Abstract

Industry is an activity that is carried out from one other activity to the goal of the purpose of to reduce goods or services. The resulting goods can certainly be valuable to consumers. One feature of the goods is acceptable on the market and can provide a profit. The implementation of small industrial operations obviously does not extend the enterprise above. Various resource limitations must be faced by the company. However, with good circumlocution is expected although slowly but can develop well. One of the growing companies is the home industry processed snacks. Revenue is needed to strengthen managerial so that the target development within the company.

Abstract

Development does not always have a positive impact on the life of an area. The level of development in general is always inversely proportional to sustainability. As evidence of the reduction in open green land because there have been many increases in the number of shopping centers, and hotels which are one of the means of city tourism. Or, long and sustainable impacts such as climate change and air temperatures and the depletion of groundwater supplies which results from the increasing number of residential developments that are part of the economic development of the people of Bandung. North Bandung area which is essentially a water catchment area and conservation area in the city of Bandung was not separated from the impact of the development. The construction of luxury residences, public facilities such as hotels and restaurants and other artificial natural attractions have been built on open green land, conservation areas and water catchment areas. At Kampung Lebaksiuh, Desa Ciburial, Sub-district Cimenyan, Kabupaten Bandung which is in the northern Bandung region, is one of the few indigenous settlements that still maintain the function of conservation and water catchment areas. With the various problems above, this community service activity aims to make a waterwheel as one of the educational tools for visitors, especially children who come to visit the Lebaksiuh Tourism Village, Desa Ciburial, Sub-district Cimenyan, Kabupaten Bandung.

Abstract

The problem faced by MTs Miftahulfalah teachers is the difficulty of implementing reflective actions to improve the quality of learning. The solution to the problem using assistance with the design thinking approach in (1) reflecting on the learning that has been carried out; (2) utilizing the results of reflection to improve and develop learning in the subjects being taught; and (3) conducting classroom action research to improve the quality of learning in the subjects being taught. The method used in the form of mentoring groups of two-three teachers by one lecturer, carried out using the Design Thinking Approach with three blocks of input-process- output activities. The results achieved in the form of increasing teacher knowledge and skills in (1) taking reflective action, starting from analyzing the difficulties and learning problems, finding the actions needed to overcome them, making an action plan as outlined in the lesson plan; (2) implementing class actions in accordance with the RPP made; and (3) compiling a best-practice report that contains the best experiences of teachers overcoming learning difficulties, and scientific articles as a means of sharing experiences with other teacher peers.

Abstract

Early Childhood Education (PAUD) a kind of PAUD Unit (SPS) one of form of organization early which focuses on basic placement in the direction of physical growwth and development (fine and gross motor coordination), intelligence (power of thought, creativity, emotional intelligent, spiritual intelligent), socio emotional (attitudes and behavior and variety), language and communication, in accordance with the uniqueness and the stages of development that are traversed by the children. Meanwhile the high demans of teachers as a consequnce of the issueance of ministerial regulations empowering the state apparatus and bureaucratic reform (goverment regulations) number 16 year 2009 about funtional positions and creadit scoure. The approach method used to improve the quality of services provided by educators and education staff in carrying out early childhood education services is to provide training in the provision of PAUD in general. In addition to providing training the method used is mentoring, with this method after partners can feel the benefits of training assistance optimally, partners are also expected to carry out their duties proper. The target for the implementation of the paud organizer program is to provide assistance in preparing reports on government assistance through non-physical BOP grants (operational operational costs) for the paud can be optimally ranging from planning, preparation to management of PAUD management. Thus PAUD organizers can better understand and plan in managing early education institutions in their own environment so that ultimately it will improve the quality of education services.

Abstract

This article examines how the role of Christian religious education in the church can empower the creative economy of congregations in the digital age. One of the church ministries that must be done is to be involved in increasing the welfare of the congregation through economic empowerment of the congregation. Economic empowerment is very important for the church to do, but in fact the church neglects it. In carrying out the ministry as God's worker in the world, the church does not only focus on spiritual matters, but more than that the church also becomes a servant in improving the quality of the social life of the congregation. The problems that occur in the church environment related to mental problems today are economic problems. The problems that occur in the church environment related to mental problems today are economic problems. Therefore, Christian religious education has a very important role to empower the creative economy in the church through teaching and mentoring in the congregation so that the congregation has the ability and skills and applies the creative economy in everyday life. The research method used in this research is literature and literature study. Literature review refers to an assessment of the concepts and theories used based on the available literature, especially from articles published in various scientific journals. Literature review serves to build concepts or theories on which to base studies in research.

