Karangasem Regency who were taken by purposive sampling as many as 5 teacher informants who had been certified at 4 schools. The data analysis technique was carried out through the study of the Lesson Plan (RPP) document of the subjects and the relevant literature review so that the results of the analysis and submission of recommendations were obtained. The results of this study indicate that: (i) most physics teachers do not simplify the lesson plans according to the Circular of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 14 of 2019; (ii) the RPP designed by all physics teachers is appropriate in terms of the depth of the material, learning techniques, and time allocation, but there are RPPs that do not show the learning mode applied, namely online or face-to-face; and (iii) most teachers are not able to adjust the learning objectives to the assessment to be carried out.

Abstract

Dalam teori Human Capital, pelatihan sangat berpengaruh dalam peningkatan kualitas ketrampilan serta skill seseorang dalam mengambil suatu pekerjaan, karena dalam industry perhotelan lebih mementingkan praktik dari pada teori. Untuk menggali secara mendalam mengenai pendapat tersebut, maka penelitian ini mencari tahu secara mendalam mengenai hubungan antara pelatihan dengan kinerja karyawa pada Hotel Adi Assri Baech Resort & Spa. Data pada penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif untuk mengetahui sebaran data serta melalui statistik inferensial parametrik (pearson correlation) digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil analisa ditemukan bahwa pelatihan karyawan memiliki hubungan yang bagus terhadap kinerja karyawan Hotel Adi Assri Beach Resort & spa. Melalui uji hipotesis, ditemukan bahwa alternatif hipotesis diterima yang mana menyatakan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pelatihan dengan kinerja karyawan Hotel Adi Assri Beach Resort & Spa

Abstract

This article examines the phenomenology of the Nampah Batu ritual at Puseh Temple, Depeha Traditional Village which is held once a year, precisely when Purwani Purnama Sasih Karo, which is one day before Purnama Sasih Karo. In this ritual, a unique offering is made called ngatarang lelampadan with offerings from the produce of the Depaha Village community after harvest. In addition there is a unique procession called nampah batu, which is a stone symbolized by a pig as a means of ceremony. There are several theories to dissect the problems studied, namely phenomenological theory, functionalism theory and religious theory. This research is a qualitative research with a qualitative approach. The type of data used is qualitative data and is supported by quantitative data. Data sources are primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data were collected using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. From the data collected, it was processed using qualitative descriptive methods through data analysis methods. The results, namely (1) The stages of the Nampah Batu ritual at the Puseh Temple, Pakraman Depeha Village, Kubuaddan District, Buleleng Regency are as follows: the first stage is registration at the Village Temple administratively to be recorded in the Tulud Apuh list; the second stage is the ritual of praying together at Puseh Temple; the third stage is the implementation of the ceremony at Yeh Kedis Temple, the fifth stage is prayer followed by eating together. The functions of the Nampah Batu ritual are: a) manifest functions, namely: 1) social functions 2) aesthetic cultural functions 3) educational functions 4) ethical and cultural functions. Meanwhile b) latent functions are: 1) religious function 2) purification function and 3) symbolic function. The meaning of the nampah stone ritual at Puseh Temple, Depeha Village, Kubutambahan District, Buleleng Regency is etymological meaning and symbolic meaning.

Abstract

Pencak Silat Tapak Suci Yogacara Bhumi Sastra is one of 72 types of Balinese Traditional Silat; one of them is Paguron Ardha Candra, which was originally named Silat Tapak Sakti. Silat science was developed by Paguron Suling Dewata, with the name Silat Tapak Suci Yogacara Bhumi Sastra. The type of learning is a combination of physical Silat learning (kanoragan) with the holiness of learning. However, it has been successfully preserved today in the holiness learning method. In the society, Balinese Traditional Pencak Silat Tapak Suci Yogacara Bhumi Sastra was agreed to be developed, as one of preserving the original Balinese Culture, because the learning has several functions, such as spiritual, silat, sports and health, preservation, culture, educational, and social. Learning and applying Silat, besides getting Pahala also were protected from Nawa Sanga and Dewa Sethana, to cultivate the seeds of holiness for members, so was spawned individuals person who has more spiritual abilities and has the religious behavior

Abstract

Permasalahan rendahnya hasil belajar Matematika yang diduga karena dalam proses pembelajaran cenderung masih berpusat pada guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran matematika realistik berbasis proyek terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas V Gugus III Tambora Kecamatan Melaya Kabupaten Jembrana. Jenis penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian eksperimen semu (quasi eksperimen), dengan rancangan penelitian Post-test Only Control Group Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V SD Gugus III Tambora Kecamatan Melaya Kabupaten Jembrana yang banyaknya 114 orang siswa. Sampel diambil dengan teknik random sampling dengan mengundi kelas. Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SD Negeri 1 Ekasari yang berjumlah 22 orang sebagai kelompok eksperimen  dan siswa kelas V SD Negeri 2 Ekasari yang berjumlah 26 orang sebagai kelompok kontrol. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran matematika realistik berbasis proyek terhadap hasil belajar matematika (t=12,626 sig.0,000)

Abstract

Being born as a human is a beautiful gift because humans are called the most perfect creatures. In Hinduism, humans are said to be the most perfect creatures because they have Idep, which means the ability to think. Good thoughts can also help develop human education related to ethics, especially since understanding ethics is very important for humans. One way to control thoughts and develop an understanding of ethical education is by studying. In Hinduism, the learning stage is called the Brahmacari period, in which this activity involves learning not only in terms of formal education, but also in terms of non-formal education which can shape human character and ethics.

