Abstract

Transportation services have a very important role in human life, where transportation services are used to facilitate their daily activities. With the presence of the latest innovations in the field of transportation, one example of the latest advances in the transportation industry is the presence of a company that provides application-based online transportation services, namely Grab. Now Grab is formalizing the new look of its electric vehicle called Grab Electric. The transition of conventional vehicles to electric vehicles carried out by Grab can have a positive impact on the use of electric vehicles, namely helping to reduce carbon gas emissions. So in this case the author wants to know the interpersonal communication process at Grab to its partners. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods based on case studies at PT Grab with data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation. The theory used by researchers is the theory of Social Exchange or social exchange developed by Thibaut and Kelly. The results of this study indicate that the use of electric vehicles by driver partners has a positive impact due to lower operating costs.

Abstract

This research is entitled "The Influence of Digital Marketing Through the TikTok Live Account @kattoen Feature on Purchasing Decisions". This research aims to determine the influence of digital marketing through the TikTok live feature on consumer purchasing decisions. This research uses the AIDA theory which is an abbreviation of Attention, Interest, Desire, Action. In marketing it is necessary to formulate the goals to be achieved from the communication process carried out, and AIDA is a concept that plays an important role in marketing activities. The paradigm used in this research is the positivism paradigm with quantitative research methods. The researcher used data collection techniques carried out through questionnaires and data analysis techniques using a Likert scale. The population used in this research were followers of the @kattoen account, numbering 283 thousand with The sample obtained was 100 respondents. The sampling technique was Nonprobability Sampling. The results of this research show that there is a positive and significant influence of the live streaming variable on purchasing decisions as shown by the results of the coefficient of determination analysis test which shows that the R Square value is 0.781, which means the live streaming variable has a positive influence on purchasing decisions of 78.1%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to measure the effectiveness of advertising through WhatsApp Blast (X) on the purchase decision variable (Y). The results of the t test obtained are that the significance value of the EPIC variable (X) on the purchase decision variable (Y) is 0.00 <0.05, which means that the t value is significant. And for the calculated t value of 5,262> 1,661, it can be concluded that the EPIC variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The effectiveness of advertising via WhatsApp Blast on purchasing decisions at Tunas Toyota Cimone is 22%, while 88% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Abstract

The skincare business in Indonesia is indeed quite promising, now Indonesian people care more about the health and beauty of their skin. Bioaqua Official is a Skin Care product that provides solutions to Indonesian people's skin problems. Bioaqua Official is a skincare product that has been around since 2019. They use TikTok social media as a marketing communication medium so they can continue to compete with other products. Remembering that TikTok is a social media that now has a lot of users in Indonesia. This research aims to find out how Bioaqua Official uses Tiktok social media as a marketing communication medium on the @Bioaquaofficialstore account. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research method where the data obtained is the result of observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that Bioaqua Official is able to make good use of Tiktok social media as a marketing communication medium, successfully selling millions of products and having millions of followers on Tiktok.

Abstract

Islamic educational institutions have existed since the time of the sultanates in the archipelago, which at that time were very popular among Indonesian people, and the most popular at that time were Islamic boarding schools. surau, dayah, meunasah, pesantren and madrasah. The history of educational institutions in the archipelago is very long, so the purpose of this research is to describe the history and dynamics of Islamic educational institutions in the archipelago, starting from surau, maunasah, pesantren and madrasah. The development of Islamic educational institutions is the impact of changes in people's behavior. Abstract

Modern devices known as vending machines are being developed today and are used in buying and selling operations. Because the buyer only makes transactions with the machine acting as the seller, there is actually no participation between the seller and the customer when using a vending machine. In addition, there is no negotiation process to reach an agreement.This research tries to ascertain the position of Sharia Economic Law regarding the rules governing the buying and selling of vending machines. A case study research methodology was used in this investigation. Efforts to describe research into vending machine buying and selling studies are in accordance with the descriptive nature of this research. Therefore, based on the description of this study, it will show the regulations governing the buying and selling of vending machines from the perspective of sharia economic law. This research collects data through documentation and interviews. According to research findings, the law of buying and selling automatic vending machines is permitted as long as they comply with the rules and conditions of buying and selling, such as the agreement and willingness of the parties. Conditions and harmony Buyers and automated machines do this through their actions or signals. The guiding values ​​of Islamic law, namely al-'ilah (justice), al-hurriyah (freedom), al-mas'ûliyah (accountability), honesty and truth have been upheld in buying and selling. Using a description of legal guidelines. If difficulties arise in vending machine buying and selling transactions which result in buyers experiencing losses, for example money being misappropriated, then according to Islam vending machines should be avoided.

Abstract

Many factors can influence the minimum wage in Badung Regency, namely economic growth and the rate of inflation that occurs. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of economic growth and inflation rate on minimum wages in Badung Regency, Bali Province, both partially and simultaneously. Data analysis was carried out using the multiple linear regression method. Based on data analysis, the results obtained are (1) economic growth has a positive and real partial effect on the minimum wage in Badung Regency, Bali Province, 2) the inflation rate has an effect partially positive and real on the minimum wage in Badung Regency, Bali Province, (3) economic growth and the inflation rate simultaneously have a real effect on the minimum wage in the Regency Badung, Bali Province. To the Tabanan Regency government, considering that the issue of wages is a very important problem, it is hoped that the Badung Regency government will pay more attention to these two variables in order to increase the minimum wage for Badung Regency

Abstract

Banking competition consists of price and non-price competition. Price competition from credit and interest rate deposits while non-price competition from the quantity and quality of bank services. Quality of service is subjective, so in this study using the quantity of services. Measured quantity of bank services from a variety of services provided to customers is calculated by unit or the amount of funds expended. This study examines the effect of the quantity of services to bank profitability. Bank profitability measured by ROA. Quantity of services consists of a number of bank offices, the number of ATM machines, overhead expenses and average salary. The results showed that the number of bank offices and the average salary of a significant positive effect on the profitability of banks, while the overhead burden of significant negative effect on the profitability of banks. The three variables simultaneously have a positive effect on bank profitability.

Abstract

The background to the problem of this research is that there are still some of us in the realm of education who do not fully understand the basic concepts of Islamic Religious Education and Integrative Characteristics in Schools. The aim of this research is to find out the basic concepts of Islamic Religious Education and Integrative Characteristics in this school from various perspectives. This type of research is qualitative research with a literature study research method. The data collection technique in this research is by reviewing various books in the library as well as books owned by the researcher and other people as well as trusted journals. The results of this research indicate that an understanding of the basic concepts of Islamic Religious Education and Integrative Character in Schools must be understood to gain a deep understanding of it.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the development of fintech in Indonesia through the ethical platform using musyarakah contract financing and wakalah contracts. In dealing with problems in this financing can be done by providing several alternative strategies to the problems that occur in the funding that occurs. The type of research used is qualitative research with descriptive methods. The data source obtained from this research is secondary, which is obtained from observations through the Ethis website. Analysis of the data obtained comes from using data reports on the development of fintech in Indonesia. The results of the study show developments from year to year which can be seen from the public's interest in using funding in fintech. This means that there is progress in the use of funding on the ethical platform, therefore public interest in its use is increasing. With the emergence of this can increase public interest and interest in funding in the platform.
