This article aims to explore the potential and techniques for improving fine motor skills in early childhood through tracing images. The research was conducted at TK al-Munawarah located in Pai Village, Wera District, Bima Regency. The subjects of this study were children aged 4-5 years. This study aims to analyze the efforts made by teachers to enhance the students' fine motor skills and to identify the challenges in maximizing the development of these skills at TK al-Munawarah in Pai Village, Wera District, Bima Regency. The results of the study revealed that the efforts to improve the students' fine motor skills were carried out by: (1) preparing image or pattern media in accordance with the lesson theme; (2) explaining the steps for tracing images to the students; (3) establishing indicators for assessing the improvement of children's motor skills. The challenges faced include: (1) insufficient learning tools and media; (2) inadequate and insufficient number of teachers relative to the number of students; (3) insufficient repetition of the material on tracing images, which hindered the optimal development of the children's fine motor skills.

This study aims to explore the ranking patterns of students based on the total scores of knowledge and skills at MI NU Manbaul Huda, Undaan, Kudus. The methodology used is a quantitative descriptive approach with stratified random sampling technique, involving 37, fourth-grade, five-grade and sixth-grade students. Data were collected through questionnaires and score documents, and analyzed using SPSS version 25.0 software. The findings indicate a significant relationship between the total scores of knowledge and skills with students' rankings, where the total knowledge score has a greater influence. The average knowledge score of students is 78.5, while the average skills score is 75.3, indicating a gap in the mastery of practical skills. This study concludes that the existing ranking system needs to be improved to create a balance between the assessment of knowledge and skills, thus encouraging students to excel in both aspects. These findings are expected to provide insights for educators and policymakers in designing a more effective and fair assessment system.

Fenomena perceraian karena alasan ekonomi menempati angka yang melambung tinggi dari tahun 2021 hingga sekarang. Kasus perceraian ini terjadi tidak hanya pada satu wilayah saja, melainkan di berbagai wilayah di Indonesia. Hal ini membutuhkan solusi yang tepat guna, karena lokus rusaknya hifz al-mal akan merembet ke lokus yang lainnya. Dalam konteks ini, maqashid asy-syari’ah Jasser Auda memberikan solusi yang patut untuk diperhitungkan. Pemikiran maqashid Jasser Auda menawarkan paradigma dalam memahami hukum Islam. Pendekatannya yang sistemik, fleksibel, universal dan berbasis nilai membuka peluang bagi syari'ah untuk beradaptasi dengan perubahan zaman, tanpa kehilangan nilai-nilai fundamentalnya. Dalam isu perceraian akibat faktor ekonomi mendorong solusi berbasis maqashid yang tidak hanya menyelesaikan konflik hukum, tetapi juga memberdayakan keluarga secara sosial dan ekonomi. Untuk menanggulangi fenomena perceraian karena faktor ekonomi, bukan tanggung jawab individu semata, melainkan membutuhkan campur tangan dan kolaborasi dari berbagai pihak. Mulai dari peningkatan pendidikan, hukum yang memihak, pembekalan hard skill dan soft skill bagi keluarga, dan dukungan psikososial.

The tolerant character of future generations is important in an increasingly heterogeneous society. They must have a vision that is able to work together beyond ethnic and religious differences. This research discusses the understanding and commitment of senior high school students in the city of Pekalongan regarding the universal human values taught in each religion which are the basis for tolerance between humans as creatures. This research tried to find senior high school students’ understanding of the values of "A Common Word" (kalimatussawa) which includes love of God and love of neighbours so the implementation of those understandings with a tolerant attitude and the desire to advance the nation together with believers of other religions. This research also tried to discover how the social structure of the high school community was built through externalization, objectification and internalization. The data was obtained through questionnaires to high school students at MAN Insan Cendekia Pekalongan and SMA N 4 Pekalongan as the main data which was then analysed through data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The research concluded that high school students in the city of Pekalongan have a very good understanding of “a common word” so implement the values in their daily lives with a strong commitment to advancing the country together with others by prioritizing social welfare. The social structure of senior high school students is greatly influenced by schools from the stages of externalization, objectification to internalization, where schools deliberately create external realities to get the feel of student identities that are humanist, tolerant, progressive.

This study aims to analyze the role of promotion through influencers in increasing Generation Z's interest in Islamic banking products. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with an in-depth interview method with 51 respondents consisting of Generation Z, influencers, and Islamic banking practitioners. The results of the study indicate that promotion through influencers can increase knowledge and appeal of Islamic banking products, with an average respondent interest score of 4.16. The main factors that influence the effectiveness of promotion are the credibility of influencers, the quality of promotional messages, and the relevance of products to consumer needs. However, the effectiveness of this promotion is still limited in changing consumer preferences from conventional to Islamic banking. Recommendations provided include selecting credible influencers, improving the quality of promotional messages, and integrating educational campaigns to strengthen understanding of the advantages of Islamic banking. This study provides strategic insights for Islamic banks in utilizing digital marketing to increase Generation Z participation.

