Abstract

Tax is a source of regional income which has an important role in the development of infrastructure and public services. However, the effectiveness of tax compliance is often influenced by various factors, including public perception of services in the motor vehicle tax payment process, which is often considered complicated and confusing. This article aims to provide an overview of taxpayers' perceptions of motor vehicle tax services at the Serang Regency Samsat. This research used a quantitative approach involving 68 respondents who were taxpayers in the Serang Regency Samsat. The methods applied in this research include descriptive statistical analysis, correlation tests, and linear regression.

Abstract

This article discusses social entrepreneurship strategies in empowering marginalized women. Empowering marginalized women through social entrepreneurship is seen as a solution to address issues of gender inequality and poverty. Through a literature review, this research identifies various approaches and programs that have been implemented to enhance women's skills and knowledge, as well as their impact on their well-being. The results indicate that social entrepreneurship can increase economic independence and strengthen women's positions in society. This research concludes that support from various parties, including the government and private institutions, is crucial for the implementation of these strategies.

Abstract

The object of this writing is a family business actor in the culinary sector who still manages his business using conventional methods. Before the pandemic, sales were made in large portions for parties, so when the Covid 19 pandemic emerged, accompanied by recommendations for physical distancing, sales experienced a significant decline, thus requiring business owners to do several things to survive and develop. . From the research results it can be concluded that: 1. Human resource management process activities have been applied but are still in a simple, non-formal and unrecorded context. These activities include employee identification and selection, orientation for new employees, and training for new and existing employees. Strategies to retain employees who are competent and have high productivity have also been implemented. There is no health insurance for employees in the object of analysis, there is only a small financial assistance for medical treatment and giving vitamins to employees as a form of prevention so they don't fall sick. Regarding the issue of balance between work and personal life, the owner gives employees the freedom to bring their children to work if conditions do not allow the children to be left at home. 2. The control function has also been applied to the object of analysis, although it is still simple, informal and not recorded. Financial control through calculating ratios has not been applied because the object of analysis has never made written and formal financial reports such as Profit and Loss reports and Balance Sheets. Balance Score Card and Benchmarking have also not been applied by the object of analysis. Control devices in the form of Feedforward, Concurrent and feedback control have been applied by the object of analysis but still in a simple, informal and unwritten manner.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of compensation and career development on employee job satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. The population of this study were permanent employees of PT. Nikomas Gemilang, Serang Regency, Banten with a research sample of 100 people. This study uses primary data sources by distributing questionnaires in the form of a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS version 25 program. The results of the study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between compensation and career development on job satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

Amidst the challenges of technology adoption, Indonesian MSMEs have a great opportunity to improve efficiency, competitiveness, and sustainability through digitalization. With a large contribution to GDP and employment, MSMEs need to utilize fiscal incentives, digital strategies, and online payment methods to meet the needs of modern customers. This transformation not only helps businesses operate, but also opens up opportunities for growth in the age of technology. This study looks at how digitalization, financial literacy, and technology support affect the financial performance of MSMEs. It also looks at how these factors affect productivity, efficiency and day-to-day operations in the digital age. This study aims to evaluate the impact of these three components on the financial performance of MSMEs in Karanganyar Regency. This study uses primary data from questionnaires given to MSME owners. The study findings show that financial literacy, financial inclusion, and technology use significantly improve the financial efficiency of MSMEs by helping with financial management, capital access, and business sustainability. However, the limitation of this study is the limited scope that only covers a part of the sample of MSMEs in Karanganyar Regency, so it cannot represent all MSMEs more broadly.

Abstract

Stock planning and inventory management are crucial to business efficiency, according to this study. Effective inventory management requires accurate sales forecasting. Companies can optimize stock levels, reduce storage costs, and boost efficiency and profitability by forecasting accurately. Previous research has shown that the least squares method can optimize inventory and reduce storage costs. This study forecasts sales using least squares and optimizes stock. Accurate sales forecasts help companies avoid overstocking, boost efficiency, and plan production and distribution. This research is relevant in today's global competition and dynamic business environment. The forecast predicts 1,549 fabric sales in 2025, up from the previous year.

Abstract

This research is used to examine the state of financial management in an institution. By using the principal of RA Nurul Huda as our resource person to find out more in-depth information about financial management in the institution, and what attitude the principal takes in dealing with financial management in the educational institution. From the results of this research, it is known that the RA Nurul Huda institution reports the results of real income and expenditure of funds on a regular basis every month. And the school has also prepared funds for several students if they need them one day.

Abstract

The bottled water industry (AMDK) in Indonesia is highly competitive, requiring companies to develop effective marketing strategies. This study aims to analyze the influence of brand image on purchase intention for Le Minerale products, with social influence as a mediating variable. The research employs a quantitative survey method involving 100 respondents selected through purposive sampling. A Likert-scale questionnaire was used to measure respondents' perceptions of the study variables. Results analyzed using PLS-SEM indicate that brand image significantly impacts purchase intention, both directly and indirectly through social influence. A positive brand image enhances consumers' perception and trust in the product, while social influence strengthens this relationship. This study highlights the importance of brand image management and the role of social recommendations in influencing purchase decisions. However, limitations include the small sample size, potential respondent bias, and a lack of exploration of other factors such as price and product quality. Future research is recommended to expand population coverage, include additional variables, and adopt a longitudinal design.

Abstract

Digitalization in human resource management helps companies modernize HR functions and provides competitive advantages.At the same time, changes in work styles and demand for HR skills are also required.The aim of this research is to introduce the phenomenon of digitalization into the literature, investigate its current main benefits and risks, and analyze the impact of digitalization on the competencies and roles of human resources professionals.This qualitative study includes secondary data describing current levels of digital skills, based on more than 7 responses.respondents from six EU member states (Germany, Finland, UK, Portugal, Sweden and Slovakia.Contains analysis).Primary data analysis of HR social media skills collected in five European countries participating in the SHARPEN project is also presented here.This article also discusses recent trends in HR specialist skills.The results obtained indicate that HR professionals tend to be reluctant to adopt these technologies.The results of this survey highlight the importance of digitalization and the increasing need for digital skills for human resources in recent years.

Abstract

The development of the current digital era has an impact on all aspects. Not only in the economic sector but also in the field of online sales or e-commerce also feels the impact. Because technological knowledge continues to grow, every consumer must be able to follow developments that affect their daily needs. Online marketplaces such as Shopee have become shopping platforms for consumers today. This study uses a quantitative approach, where the population consists of Shopee marketplace users. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of brand ambassadors and discounts on purchasing interest. And the technique used in this study is the Non-Probability Sampling technique. By using SmartPLS version 3 software to analyze data with the Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) method. This study shows that brand ambassadors and discounts have a positive and significant influence on purchasing interest.
