Abstract

This research uses a quantitative approach to analyze the effect of leverage, earning power, and net profit margin on profit management in Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2023. The population of this study consists of 92 companies listed in the Property and Real Estate index during 2019-2023, with a sample of 85 data. The results show that leverage has a negative effect on profit management, while earning power (EP) and net profit margin (NPM) have a positive effect on profit management. Keywords: , , , , .

Abstract

The Population and Civil Registration Office of Ciamis Regency is located in the administrative area of the Ciamis regency government. The Ciamis Regency Population and Civil Registration Office was formed through Ciamis Regency Regional Regulation No. 8 of 2016 concerning the Establishment and Structuring of Regional Apparatus and Ciamis Regent Regulation No. 48 of 2016 concerning Duties, Functions, and Work Procedures of Organizational Elements of the Population and Civil Registration Office. The object of this study is the employees of the Ciamis Regency Population and Civil Registration Office, which is 57 employees. The problems faced in this study include (1) How Organizational Culture Affects Employee Performance; (2) How does work motivation affect employee performance; (3) How the Influence of Organizational Culture and Work Motivation on Employee Performance. The research method used is a descriptive method of analysis with a quantitative approach and a correlational research design. Primary and secondary data sources with questionnaire data collection tools. Correlation data analysis technique with multiple regression. Based on the results of statistical testing, it was concluded that the variables of organizational culture and work motivation had a joint or simultaneous effect on employee performance. In this study, the employee performance variable can be explained by the variables of organizational culture and work motivation by 76%, while the rest is explained by other variables outside the model, this shows that the relationship is included in a very strong category.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of training and competency development on employee performance at PT Anugerah Tangkas Transportindo (ATT Group). The research employed a quantitative method with a survey approach, collecting data through questionnaires distributed to ATT Group employees. The results of the analysis indicate that training and competency development have a significant effect on improving employee performance. These findings affirm that structured training programs and efforts to enhance employee competencies can increase motivation and work productivity, thereby contributing to the overall performance of the company. This study recommends that ATT Group management continue to develop training and competency programs tailored to employee needs to achieve organizational goals optimally.

Abstract

Mie gacoan is a fast-growing Indonesian food and beverage company. The word 'gacoan' is derived from the Javanese word meaning a mainstay. This research aims to investigate the effect of service quality and price on the satisfaction of gacoan noodle customers on students in West Jakarta. The research method used a quantitative approach by spreading questionnaires to 96 respondents through a purposive sampling method and making observations to evaluate service quality. This analysis shows that service quality and price have a significant positive influence on customer satisfaction. individually, service quality has a significance value of 0.000 with a Thitung value of 6,670 and price has a significance value of 0.009 with a Thitung value of 2,650. Simultaneously, the Fhitung value of 46,202 with a significance of 0.000, this shows a significant influence from both variables. In conclusion, there is a positive and significant effect of service quality and price on the satisfaction of gacoan noodle customers on students in west jakarta, both individually and simultaneously. These findings provide insight for restaurant owners to improve marketing strategies and customer service. By understanding these factors, restaurants can more effectively attract and retain customers.

Abstract

A fundamental component of human resources is the capacity to facilitate corporate objectives and determine whether enhanced competencies might elevate performance. Organizational commitment is crucial as it reflects the allegiance of medical workers to their institution. High devotion among medical workers will result in optimal performance. This research aims to ascertain the impact of work ability on the performance of medical personnel, with organizational commitment serving as an intervening variable at the Kenali Besar Community Health Center. The research methodology employs quantitative descriptive analysis. This research demonstrates that work ability has a favorable and significant impact on the performance of medical personnel. The capacity for work exerts a favorable and substantial impact on organizational commitment. Organizational commitment positively and significantly affects the performance of medical personnel. Work ability exerts a positive and considerable impact on the performance of medical personnel, with organizational commitment serving as an intervening element.