Abstract

Kakawin is one of the Old Javanese literary works which is essentially bound by the metrum (guru laghu) which has developed rapidly in Java. After the collapse of the Majapahit Kingdom in the 15th century, Old Javanese literature experienced a decline, eventually moving to Bali. Until now, efforts to save ancestral heritage in Bali continue to be carried out by clearly copying these literary works. Kakawin received considerable attention from the Balinese people, especially among lovers of classical literature. This is proven by the existence of free groups (pesantian groups) in almost every village in Bali. Kakawin Mayaspati has many interesting things to study because Kakawin Mayaspati contains moral messages that are conveyed through the character of each characterization. In addition, Kakawin Mayaspati also has an appeal in every episode of the story, meaning that each stage or incident has a value that needs to be imitated or not at all. Examples of good and bad deeds so that Kakawin Mayaspati contains religious values, especially Hinduism. Theories used to solve research problems are: (1) Structural Theory, (2) Value Theory. This research is in the form of a qualitative design. Data were collected using document techniques and interview techniques. After the data was collected, the data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative techniques. Based on this analysis, conclusions were obtained as a result of the research, as follows: (1) Kakawin Mayaspati's Narrative Structure which includes Incident, Plot, Setting, Characterization, Theme and Mandate of Kakawin Mayaspati. (2) The teachings contained in Kakawin Mayaspati which include the teachings of Karma Phala, these teachings are contained in the quote from Kakawin Mayaspati XXII: 45a Mayaspati III: 10a and 11a, the teachings of Tri Kaya Parisudha especially about Kayika, the teachings of Tri Kaya Parisudha especially Kayika are contained in Mayaspati VI quote: 14a stanza 4 and 14b stanza 4 and Mayaspati XXX: 63b. and the teachings of Tri Hita Karana are mainly emphasized on the Palemahan element, the teachings of Tri Hita Karana especially Palemahan are contained in Mayaspati XI quotes: 25a stanza 2 and 26a stanza 2.

Abstract

Pada jaman sekarang para orang tua kebanyakan sibuk mencari uang untuk kepentingan pribadi. Urusan pendidikan kepada anak-anaknya dipercayakan kepada guruguru disekolah (Pendidikan Formal). Padahal waktu yang banyak untuk mendidik anak justru dilingkungan keluarga (Pendidikan non Formal). Satua Bali merupakan salah satu karya sastra yang mengandung banyak nilai-nilai religius, sosial dan budaya. Banyak cara untuk menuangkan nilai-nilai tersebut dari perkembangan pendidikan tradisional sampai perkembangan pendidikan yang lebih modern. Namun setelah perkembangan jaman semakin maju penanaman nilai-nilai pendidikan lewat mesatua oleh para orang tua kepada anaknya dan kakek kepada cucunya sudah semakin ditinggalkan dan bahkan banyak orang tua tidak tahu satua, yang sebenarnya sangat baik dilakukan untuk mendidik anak sejak usia dini. Tujuan dari Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui struktur naratif dari Satua Bali Ni Tuwung Kuning. Teori yang digunakan untuk memecahkan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah teori struktural. Penelitian ini berbentuk kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data studi dokumen. Data yang telah dikumpulkan diolah atau dianalisis dengan metode deskriptif. Berdasarkan analisis tersebut diperoleh simpulan sebagai hasil penelitian sebagai berikut : 1) Struktur cerita (satua) Ni Tuwung Kuning merupakan salah satu cerita tradisional Bali. Isinya menceritakan tentang seorang gadis cantik yang baik hati dan suka membantu yang bernama Ni Tuwung Kuning, namun didalam kehidupannya ia anak yang tidak di inginkan terlahir kedunia oleh ayahnya, 2) Struktur naratif yang termuat dalam satua Ni Tuwung Kuning meliputi, Latar, Alur, Tokoh/Penokohan, Tema, dan Amanat.

Abstract

The implementation of the mass Sweep Leger ceremony in Tabanan Regency is due to the Sapuh Leger Ceremony as Pengruwat because traditionally the Sapuh Leger is a cultural relic of the life of the Hindu community in Bali, which is customary and considered sacred. The Sapuh Leger Ceremony as an Implementation of Hindu Beliefs because the Sapuh Leger Ceremony as a religious ritual functions in manusa yadnya, which is related to the birth of children, especially those that fall on the day or Wuku Wayang. Sapuh Leger Ceremony as Cultural Preservation and Sapuh Leger Ceremony as Social Criticism. The values of Hindu religious education at the mass Sweeping Leger ceremony at the Upakara Geria Agung Beng Pasraman in Beng Village include: Character Education Values which consist of religious attitudes, compassion, hard work, never give up and responsibility, Sradha teachings and values. Bhakti, the values of the teachings of Tri Kaya Parisudha, the educational values of Panca Sradha, and the values of the teachings of Catur Paramitha.

Abstract

Stunting adalah kondisi tinggi badan seseorang yang kurang dari normal berdasarkan usia dan jenis kelamin. Tinggi badan merupakan salah satu jenis pemeriksaan antropometri dan menunjukkan status gizi seseorang dan menunjukkan status gizi seseorang. Salah satu upaya dalam meningkatkan kualitas hidup manusia dan meningkatkan derajat kesehatan yang lebih baik perlu adanya upaya pencegahan stunting yang masih mengancam. Berdasarkan hasil riset kesehatan dasar (Riskesdas) tahun 2013 menunjukkan prevalensi stunting mencapai 37,2%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa balita di Indonesia masih banyak mengalami kurang gizi. Kejadian stunting pada Anak Balita merupakan suatu proses komulatif menurut beberapa penelitian, banyak factor yang menyebabkan terjadinya keadaan stunting pada anak. Factor penyebab stunting ini dapat disebabkan oleh factor langsung maupun tidak langsung. Factor langsung meliputi factor genetic, asupan gizi dan penyakit infeksi. Untuk factor tidak langsung meliputi pola asuh orang tua dan status ekonomi.
