Abstract

This article examines the implementation of Tahsin Al-Qur’an learning at TPQ Dasussalam. The aim of this study is to evaluate the Qur'an reading ability of the students and to improve their reading skills in accordance with Islamic principles. The results of the Tahsin learning show a satisfactory improvement according to standards, from planning and implementation to evaluation. This research is field-based with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The Tahsin materials use the Asyafi'i book, and teachers employ the talaqqi method to enhance students' reading quality. The supporting factors for the success of the learning process are cooperation with the students' guardians, while the inhibiting factors are limited time and the teachers' difficulty in maintaining the students' enthusiasm and concentration during the learning sessions.

Abstract

Children's creativity needs to be increased with creative and innovative learning. One way to increase children's creativity is by painting and coloring activities. This research aims to increase children's creativity through coloring activities at Dharma Wanita 01 Prajegan Kindergarten. The method used in this research is ABCD research. Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) is a model of community development approach. The subjects of this research were teachers and students of Dharma Wanita Kindergarten located in Dukuh Pacar, Prajegan Village, Sukorejo District, Ponorogo Regency, totaling 11 children. From the research conducted, it is clear that coloring activities carried out by young children can increase their creativity. Children can develop their imagination if they are given the freedom to explore their inner imagination. Educators and parents only need to accompany and direct, there is no need to limit children's movement. In this case, interesting and creative learning media are also needed that can arouse children's curiosity. Creative learning media can help children express and explore their imagination. This routine coloring activity is very useful for stimulating children's imagination and creativity in thinking, shaping their souls through emotional experiences and freedom of expression. The role of teachers and parents is important in accompanying the activities carried out by children, they can also provide rewards for the results obtained by children so that they can help foster children's enthusiasm and motivation for learning.

Abstract

This study aims to assist basketry craftsmen in Prajegan Village, Sukorejo, Ponorogo, in utilizing Facebook as a marketing tool to increase their product sales. Using the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) method, the research identifies local strengths and assets as the foundation for developing a digital marketing strategy. Intensive training and mentoring were provided to enhance the craftsmen's digital skills, particularly in managing Facebook as a promotional platform. The results indicate that this mentoring successfully improved the craftsmen's ability to use Facebook effectively, leading to a significant increase in their product sales. The implementation of this method demonstrates that an asset-based approach and tailored training can empower communities and support the sustainability of small businesses.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the process of assisting learning to read the Qur'an with the Ummi method for children aged 7-12 years at TPQ Darussalam, Pacar Hamlet, Prajegan Village. This research uses an ABCD approach that seeks sustainable development, this method also raises potential assets with qualitative methods through observation, interviews, and documentation. One of the problems faced by TPQ Darussalam is the lack of emphasis on long-short reading and correct tajweed. This can hinder children in understanding the meaning of the Qur'an in depth. Therefore, there needs to be an effort to improve the quality of learning to read the Qur'an at TPQ Darussalam, especially in terms of coaching long-short reading. The results showed that the Ummi method is effective in helping early childhood learn to read the Qur'an. Factors that influence the success of mentoring include the patience of the mentor, the use of interesting learning media, and child motivation.

Abstract

The Hajj pilgrimage is the fifth pillar of Islam, but only some have the opportunity to perform it due to time and cost constraints. However, as Muslims, we must know the pillars and procedures. This community service aims to determine the Hajj manasik training in improving students' understanding of Islamic teachings at SDN 1 Prajegan. The method used in this community service is PAR (Participation Action Research), which involves the community and conducting in-depth interviews with eight students and two religious teachers. The results of this community service show that the Hajj manasik provides profound benefits for students, makes students understand more about the Hajj simulation, and is very effective in helping students understand abstract religious concepts, such as the pillars of Islam and prayer procedures. Students find remembering and practicing Islamic teachings easier after participating in the Hajj manasik activities. Through the assistance of the Hajj Manasik training, students' understanding of Islamic teachings in elementary schools can be improved.

Abstract

Tempeh is made by drying soybeans, which are a good source of nutrition for plants. Making tempeh from soybeans is difficult because of the high price of soybeans and the decline in domestic soybean production, so tempe makers have to think about solutions to these problems. This research was conducted at the tempe making industry located in Prajegan Village, Sukorejo District, Kab ponorogo. The method used in this research is community-based development (ABCD) This service method takes the form of training, which is aimed at KPM students to provide knowledge and soft skills to the training participants.The impact of the training conducted has shown effects, reflected in reactions, learning, behavioral changes, and the results of the training. The participants have completed the training with good skills, making their work more efficient and effective. The chosen business partner is a home industry producing tempeh owned by Mrs. Mariatun. which goes through the production process: soaking, milling, washing, boiling, circulation, fermentation, packaging . The idea for empowering home industry tempe SMEs that are environmentally friendly is to optimize the active participation of owners in innovating and partnering in the processing of tempe home industry production results. This activity took place on July 14, 2024, and was dominated by KPM participants, and it was carried out successfully. Through this activity, participants learn about the health benefits of processed tempeh due to its relatively high nutritional content. Additionally, participants can understand the process and methods of making tempeh, which can become a promising business opportunity