In this article, Imam Syafi'i's thoughts on Islamic education and how it is relevant in the current era. Although Imam Shafi'i is known as an expert in jurisprudence, he also made major contributions in the field of education. As reflected in his poetry which prioritizes ethics for those seeking knowledge, he emphasizes the importance of adab (ethics) and akhlak (morals) in the educational curriculum. In this article, Imam Syafi'i's thoughts on education and its relevance for modern education are explored through literature study and content analysis. Research shows that Imam Syafi'i's views on education, especially those related to his emphasis on manners and morals, are still relevant and can make an important contribution to the development of Islamic education that is comprehensive and focuses on building student character. This article also reveals the urgency of Imam Syafi'i's thoughts in Islamic education today. In the modern era full of challenges, Imam Syafi'i's emphasis on manners and morals has become increasingly relevant. Holistic Islamic education, which not only focuses on cognitive aspects but also character development, can be a solution to overcome various social and moral problems faced by society today. Thus, this study does not only provide an academic contribution in understanding Imam Syafi'i's thoughts about education, but also offers views that are relevant and applicable for the development of Islamic education in the present and future.

This study aims to explore the role of the principal in developing the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) curriculum in schools. The main focus of this study is to understand how the principal leads and manages the development of a curriculum that is in accordance with the needs of effective religious education for students. The method used in this study is qualitative research with a library research approach, which prioritizes data collection through literature studies, journals, books, and documents that are relevant to the topic being studied. This approach was chosen to gain a deep understanding of the role of the principal in developing the PAI curriculum and the challenges faced in its implementation. The results of the study show that the principal has a very important role in designing, implementing, and evaluating the PAI curriculum. The principal functions as a leader who directs the curriculum development team, facilitates training for PAI teachers, and ensures that the curriculum implemented can meet applicable education standards and is relevant to current developments. In addition, the principal also has the responsibility to create an environment that supports quality religious learning and inspires students. The challenges faced include limited resources, lack of training for PAI teachers, and limited access to more modern and contextual curriculum references.

An investment decision refers to an investor's strategy in selecting or determining where to allocate their investment capital to optimize potential future returns. Various factors can influence such decisions, including financial literacy, economic behavior, income levels, and length of service. Testing the impact of individual financial literacy, individual financial behavior, income level, and tenure on employee investment choices at PT Hwaseung Indonesia is the aim of this research. Data for this research were collected through a purposive sampling technique by giving surveys to PT Hwaseung employees via Google Forms. The analysis was conducted using SPSS software version 26, employing multiple linear regression methods. The findings reveal that financial literacy, income, and tenure have a positive and statistically significant impact on investment decisions. Conversely, financial behavior does not exhibit a significant relationship with investment decision.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peningkatan pemahaman guru-guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) di Kota Tanjungpinang mengenai moderasi beragama berbasis Al-Qur’an dan Hadis setelah diberikan pendampingan dan pelatihan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, melibatkan wawancara mendalam, observasi kelas, dan studi dokumentasi terhadap materi ajar yang digunakan di madrasah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebelum pelatihan, sebagian besar guru memiliki pemahaman yang terbatas mengenai konsep moderasi beragama dan cenderung melihatnya sebagai bentuk pengurangan nilai agama. Setelah mengikuti pelatihan, guru lebih memahami bahwa moderasi beragama merupakan keseimbangan dalam beragama, sikap adil, serta menghargai perbedaan. Observasi kelas menunjukkan bahwa guru mulai menerapkan metode diskusi terbuka dan pendekatan yang lebih inklusif dalam pengajaran. Beberapa madrasah juga mulai mengembangkan kebijakan yang mendorong penerapan nilai-nilai moderasi dalam pembelajaran. Meskipun terdapat peningkatan pemahaman, tantangan seperti perlunya bimbingan lanjutan dan integrasi yang lebih sistematis dalam kurikulum masih menjadi kendala.

The mention of the bidara plant in the Qur'an implicitly shows its superiority and high status. The bidara plant is mentioned twice, in the letter Saba' verse 16 and the letter Al-Waqi'ah verse 29. In addition to the Qur'an, there are several hadiths of the Prophet SAW explaining the various benefits of this bidara plant. In this article, the author tries to explain the content contained in the bidara plant and its benefits in human life. By searching various literature sources through the Google Scholar application, many benefits of this bidara plant were found. Along with the development of science and technology, the bidara plant is widely used in human life such as in the fields of health, spirituality and beauty.
