Abstract

Language has an important contribution in communicating with others. If there is no language for communication, it is impossible to run smoothly. The use of language cannot be separated from mistakes in both speech and writing. Language errors are forms of errors in the use of speech forms of various linguistic units in the form of words, sentences, and paragraphs. The standard language rule system is a form of Indonesian language rule that is used as a reference standard. The purpose of this investigation is to be able to describe the forms of language errors, the factors that trigger language errors, and efforts to resolve these errors. In the editorial text in the teaching module there are still language errors at the syntactic level, therefore it is interesting for the author to investigate errors at the syntactic level. In this research, we used two methods of data collection and data analysis. The data analysis method used was documentary. Apart from that, the descriptive method was used for analyzing data. From the data, it was found that there was an error in the language at the syntactic level in the editorial for the Indonesian language teaching module for class XII SMA Merdeka curriculum. Based on the data investigation conducted, there were 4 language errors found, among others, standard word errors, conjunction errors, punctuation errors, and effective sentence errors. The benefits obtained after conducting an analysis of language errors in editorial texts are improving sentence structure according to linguistic rules

Abstract

This research aims to see whether or not there is an influence of product quality on consumer decisions in buying clothes on the Shopee App, to see how trust affects consumer decisions in buying clothes in the Shopee App, and to see the influence between product quality and trust in clothing purchasing decisions in the Shopee App. The sample used was 150 respondents with the purposive sampling method. The data obtained was obtained by filling out a questionnaire by the respondent. The results showed that simultaneous or partial 1) product quality had an influence on the purchase decision as evidenced by the value of t counted 7.717 > t table 1.976, 2) confidence affects the purchase decision with a value of t count 4.335 > t table 1.976, while the results of the test F showed F count 73.398 > F table 3.0 This means that product quality and trust simultaneously affect purchasing decisions through the Shopee App. Through the calculation of the determination coefficient, it is proven that R Square is 50% which is in the sufficient category, the conclusion obtained 3) product quality and trust simultaneously there is an influence 50% on the purchase decision through the Shopee Application while the remaining 50% is the influence of other variables that are not included in this study.

Abstract

Electronic goods are secondary needs for the community (Investor Daily in the Ministry of Industry of the Republic of Indonesia, 2019) which are easily found in the online marketplace. However, purchasing electronic goods online requires higher accuracy, especially the variety of electronic goods that continue to grow makes it increasingly difficult for consumers to evaluate the product to be purchased. So to facilitate the evaluation process, consumers often make purchases based on price as a determinant of product quality (Tobing & Sihombing, 2016). The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of price perception and electronic word of mouth on electronic goods purchasing decisions on Tokopedia. The sampling technique used in this study is to use probability sampling techniques, namely simple random sampling. The sample in this study was 85 respondents and the data collected were analyzed using multiple linear regression through SPSS. The results of this study show that price perception and electronic word of mouth have a significant effect with a probability of significance of (0.013 < 0.05) on the purchase decision of electronic goods on Tokopedia.

Abstract

Purchase intention is an important factor for users in using the KAI Access transportation service because user buying interest will automatically appear when the user is sure and trusts and feels interested in the goods (services) being offered. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price and service convenience on the buying interest of KAI Access users. This study uses KAI Access users as a population, and KAI Access users who are domiciled in Semarang as a sample. This research is a quantitative research using a non-experimental research design. Purposive sampling is sampling according to what is desired as a sampling method in this study. The data collection technique by distributing price questionnaires and the questionnaire used is the service convenience scale consisting of 13 items and the buying interest scale consisting of 13 items. The scale is presented using a Likert scale in intervals of 1-5 and questionnaires in intervals of 0-1 with a sample of 107. In this study, multiple linear regression analysis was used for the data analysis technique. In addition, hypothesis testing uses hypothesis testing (t-test), feasibility test (f-test), validity, reliability and normality, using the SPSS software. This study resulted in a statement that the price hypothesis has no significant effect on the purchase intention of KAI Access users. Meanwhile, service convenience has been empirically proven to have a significant effect on the purchase intention of KAI Access users. An important finding in this study is that there is no effect of price on the buying interest of KAI Access users.

Abstract

Sustainable and stable economic growth is a key goal for many countries. As times change and global challenges become more complex, it is important for countries to develop effective strategies to promote economic growth. One sector that has an important role in this regard is the public sector. This research aims to analyse the public sector development strategy as a driver of economic growth. The current research type is qualitative. Data collection techniques include listening and recording important information to conduct data analysis through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The study results show that the public sector development strategy as a driver of economic growth plays an important role in creating a conducive environment for sustainable and inclusive economic growth. In the context of endogenous growth theory, the government has the ability to influence the determinants of economic growth through appropriate policies and actions.

