Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy, financial behavior, and future orientation on retirement planning among the sandwich generation. Using a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) AMOS, the research reveals that financial literacy significantly affects financial behavior, which in turn positively impacts retirement planning. However, future orientation does not show a significant effect on retirement planning, indicating that thinking about the future does not necessarily translate into concrete actions for retirement preparation. Additionally, the findings indicate that financial behavior does not significantly mediate the relationship between financial literacy and retirement planning. These results emphasize the importance of enhancing financial literacy to support better retirement planning, but also suggest that other factors may be necessary to strengthen this relationship.

Abstract

In today's digital era, social media has an important role in everyday life, one of which is as a communication channel. This research investigates the impact of brand familiarity, campaigns and brand experiences on brand attitude. This research is a quantitative approach and uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) analysis. The population in this study is the post-millennial generation who are active users of Instagram social media, have used or purchased Jiniso brand jeans fashion products, and live in the Jabodetabek area. This research uses a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique with a sample size of 182 respondents. Based on the research results, of the 7 hypotheses there are 5 hypotheses that are accepted, namely brand familiarity has a positive effect on campaign credibility, campaign fit has a positive effect on campaign credibility, campaign credibility has a positive effect on campaign attitude, campaign attitude has a positive effect on brand attitude, and brand experience has a positive effect on brand attitude. There are 2 hypotheses that were rejected, namely brand familiarity has no effect on brand attitude and involvement with the cause has no effect on campaign attitude. Based on these results, Jiniso is advised to improve and strengthen campaign strategies and marketing methods that can enable post-millennials to increasingly talk about their products on digital media.

Abstract

The effect of prices and discounts on purchasing decisions for shopee products on Generation Z in Depok City, the method used in this research is quantitative and the data collection technique is documentation study, besides that the data processing uses the SPSS version 25 application. The instrument used to collect data is a questionnaire. This research was conducted in April-June 2024. Respondents in this study were Generation Z Depok City who purchased facial care products at Shopee, totaling 400 people. And distributing questionnaires with each variable, namely variable X1 price, X2 discount, and Y purchase decision. Quantitative analysis consists of data quality testing (Validity and Reliability), classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis, hypothesis testing (T Test and F Test), and determination coefficient test. The results of this study are in line with research conducted by Devi Marta Dwi L., Theresia Pradiani, and Ike Kusdyah Rachmawati, in 2021. It can be said that the price and discount variables together have a significant effect on the variable purchasing decisions for facial care products at Shopee for Generation Z in Depok City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational climate on job satisfaction with organizational commitment as a mediating variable (study on UD Sehati Kecap Koki Dolar employees in Tulungagung). The population in this study were all employees and employees who worked at UD Sehati Kecap Koki Dolar in Tulungagung. The sampling method in this study uses the census technique or saturated sample because the population is not too large, namely 60 respondents. Data is processed through Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) software. The results showed that a better organizational climate can increase job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Meanwhile, stronger organizational commitment is also proven to affect job satisfaction. Organizational commitment acts as a mediator of the effect of organizational climate on employee job satisfaction at UD Sehati Kecap Koki Dolar in Tulungagung.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price perceptions, locations and product variety on purchasing decisions at PD Gudmal Sandal Material Store. The research used is quantitative research with a survey method to 88 respondents of PD Gudmal Sandal Material Store who live in Tasikmalaya city. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis.The results of this test prove that simultaneously perceptions of price, locations and product variety have a significant influence. And partially, price perception has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, location has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, and product variety has a significant effect on purchasing decisions at PD Gudmal Sandal Material Store.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify some significant effects of work discipline and motivation on the work performance of the deputy governor of the Sukmajaya district of the Depok city. The quantitative deskriptif method is the one used in this study. In this survey, 36 respondents who were dikantors of Sukmajaya Kota Depok were polled. Uji Validitas, Uju Realiabilitas, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Uji Normalitas, Uji Heteroskedastisitas, Uji Multikolinearitas, Uji Regresi Liner Berganda, Uji T (Parsial), Uji F (Stimultan), dan Uji Koefisien Determinasi sebagaian langit. Discipline-related discipline effects on work performance have a Thitung>TTabel ( 8,485 > 2,035 ) value; this is supported by a signifikativity of 0.000<0,05. This can be interpreted as meaning that Ho is dead and Ha is alive. The influence of motivation on employee work performance has a Thitung>TTabel (30,626 > 2,035) value; this may be explained by a signifikan 0,000<0,005. This can be seen as showing that Ho is tolak and Ha is diterima. The impact of work discipline and motivation simultaneously on the work-related kinerja is demonstrated by the Fhitung > 1141,097 > 4,13 and the signifikan 0,000 < 0,005 nilai koefisien determinasi (R2), which is around 0.986. This indicates that job satisfaction and work culture have a positive effect on employee work performance of around 0.986% or 98.6%, while the influence of other factors is responsible for the remaining 1.4% or 0.14 percent. It may be inferred from this that Ho is not the same as Ha.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, the success of a company depends on the ability of human resources to adapt to an increasingly open and diverse work environment, with the main challenges for HR related to cultural diversity and leadership dynamics. This study examines the influence of leadership style and work environment on the performance of MSME employees in Boyolali Regency, filling the gap from previous studies that produced different findings. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through a survey of 152 employees and analyzed using the SEM PLS method. The results showed that both variables had a significant effect on performance. Although validity and reliability were met, this study was limited to the scope of local MSMEs without considering external factors. These findings emphasize the importance of leadership and work environment in improving the performance of MSME employees.

Abstract

Es Lumut Jelly is a simple soft drink with three main ingredients, namely milk, jelly and a variety of flavors which are given the latest innovation in bottle packaging. This moss ice jelly drink is in great demand by many age groups. Therefore, as a form of innovation in the ice moss jelly drink, the author provides additional ingredients such as various flavor variants. The method in this research uses qualitative research. Qualitative research aims to gain an in-depth understanding of the observed phenomena. In this research, the researcher acts as the main instrument in collecting descriptive data. With innovation in processing simple beverage products, students can increase their creativity in entrepreneurship. By increasing creativity, students are able to process various flavors and create better economic opportunities.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style and digital literacy on the performance of Sumedang Regency Tourism, Culture, Youth and Sports Department employees. The method used was a quantitative approach with a research sample of 43 respondents, namely all employees of the Tourism, Culture, Youth and Sports Department of Sumedang Regency. The data used is primary data and secondary data. The data testing technique used in this research uses validity tests, reliability tests and classical assumption tests. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 26. The research results show that simultaneously Leadership Style and Digital Literacy have a significant effect on employee performance. Partially Leadership Style has a significant effect on employee performance. Partially, Digital Literacy has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of menu variations and Store Atmosphere on competitive advantage (a consumer survey of Warsun Cafe and Resto Bandung). The method used in this study is causality through a survey approach. With a research sample of 100 consumers of Warsun Cafe and Resto Bandung. The data used is using primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 26.0. The results of the study show that Menu Variation and Store Atmosphere have a significant influence on Competitive Advantage at Warsun Cafe And Resto Bandung. Partially, Menu Variation has a significant influence on Competitive Advantage at Warsun Cafe And Resto Bandung. Partially Store Atmosphere has a significant influence on Competitive Advantage at Warsun Cafe And Resto Bandung.
