Abstract

Flexible Work Arrangements (FWA) is a policy that provides flexibility to employees, this flexibility can be in the form of work time or location. This research aims to understand the implementation of Flexible Work Arrangements (FWA) at PT XYZ and its effect on work productivity and efficiency. The method used in this research is a qualitative case study with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation, and data analysis using the Miles and Huberman interactive model. The results showed that PT XYZ implements FWA with a hybrid work policy system, flexitime, and working to change locations according to work needs which are considered to have a positive impact on productivity and operational efficiency. However, in its implementation there are still challenges in terms of coordination, work supervision, and work schedule arrangements. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize communication and monitoring so that the implementation of Flexible Work Arrangements (FWA) can run more effectively.

Abstract

Reference and master data management is a crucial component in modern information systems and databases, especially in supporting the integrity and efficiency of data processing in various organizational sectors. Problems that often arise, such as data duplication, inconsistency between systems, and lack of management standards, hinder the quality of data-based decision making. This study aims to examine the strategy for optimizing reference and master data management with a focus on a systematic approach through the implementation of Master Data Management (MDM) and data governance policies. The methodology used is a literature study and case study analysis of institutions that have implemented structured data management. The results of the study show that the application of consistent data governance principles, integration of MDM technology, and metadata standardization play a major role in improving data consistency and reliability. The conclusion of this study confirms that optimizing reference and master data management is not only a technical issue, but also strategic and organizational. Abstract

Abstrak. The strategic role of Islamic consumption and investment in the economic development of developing countries, especially Indonesia. Amidst the challenges of economic modernization and social inequality, consumption and investment based on sharia principles are believed to be able to contribute significantly to equitable and sustainable growth. Through a literature approach, this paper outlines the principles of Islamic consumption and investment and their relevance in the context of development. Islamic consumption emphasizes ethics, balance, and social responsibility, while Islamic investment promotes justice, transparency, and social benefit. Optimizing these two aspects, including the utilization of instruments such as zakat and waqf, can strengthen the foundations of the national economy as well as realize the overall welfare of the people.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of metadata in the management of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of business data management. The research employs a qualitative approach with case studies on several MSMEs that have adopted metadata systems in transaction recording, inventory management, and digital marketing strategies. The findings indicate that the use of metadata enables more structured data management, improves business information accuracy, and accelerates decision-making processes. Furthermore, the integration of metadata with digital technology helps MSMEs optimize marketing strategies and expand market reach more effectively.

Abstract

This research discusses the critical role of central banks in the face of economic turmoil characterized by monetary and financial instability. The background of this research is the importance of central banks as controllers of monetary policy and financial system stability in responding to global and domestic economic crises. The research objective is to analyze the strategic steps of the central bank, especially Bank Indonesia, in maintaining exchange rate stability, controlling inflation, and ensuring the liquidity and health of the banking sector during times of turmoil. The research method used is qualitative with data analysis conducted using the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings show that the central bank acts as a lender of last resort, intervenes in the foreign exchange market, adjusts the benchmark interest rate, and collaborates with the government and other financial authorities to maintain national economic stability and support economic recovery effectively.

Abstract

Financial information presented in trasparent and accountable and support the concept of good governance. Government Accounting Standards as the basis for reported of financial statements. Health facilities are on of those that need to be reviewed for implementation conformity the inventory accounting records based on Governement Accounting Standards Statement Number 05. The research method used is a qualitative data with interview as data collection technique and documentation of financial statements. The results of the study indicate that the conformity between inventory accounting report in health facilities x has been implemented well.

Abstract

This study examines the integration of business writing skills and marketing skills as an effort to enhance communication strategies in modern marketing practices. In the era of digital transformation, companies are required to adapt to the latest technological developments, and the ability to communicate effectively through written content has become increasingly important. This paper discusses the impact of business writing on marketing communication, the challenges of writing in the digital age, and the importance of writing skills in conveying messages clearly and persuasively. It also explores how marketing skills can be adapted to create effective communication strategies that are in line with digital marketing trends. Through this integration, companies can improve their marketing efforts, creating better engagement with customers and achieving marketing objectives more efficiently. The study concludes that mastering both business writing and marketing skills is crucial in improving communication strategies and enhancing the overall marketing performance in the digital age.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of employee work stress at PT X by highlighting the factors that cause, impact on performance, and handling strategies undertaken. The research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, through interviews, observation, and documentation. The background of this research departs from the reality of increasing work pressure in the modern world of work which has an impact on employee welfare and productivity. The results showed that work stress at PT X was triggered by the high intensity of loading and unloading activities, uneven division of workload, and discrepancies in stock data between the system and field conditions. In addition, interaction with difficult customers is also a contributing factor to stress. Nonetheless, each employee has their own mechanisms for dealing with stress, such as completing work gradually, taking breaks, listening to music, or seeking entertainment outside of working hours. The findings suggest that work stress is situational and strongly influenced by an individual's ability to manage pressure. This research is expected to contribute to the management of PT X in creating a healthier work environment and supporting employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of product innovation and service digitalization at Pegadaian Syariah in increasing financial inclusion in the digital economy era. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation of Pegadaian Syariah employees and customers. The results of the study indicate that digital transformation, through the development of the Pegadaian Syariah Digital (PSD) application and modernization of technological infrastructure, is able to increase transaction efficiency, expand service coverage, and support sharia financial inclusion. However, the main challenges faced include the digital literacy gap, data security risks, and the complexity of multi-sharia contracts. This study recommends a hybrid strategy of offline-online services and an adaptive contract model so that services are more inclusive and easily accessible to all levels of society, while still being based on sharia principles.

Abstract

This research discusses the application of Islamic economic principles in enhancing economic growth in developing countries. Developing countries often face issues of economic inequality, poverty, and unemployment, which can be addressed through an economic approach based on moral values and social justice. The theory used in this research includes maqasid al-shariah, which emphasizes social welfare, as well as Islamic economic principles that prohibit riba, gharar, and maysir, and implement profit-sharing systems in financing. Additionally, this research examines the role of zakat and waqf as instruments of wealth redistribution that can reduce social inequality. The research method used is qualitative with a library study approach, collecting and analyzing relevant literature to support the understanding of the application of Islamic economic principles. The findings indicate that the application of Islamic economic principles can create more inclusive and sustainable economic growth, improve societal welfare, and reduce socio-economic inequality in developing countries. Sharia financial concepts, such as mudharabah and musyarakah-based financing, also provide fairer access to financing for small and medium-sized enterprises. Overall, Islamic economics offers an effective alternative in addressing various economic challenges in developing countries.