Abstract

In the era of globalisation and increasingly fierce competition, the sustainability of human resources (HR) becomes very important for the success of the organisation. Organisations that have effective career development strategies are able to retain quality human resources, increase productivity, and create a competitive advantage. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyse effective career development strategies in improving HR sustainability in organisations. The current research type is qualitative. Data collection techniques include listening and recording important information to conduct data analysis through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The study results show that in the context of improving HR sustainability in organisations, career development strategies play a very important role. In the above, we have discussed effective and relevant career development strategies by accommodating individual personality preferences and ensuring a match between the individual, the work environment, and organisational values. Holland's Career Choice Theory provides valuable insights in designing sustainable career development strategies.

Abstract

One of the public health problems is smoking behavior that occurs in various circles of society in Indonesia, including among students or high school students, therefore it is necessary to conduct counseling to provide awareness of the dangers of smoking to health. The purpose of this community service activity is so that students understand efforts to anticipate the catastrophe of smoking on health, also able to disseminate it to the family environment, learning environment and community. The stages of the community service method are carried out with Preparation, Implementation and Evaluation activities. Furthermore, the acquisition of service activities is conveyed descriptively and narratively. The results of the service activities showed that the measurement results before the counseling activities of the participants gave an understanding value of 80.88% from 130 participants. There are 15 question points, the most wrong answer responses to questions related to the catastrophe of smoking, smoking behavior in daily association and activities that are beneficial to support physical health. After the presentation of the material, measurements were made with the same questionnaire before counseling with the aim of knowing the transformation of students' knowledge after getting advice and counseling. The measurement results gave a value of 95.50% from 130 participants. There was an increase in knowledge by 14.62%. It is recommended that the school conduct further guidance in the field of public health on an ongoing basis so that students can be trained to become facilitators or health agents both at school and in their place of residence and also increase the role of school health efforts (UKS) in following up on various health problems that can be handled including smoking at school and according to an Islamic perspective, Smoking law is widespread in today's society, namely makruh. This then motivates smokers to justify their actions assuming acceptance of religion is that in Islam cigarette consumption does not occur including something illegal. As most of you probably know Indonesians follow Islam, which also means the majority of smokers are Muslims. In addition, it was later announced that smoking laws were haram (Purnawan et al. 2022).

Abstract

Iman and amal saleh (faith and good deed) are two important terms in the Qur'an that always stated together to support one another. Both term firmly wedded in the Qur'an should indicate someimportant meaning to be explored. This article attempts to investigate the meaning of iman and amal shaleh in the Qur'an using semantics analysis offered by Toshihiko Izutsu. This study employs qualitative methods on library research and analized descriptively. This research shows that iman and amal shaleh in the Qur'an connected to one another semantically. When the term amal shaleh stands alone, and without iman, it is useless because no matter good one deed will get no rewards. On the contrary, when one do good thing although a little, one will received reward (pahala). Besides, the term amal shaleh in the Qur'an covers a wide range of meaning related to God, human and other God's creatures.

Abstract

Enjoyment and all forms of human sustenance are blessings and favors that Allah has given, every effort that humans have made is an offering from Allah SWT. Long before humans are born, until they live life on earth, and until humans die, humans are never separated from the grace and favor of Allah SWT. Research written using descriptive qualitative methods and writing that uses research methods that use literature study which uses primary sources and scientific secondary sources such as ebooks, articles, and other sources of information. By using the meaning of QS. AzZumar: 53 which explains the greatness of the grace and blessings that Allah has given to humans, so understanding the meaning of this verse will give humans motivation to be grateful for all His blessings. So it can be concluded that this research will explain the form of Allah's grace and blessings extraordinary and how to be grateful for these blessings in the perspective of QS. Az-Zumar; 53.In God's grace free from any danger whatsoever. Because every grace must bring goodness and benefit. If there is a Muslim who is able to do good perfectly in worshiping Allah and is 'qualified' in providing benefits for His other servants, then for him a large portion is in the form of mercy from Allah.

Abstract

This article tries to elaborate the meaning of al-Balad in the Qur'an. The Term al-Balad is one of the vocabulary in the Qur'an which is important to exegete its meaning. Al-Balad, which is often translated as country, state, land, city, region and its many mentions in the Qur'an shows that the existence of balad for a society is very important for the continuity of life and prosperity of a society. This article is library research with references to the mufradat dictionary of the Qur'an Mu'jam Mufahras li Ma'ani al-Qur'an and commentary books of Qur’an such as Al-Tafsir al- Bayani li al-Qur'an al-Karim. Whereas the data analysis technique used is the content analysis technique. This study resulted in that the term al-Balad and its derivations are scattered in the Qur'an nineteen times, both in the Mecca and Medina periods. There are three meanings of the use of al-balad, namely the land of Mecca, a country in general that can be characterized as good or bad and, in the plural, which means country.