Abstract

Information technology is developing very rapidly, including in carrying out buying and selling transactions. Traditional businesses that require face-to-face meetings are starting to be abandoned, and replaced by online marketing or what is usually called e-commerce. Lazada's sales figures are quite low compared to other e-commerce. These low sales indicate Lazada's low consumer decision. Therefore, this research was conducted to analyze the influence of live streaming and price discounts on purchasing decisions of Lazada consumers in Cengkareng. The research method applied in this research is descriptive quantitative statistics. The population in this study were Cengkareng residents with an unknown population size, but 96 Cengkareng residents were taken as samples. Data analysis techniques are data quality testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing, coefficient of determination testing. Then from the research results it was found that partially Live Streaming had a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, price discounts had a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, live streaming and price discounts together or simultaneously had an influence on consumer purchasing decisions. It is known that the coefficient of determination value reaches 0.490 and it can be concluded that simultaneously, live streaming and price discounts contribute 49% to purchasing decisions, while the remaining 51% is influenced by other factors not included in this research.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial performance of PT. Adaro Energy Tbk for the period 2021-2023 using the Index Time Series method. PT. Adaro Energy Tbk is an integrated energy company that focuses on coal mining. The data analyzed comes from the company's financial statements published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research method is quantitative non-statistical with a purposive sampling technique to determine the sample. Data analysis techniques include Time Series calculations by looking at the financial performance values of the Liquidity, Solvency, and Profitability Ratios. The results of the analysis show that the financial performance of PT. Adaro Energy Tbk In the period 2021-2023, the company's Current Ratio increased from 2.08% in 2021 to 2.17% in 2022, before decreasing slightly to 2.01% in 2023. Despite the decline, the company still has sufficient liquidity. Debt to Equity Ratio dropped significantly from 83.47% in 2021 to 41.33% in 2023, signaling the end of management in reducing debt. Profitability through Net Profit Margin (NPM) increased from 23.27% in 2021 to 30.75% in 2022, but decreased to 25.22% in 2023. The results of this study provide stakeholders with insight into the dynamics of the company's financial performance, as well as provide a good foundation for making financial decisions in the future.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is 1) to analyze the influence of financial knowledge on business management behavior in refill perfume SMEs in Jambi City. 2) to analyze the influence of financial attitude on business management behavior in refill perfume SMEs in Jambi City. 3) to analyze the influence of locus of control on business management behavior in refill perfume SMEs in Jambi City. 4) to analyze the influence of financial knowledge, financial attitude, and locus of control on business management behavior in refill perfume SMEs in Jambi City. The research method used is quantitative descriptive analysis, with a sample size of 62 respondents from refill perfume businesses in Jambi City, utilizing multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that 1) simultaneously, the variables of financial knowledge, financial attitude, and locus of control have a positive and significant effect on business management behavior. 2) Partially, the variable of financial knowledge has a positive and significant effect on business management behavior. 3) Partially, the variable of financial attitude has a positive and significant effect on business management behavior. 4) Partially, the variable of locus of control has a positive and significant effect on business management behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the sharia product education program organized by Bank BJB Syariah KCP Lippo Cikarang to its customers. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with customers and bank employees, observations, and documentation related to the implementation of the education program. The results of the study indicate that the sharia product education program is able to increase customer understanding and awareness of the sharia products offered. However, several obstacles were found such as limited implementation time, lack of interactive educational materials, and low active customer participation. This study recommends the need for innovation in education methods and increased collaboration between banks and customers to increase the effectiveness of sharia product education programs in the future.

Abstract

This paper is to determine the Role of PBM Wahana Intradermaga Niaga in the Dry Bulk Unloading Process at PT. Pelabuhan Belawan. Unloading activities are activities to unload goods from the ship's hold to the dock in the ship's hull or vice versa (stevedoring), activities to move goods from the dock using a conveyor to the warehouse/stacking yard or vice versa (cargodoring) and activities to pick up goods from the warehouse/yard carried onto a truck or vice versa (receiving/delivery). A dry bulk carrier is a ship specifically designed to be able to transport various dry bulk loads. In the distribution of dry bulk cargo there is an unloading process. Unloading aims to lower and raise goods from the ship to the port or vice versa. And in supporting this goal requires unloading equipment. The unloading equipment in question comes from the port. In carrying out the unloading process, MV. S Grace has obstacles in carrying out unloading. So that the purpose of unloading is not achieved optimally. Therefore, an analysis is needed to determine the factors that inhibit the productivity of dry bulk unloading so that unloading activities can run optimally. From the results of reading and observing this paper, the author states that the implementation of unloading has inhibiting factors, namely external factors. Crane breakdown and bad weather are inhibiting factors in the dry bulk unloading process. Based on these factors, it has an impact on unloading delays that are not according to schedule and increase ship queues. Therefore, the author suggests that port operators or ship crews carry out routine maintenance on the equipment used for loading and unloading so that dry bulk loading and unloading can run optimally. This paper uses the field research method and the library research method (data collection from the library).