Abstract

The Tadrijiyan method, rooted in gradual and repetitive learning, is recognized as an effective approach for Quran memorization. However, challenges remain in implementing this method at TPQ Masjid Darussalam in Prajegan Village, Sukorejo District. This study aims to develop and implement a training program for Quran teachers using the Tadrijiyan method to enhance their teaching effectiveness. The research employed Participatory Action Research (PAR), involving stages of problem identification, action planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, followed by qualitative descriptive analysis. The findings indicate that the Tadrijiyan method significantly improved teachers' ability to guide Quran memorization, resulting in increased student motivation and better memorization outcomes. Teachers reported greater confidence in applying structured and systematic teaching techniques. The study concludes that the Tadrijiyan method effectively supports Quranic education at TPQ Masjid Darussalam and recommends its broader application in similar educational settings. Future studies should explore its implementation in diverse contexts and consider developing more comprehensive teaching modules.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the lack of students' ability to operate arithmetic, most of them are not fast and precise in understanding the multiplication of numbers. Based on these problems, the author conducted research by learning to count using fingers. This research intends to improve students' multiplication counting skills at Posko 2 Tutoring in Kedungbanteng Village, Sukorejo Sub-district. This learning tool uses the jarimatika method. Jarimatika is a counting method using fingers. Although only using fingers, but with the jarimatika method we are able to perform counting operations Multiplication, Division, Subtraction, This method is very easily accepted by children. The results of this study show that the application of the Jarimatika method can improve students' counting skills. Students look active and happy when applying the jarimatika method. Data collection in this study used the ABCD (Asset-based community development) data method. The test results show that most students have good multiplication counting skills. In addition, there are two criteria for the effectiveness of learning methods that are met. First, there is an increase and difference between initial understanding and after learning. Second, it can increase the interest and motivation of students who have difficulty counting multiplication. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya kemampuan siswa dalam mengoperasikan aritmatika, sebagian besar dari mereka kurang cepat dan tepat dalam memahami perkalian bilangan. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, penulis melakukan penelitian dengan cara belajar berhitung menggunakan jari tangan. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berhitung perkalian siswa di Bimbingan Belajar Posko 2 Desa Kedungbanteng Kecamatan Sukorejo. Perangkat pembelajaran ini menggunakan metode jarimatika. Jarimatika adalah metode berhitung dengan menggunakan jari. Walaupun hanya menggunakan jari, namun dengan metode jarimatika kita mampu melakukan operasi hitung Perkalian, Pembagian, Pengurangan, Metode ini sangat mudah diterima oleh anak-anak. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode Jarimatika dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berhitung siswa. Siswa terlihat aktif dan senang ketika menerapkan metode jarimatika. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode data ABCD (Asset-based community development). Hasil tes menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar siswa memiliki kemampuan berhitung perkalian yang baik. Selain itu, ada dua kriteria efektivitas metode pembelajaran yang terpenuhi. Pertama, adanya peningkatan dan perbedaan antara pemahaman awal dan setelah pembelajaran. Kedua, dapat meningkatkan minat dan motivasi siswa yang mengalami kesulitan berhitung perkalian.

Abstract

illage teenagers are an association where they are the object and play a role in carrying out events in Prajegan village. Graphic design is a communication process using visual elements, such as typography, photography and illustrations which are intended to create a perception of a message conveyed on social media. In general, graphic designers make extensive use of images, photos, symbols and various forms of language and visual elements. In this service activity we will help village teenagers develop their potential to get job opportunities in the design field to strengthen the economy and also their productivity. Graphic design training can provide basic graphic design skills to village teenagers to be able to create media publications in Prajegan village. The aim of this program is to provide knowledge about graphic design to village teenagers and village youth organizations, provide knowledge about coloring in making a design, change consumer behavior in teenagers regarding smartphone use, and build better relationships between teenagers. The method used for community mapping is the ABCD method. method by utilizing assets owned by local communities which are seen to support community empowerment activities, here we use the pixellab application for the training we hold.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to explore and understand how the tradition of tahlilan can persist and adapt amidst the rapid pace of modernization. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach, utilizing interviews as the primary data collection method to explore how the tahlilan tradition is maintained in the context of modernization. The objective is to understand the significance and evolution of tahlilan practices within the community of Dukuh Kalipucang, Kelurahan Kedungbanteng. The results indicate that values such as charity, mutual aid, and maintaining social connections remain integral to the practice of tahlilan. The tradition plays a crucial role in strengthening community bonds through religious gatherings and assemblies, thus enhancing community knowledge and ensuring the preservation of the tradition. The conclusion of this research is that, despite facing challenges from modernization, the tradition of tahlilan retains a significant place within the community. The adaptations made demonstrate that the tradition serves as a bridge between traditional values and modern demands, reinforcing community identity while simultaneously adapting to social and cultural developments.