Abstract

Bandung is one of the creative city in Indonesia because has potential economic by the micro, small, and medium business sector which is engaged in the creative business. One of the government programs in an effort to foster economic activity is Program Kewirausahaan Baru (WUB). the entrepreneurs who joint in the program have a business duration of 0- 5 years. They are provided with training Dinas KUMKM Kota Bandung, and the implementation is fostered by KADIN Kota Bandung. Even though they have been given training by the WUB program, currently they are faced with a challenge where the motivation level has decreased. So, it is necessary to increase motivation and entrepreneurial mentality by training. Business competition cannot be avoided, so it's necessary to maintain business so as not to be less competitive through strategic marketing plans. The training methods used are teaching, teach to learn and practice. The output of community service activity is business motivation and marketing skills increasingly.

Abstract

The focus of the implementation of this PKM is the development of small-scale presto milkfish businesses in Mlatibaru Village, East Semarang District, Semarang City so that it can grow with improvements in business management. In accordance with the problems faced, the solution given to partners is to improve business management including: 1. Production aspects, 2. financial aspects, 3. Marketing aspects. The solution given is the use of tools with larger capacities, from a financial point of view, the application of simple bookkeeping using the Microsoft Excel application, and from a marketing aspect, the use of online media and attractive packaging. The method in this PKM activity consists of training activities and workshops. The training activities carried out include 1) basic accounting and bookkeeping training 2) bookkeeping training with the Microsoft Excel application 3) Online marketing training. The main activities of this community service include basic financial training and excel bookkeeping, online marketing, product packaging, web creation, addition of appropriate technology to support the production process. MSME players get new insights, know and are motivated to run a business through simple bookkeeping and recording with excel. Business actors also understand that online marketing is currently very important in product marketing, so they inevitably have to keep up with the times if they want their business to grow.

Abstract

The Main Potential PKM-University Grant Team conducts Community Partnership Program (PKM) activities in the form of anti-hoax information-based teaching materials development training as part of improving teacher competency. This activity also provides information on how teachers respond to hoax information during the covid-19 pandemic. Participants in this PKM activity are teachers at SMK Namira Tech Nusantara which numbered 24 people. The outside target of Community Partnership Program activities is 1) improving the understanding and knowledge of teachers in making teaching materials by paying attention to the selection of appropriate information and not indicated hoax; 2) improving teachers' skills in designing teaching materials derived from reliable information; and 3) increased motivation of teachers in preparing teaching materials for online-based learning during the covid-19 pandemic. This method of PKM activity is carried out in four stages. The first stage is preliminary observation on the partner school. The second stage is the implementation of teaching materials manufacturing training through the search for hoax information. The third stage is the implementation of anti-hoax-based teaching materials that have been developed. The fourth stage is evaluation and reflection. The result is 1) teachers are able to understand hoax information; 2) teachers are able to develop anti-hoax information-based teaching materials and provide improved teacher competence during the covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Pangalengan a district in Bandung Regency, West Java Province. Pangalengan is located in the south of Bandung City and is famous for various tourist objects such as Situ Cileunca, tea plantations and Cibolang hot springs. Pangalengan is also known as an area of agriculture, livestock and plantations. There are several tea plantations managed by PTPN. Pangalengan is also an area for producing cow's milk, livestock and milk processing in the Pangalengan area. Another potential that is currently growing rapidly is coffee plantations. Citiis Village, which is located in Warnasari Village, Pangalengan District, is one of the villages that produces Arabica coffee. Most of the farmers in Citiis village grow coffee, because the price of coffee cherries or what is called logs is higher than vegetables and tea. Common problems faced by partners are marketing management, production management and financial management. The priority problem of partners is the Production Aspect where the Milling Machine (pulper) is damaged so that it cannot grind coffee to separate the beans and skins and the partner cannot produce more coffee grain. As well as the capital aspect, currently partners do not get capital assistance from any banking or non-financial institution due to limited knowledge about recording or bookkeeping as a condition for borrowing capital. The solution offered is to repair the damaged coffee milling machine (pulper) so that it can function again, as well as provide training in making simple financial reports so that partners can lend to banks or other non-financial institutions to increase capital in developing their business.

Abstract

There is a need for small and medium business actors to make business planning proposals (Business Plan) in the framework of Business Matching aimed at obtaining funding / capital and other access, can be synergized between business players and investors (pitching) Where in the field, most SMEs do not understand the problem of financial planning with technology. UKM players who do not recognize Excel functions will be facilitated because the required formulas have been included in the related templates. In addition, SMEs that also do not understand accounting in making financial projections will easily present the required financial projections, because the template adapts the necessary accounting concepts, which is integrated in the formula provided. Therefore, this template model is suitable for use by SMEs who do not understand accounting in producing financial reports, also suitable for SMEs who are just starting to take advantage of technology using the Excel application in managing financial data, but do not yet know how to integrate recorded data into financial statement figures. The results of the empowerment of SMEs have shown enthusiasm in making Business Plans based on proper accounting and financial management provisions and can be practiced directly by business actors. The impact of using this Business Plan Template Model can increase the independence of SMEs in making their business plans, used for other needs and as a means of controlling the resources used.
