Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of brand image, lifestyle, and price on iPhone purchasing decisions for millennial women in Langsa City. The sample in this study amounted to 96 respondents. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination test. The regression equation in this study is Y = 2.118 + 0.181X1 + 0.036X2. Brand image has a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Iphone for millennial women in Langsa City. Lifestyle has a significant effect on purchasing decisions for iPhones for millennial women in Langsa City. brand image and lifestyle simultaneously have a significant effect on iPhone purchasing decisions for millennial women in Langsa City. Based on the coefficient of determination test, it can be explained that the Adjusted R Square value is 0.521. This means that the Brand Image and Lifestyle variables on Purchasing Decisions are 52.1%, while the remaining 47.9% is influenced by other variables outside this research model.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of online communities and digital marketing on the desire to play and loyalty of users of the Mobile Legends online game in Surabaya. This research uses quantitative methods by collecting data through online questionnaires from 100 respondents who are members of the Mobile Legends community in Surabaya. The data analysis technique used is path analysis, as well as the Sobel test to test intervening variables. The results of this study indicate that online communities and digital marketing have a direct impact on user loyalty, but the desire to play does not mediate this relationship. Thus, digital marketing strategies and online community development can directly increase user loyalty without having to increase the desire to play

Abstract

This research was conducted based on the need for a system that can record inventory at PT Sumber Rejeki Semarang. PT Sumber Rejeki Taura is engaged in the water pump trade. The inventory management system currently running at PT. Sumber Rejeki Taura is manual management. In carrying out daily activities, PT Sumber Rejeki Taura still uses a manual inventory recording system. When making a report to the management, the inventory report is taken from the ledger, resulting in long recording because it has to work twice to record it in the book and make a report. If at any time the company owner wants to know and see the inventory of goods, it will take a long time because it has to be re-capitulated. Likewise, in searching for data, you have to check the data one by one, this takes time because in any case, recording in the book can cause various obstacles, such as data can be changed, for example, recording the inventory report is changed by someone else who is not responsible without the owner's knowledge so that the data can be known to outside parties, books can be damaged because the paper is often turned over when checking the inventory report, in addition, the inventory of goods that is currently running at PT Sumber Rejeki Taura has not been well designed, so far the inventory of goods at PT Sumber Rejeki Taura is only limited to recording in books and receipts. Seeing these problems, the author provides a proposed solution by designing a web-based inventory information system to help the performance of Toko Besi T employees or also called PT. Sumber Rejeki Taura Semarang in processing and storing data. The author will use Macromedia Dreamweaver and CSS software then supported by PHP and MySQL databases in the XAMPP Control Panel application.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji karakteristik serta pola penyebaran spasial Industri Kecil Menengah (IKM) dan Industri Rumah Tangga (IRT) di kawasan kabupaten dan kota. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga mengungkap faktor-faktor utama yang mempengaruhi persebaran spasial kedua jenis industri tersebut, serta menilai dampaknya terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dan pembangunan wilayah. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur yang merujuk pada berbagai penelitian sebelumnya. Temuan penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa IKM umumnya terpusat di wilayah perkotaan karena dukungan infrastruktur dan akses pasar yang lebih baik, sedangkan IRT lebih banyak tersebar di wilayah kabupaten yang memiliki jaringan sosial masyarakat yang kuat. Pemerataan distribusi spasial IKM dan IRT diyakini dapat mengurangi ketimpangan ekonomi antar wilayah, sekaligus mendukung peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat dan pembangunan wilayah yang berkelanjutan. Kata Kunci: Distribusi spasial; industri kecil; industri rumah tangga; pembangunan wilayah; pertumbuhan ekonomi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of integrating audit trails and internal controls in enhancing member loyalty in cooperatives through transparency and accountability. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through interviews and observations at KSPP Syariah Mawar Simo Sungelebak Lamongan. The results indicate that the implementation of the SIBMT (Integrated Management-Based Information System) with audit trail features enables transparent and verifiable transaction records, thereby strengthening member trust. Effective internal controls, such as monthly audits and routine evaluations, minimize errors and fraud. The main challenge is human error in system operation, which can be mitigated through employee training. High member trust, active participation in meetings, and open financial reporting in the Annual Member Meeting (RAT) are key drivers of loyalty. The study concludes that the integration of audit trails and internal controls fosters transparent and accountable cooperative governance, ultimately boosting member loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Village Financial System (Siskeudes) application version 2.0.7 and its impact on the performance of the Babat Village officials. The research employed a qualitative approach with data collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The results indicate that the use of Siskeudes has brought positive changes, particularly in the speed of report preparation, accuracy of financial recording, and improvement of administrative accountability. However, challenges such as limited technological understanding among village officials and technical disruptions during system use were still encountered. Babat Village has undertaken various innovations, including proposing feature development and utilizing Siskeudes data for strategic planning. Overall, the implementation of Siskeudes 2.0.7 significantly contributes to a more effective, transparent, and accountable financial management system at the village level.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi membuat masyarakat lebih tertarik untuk mencari segala informasi melalui internet. Ketatnya persaingan di dunia bisnis memicu para pelaku bisnis untuk menyusun strategi terbaik dalam mendapatkan dan mempertahankan konsumennya, Salah satunya yaitu memperhatikan factor yang dipertimbangkan yaitu Influencer dan Content marketing. Pelaku bisnis didorong untuk selalu berfikir inovatif dan lebih kreatif untuk menetapkan strategi yang tepat untuk mempertahankan pelanggan dan memenangkan persaingan bisnis ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Influencer dan Content marketing terhadap minat beli produk Inspired Sinar Abadi Kota Malang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan membagi kuesioer kepada 100 responden dengan teknik purposive sampling. Menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis. Hasil pengujian hipotesis secara parsial, Influencer berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli, selanjutnya Content marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli. Hasil pengujian hipotesis secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa influence dan Content marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli. Terdapat pengaruh influence dan Content marketing terhadap minat beli sebesar 37,7% dan sisanya 62,3% dipengaruh oleh faktor lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa influence dan Content marketing berpengaruh terhadap minat beli Inspired Sinar Abadi di Kota Malang.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has encouraged companies to carry out transformations in various operational aspects. One approach that is considered effective for increasing efficiency is Business Process Management (BPM). This research aims to analyze the implementation of BPM in improving company operational efficiency in the digital era. The method used is literature study and case studies on companies that have implemented BPM. The research results show that BPM is able to provide significant efficiency through automation, standardization and monitoring of business processes. However, implementing BPM also requires organizational readiness, from structure to work culture.

Abstract

Business Process Management (BPM) has evolved from an efficiency improvement tool to an organizational strategy that supports digital transformation. As organizational needs for adaptability and creativity increase, the ability to collaborate across teams and innovate becomes a key success factor. This research aims to analyze the application of BPM as a means of improving team collaboration and innovation based on the latest trends (2024-2025). This study uses a qualitative approach through literature review and recent case studies in the technology and manufacturing sectors. The results show that BPM supported by digital technologies such as low-code platforms and AI can strengthen team synergy, accelerate decision-making, and produce competitive new products or processes.
