Digitalization in public services is a strategic step to realize transparent and accountable governance. This study aims to describe the utilization workflow of the 'Lestari' Management Information System (MIS) within the administrative procedures for septic tank desludging services at the UPTD PALD of Sidoarjo Regency. Employing a qualitative method with a case study approach, this research maps the information system cycle (input-process-output) operating within the system. The results indicate that Lestari successfully functions as a reliable regional sanitation data center, where the system is capable of managing the database with the active assistance of officers. The system's strength is significantly evident at the output stage, where the implementation of barcode technology and a multi-level scanning mechanism ensures transparency in field task execution and compliance with waste disposal. This study concludes that the combination of meticulous manual verification and digital system validation has created administratively orderly and controlled sanitation services.

Probolinggo City is an area that has a high level of vulnerability to various disaster threats, so disaster risk reduction is a regional development priority. The regional government has integrated disaster risk reduction policies through the RPJMD and RPB with the Penta Helix collaborative approach. This research aims to analyze the implementation of the Penta Helix concept in reducing disaster risk in Probolinggo City based on George C. Edwards III's policy implementation model. The research was conducted qualitatively through case studies using interview techniques, observation and document review. The research results show that the implementation of Penta Helix is ??quite effective, especially in the aspects of communication and bureaucratic structure with BPBD as coordinator. However, its implementation still faces limitations in the aspects of human resources, funding, and the role of the business world and academics in institutionalizing cross-sector collaboration is not yet optimal.

This study clarifies the legal status of the Preliminary Sale and Purchase Agreement (PPJB) within Indonesia’s land transfer framework and delineates the limits of legal protection for good-faith purchasers at the pre-levering stage. The central issue lies in the tension between PPJB’s obligational nature and the publicity principle of land registration, particularly when confronted with third parties who have lawfully acquired a Deed of Sale and Purchase (AJB) and registered their rights. Employing a normative legal method, this research applies a statute approach (UUPA, Government Regulation 24/1997 as amended by 18/2021, Condominium Law, and relevant PUPR regulations), a conceptual approach (subjective–objective good faith, pacta sunt servanda, publicity), and a case approach (judicial tendencies). The findings demonstrate that PPJB creates only a personal claim and does not transfer real rights prior to AJB execution and registration. The “good-faith purchaser” status requires measurable, documented, and provable due diligence. Priority attaches to registered rights held by good-faith third parties, rendering PPJB purchasers’ protection primarily remedial. This study proposes an operational Good-Faith Test Matrix (Minimum Due Diligence) to support objective assessment and dispute prevention.

Hypertension is a common non-communicable disease among the elderly. One non-pharmacological intervention to control hypertension is healthy cardiac exercise. This study aimed to determine the effect of healthy cardiac exercise on blood pressure in elderly patients with hypertension. A quasi-experimental pretest–posttest control group design was used with 48 respondents divided into intervention and control groups. The intervention group received healthy cardiac exercise three times per week. Blood pressure was measured before and after the intervention. The results showed a decrease in systolic blood pressure from 147.38 mmHg to 136.54 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure from 87.63 mmHg to 81.08 mmHg in the intervention group. Statistical analysis indicated a significant difference in blood pressure reduction between the two groups (p < 0.05). These findings indicate that healthy cardiac exercise has a significant effect on reducing blood pressure in elderly patients with hypertension

This article examines South Africa’s geostrategy as a regional power through Ubuntu Diplomacy toward the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) from 2011 to 2022. It aims to explain how South Africa’s stable border orientation enabled power projection to a non-neighbouring state and how Ubuntu Diplomacy framed this process. The study uses a case study design. Using Jakub J. Grygiel’s geostrategy framework, the analysis first assesses South Africa’s state borders and border pressure, then maps power projection in the DRC across diplomatic-political, military, and economic instruments. The findings show that relatively stable borders reduced defensive constraints and facilitated long-range power projection, while Ubuntu Diplomacy provided normative justification for these policy choices.

This article aims to examine and identify the concept of economic values embedded in Islamic Religious Education and to analyze how Islamic values can be integrated into the economic behavior of individuals and society. A conceptual analysis method is employed to understand the relationship between Islamic Religious Education and economic activities in social life. The findings indicate that education grounded in Islamic teachings plays a significant role in shaping ethical, responsible, and equitable economic behavior, while also increasing awareness of the importance of applying Islamic values in economic practices. However, the integration of Islamic Religious Education and economics still faces several challenges, particularly related to limited resources, inadequate infrastructure, and the lack of an integrated curriculum. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a more holistic and integrated curriculum that combines Islamic Religious Education and economic principles to support the formation of sustainable economic behavior based on Islamic values.

This study aims to analyze the effect of brand image on consumer trust and purchasing decisions of MSME products in Kendari City, Southeast Sulawesi, as well as to examine the mediating role of consumer trust. This research employs a quantitative approach with an explanatory design. Data were collected through a survey of 175 MSME consumers in Kendari City selected using purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4.0 software. The research instruments were adapted from validated measurement scales, with all constructs meeting the criteria for reliability and validity. The results indicate that brand image has a positive and significant effect on consumer trust and purchasing decisions. Furthermore, consumer trust also has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Further findings reveal that consumer trust partially mediates the relationship between brand image and purchasing decisions, indicating that brand image influences purchasing decisions both directly and indirectly through the mechanism of trust formation..

This study aims to analyze the effect of price perception and perceived value on consumer trust among students of the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Halu Oleo, who actively engage in online shopping. This research employs a quantitative approach with a causal research design. Data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed to 90 respondents selected using purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 26. The results indicate that price perception has a positive and significant effect on consumer trust. In addition, perceived value also has a positive and significant effect on consumer trust, with a more dominant influence compared to price perception. Simultaneously, price perception and perceived value explain a substantial proportion of the variance in students’ consumer trust. These findings suggest that students evaluate e-commerce transactions holistically by considering price fairness as well as the perceived functional, emotional, and social value.

This study aims to examine the influence of digital marketing on customer engagement and marketing performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Kendari City, Southeast Sulawesi. The research employs a quantitative explanatory approach with a sample of 110 MSME owners and managers selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using structured questionnaires measuring digital marketing dimensions (social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, search engine optimization, and online advertising), customer engagement (cognitive, emotional, and behavioral), and marketing performance (sales growth, customer acquisition, brand awareness, and customer retention). Data analysis utilized Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) to test direct and indirect relationships. Results indicate that digital marketing has a significant positive effect on customer engagement and marketing performance. Customer engagement also significantly mediates the relationship between digital marketing and marketing performance. These findings provide theoretical contributions to digital marketing literature in the MSME context and practical implications for MSME owners in optimizing digital strategies to enhance engagement and business performance.
