Abstract

This research aims to find out about promotions that can increase consumer buying interest at the Kulumanu Kopi Cafe, Tangerang City. The results of observations made by researchers show that consumer buying interest is fluctuating, if seen from good quality products at affordable prices and very strategic locations in the city center close to the Tangerang City square. Promotion is carried out only using word of mouth and Instagram social media. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. This research emphasizes quality, not quantity. Data collection techniques include observation, direct interviews with key informants, focus group discussions (FGD) and documentation. Data analysis techniques use SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat) analysis with the IFAS (Internal Factory Analysis Summary) and EFAS (Environmental Factor Analysis Summary) Matrix approaches. The results of the Strength Analysis Research are; Strategic location in the city center, Has AC and Non-AC rooms with attractive interior design, Builds relationships between internal and external cafe employees, Management of activities that always innovate, Has photo box facilities. Weaknesses, namely; Requires large initial capital, Dependence on weather, Lack of menu variety, Limited space. Opportunities in the future are; Cooperating or collaborating with Coffee Shop Brands that are well known in Indonesia and even internationally, Providing a coffee menu with the characteristics of Kulumanu Coffee in various cities in Indonesia and even abroad, opening branches in big cities in Indonesia. Threats from outside that must be anticipated are; There are more and more competitors in the coffee cafe business. Many mobile coffee shops have innovated by selling cafe class coffee at lower prices. Many cafes collaborate with musicians so that every day there is live music in the cafe. Therefore there must always be new innovations. Even though the promotional method used is in accordance with the marketing concept of Kulumanu Kopi Cafe, it must add promotional methods using other social media such as Tiktok, Youtube, Facebook, also using advertisement media and endorsement media by celebgrams, artists/famous figures to introduce Kulumanu Kopi Cafe. in order to increase consumer buying interest).

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of Service Quality and Claim Settlement on Customer Satisfaction of PT. Asuransi Intra Asia, both partially and simultaneously. This research method uses a nonprobability sampling technique where samples are taken by chance, with a sample size of 83 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, and data analysis techniques are validity tests, reliability tests, simple linear analysis, multiple linear, correlation coefficients, determination coefficients, and hypothesis tests. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence between Service Quality and Claim Settlement on Customer Satisfaction of PT. Asuransi Intra Asia simultaneously. This can be seen from the value of the regression equation, namely Y = 4.552 + 0.298 X1 + 0.595 X2. The constant of 4.552 indicates that Customer Satisfaction (Y) will be worth 4.552 if Service Quality (X1) and Claim Settlement (X2) are equal to zero. If other independent variables remain Service Quality increases by 1%, then the Customer Satisfaction (Y) will increase by 0.298. The correlation coefficient value is 0.850 and is positive. where the value is in the interval 0.800-1,000 meaning that the two variables have a very strong relationship. The Determination Coefficient Value is 0.722, so it can be concluded that the variables of Service Quality (X1) and Claim Settlement (X2) have an effect on the Customer Satisfaction variable (Y) of 72.2% while the remaining 27.8% is influenced by other factors. Simultaneous hypothesis testing obtained the calculated F value> F table or (103.959> 3.111), this is also strengthened by the ρ value <Sig.0.05 or (0.000 <0.05). This shows that there is a significant simultaneous influence between Service Quality and Claim Settlement on Customer Satisfaction at PT. Asuransi Intra Asia, Jakarta Branch

Abstract

Penelitian ini melibatkan populasi sebanyak 300 karyawan dari Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan Provinsi Jawa Timur. Sampel ditentukan menggunakan rumus Slovin, yang menghasilkan 75 responden dari instansi tersebut. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 30, dengan metode analisis yang mencakup uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi (R2), uji kelayakan model (uji F), dan uji t. Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan Provinsi Jawa Timur perlu menetapkan kebijakan yang fleksibilitas waktu kerja, cuti yang memadai, serta meningkatkan kesejahteraan karyawan agar lebih fokus dan produktif. Selain itu, penting untuk menyusun aturan disiplin kerja yang jelas dan realistis, serta memberikan kesempatan bagi karyawan mengikuti pelatihan atau workshop yang fokus pada keterampilan manajemen waktu dan mendukung efisiensi kerja karyawan. Temuan dari Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang menunjukkan bahwa Work Life Balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikkan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikkan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Pengembangan Karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikkan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan maka secara simultan besarnya pengaruh variabel Work life balance (X1), Disiplin Kerja (X2), dan Pengembangan Karir (X3), terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) sebesar 82,7%. Sedangkan 17,3% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar model yang diteliti.Kata Kunci: Work life balance; Disiplin kerja; Pengembangan Karir; Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi suatu keputusan nasabah dalam menggunakan mobile bankng syariah pada pengguna BSI mobile KC Jombang, yaitu dengan meneliti variabel sharia compliance, word of mouth dan Keputusan nasabah menggunakan mobile banking syariah pada pengguna BSI mobile KC Jombang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah nasabah pengguna BSI mobile KC Jombang. Rumus yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan rumus slovin. Analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda hal tersebut dikarenakan pada penelitian ini meneliti lebih dari satu variabel X. Dalam menganalisis data penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas, uiji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis menggunakan alat bantu analisis SPSS. Dengan hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan bahwa sharia complianceì berpengaruh terhadap keputusan nasabah menggunakan mobile banking syariah pada pengguna BSI mobile KC Jombang dan word of mouth berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan nasabah menggunakkan mobile banking syariah pada pengguna BSI mobile KC Jombang. Selain itu variabel sharia compliance dan word of mouth secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan nasabah menggunakan mobile banking syariah pada pengguna BSI mobile KC Jombang.

Abstract

This study aims to find out whether Internship Experience and Soft Skills can affect Job Readiness in Students of the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Bhayangkara University, Greater Jakarta. The method of this research is quantitative. The sample used was as many as 45 respondents with the criteria of students of the management study program and who had participated in internships. The data collection technique was in the form of a questionnaire that was compiled in several statements and measured using a likert scale and a sampling technique using purposive sampling. The data analysis technique uses statistical methods with SmartPLS 4.1.8 software. The results of the study show that: 1) Internship Experience has a positive and significant effect on Job Readiness. 2) Soft Skills have a positive and significant effect on Job Readiness.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether work-life balance and workload can affect the job satisfaction of SDIT Al-'Arabi teachers. This research uses quantitative methods with saturated sampling techniques (census), which is one form of non-probability sampling. The research instrument is a questionnaire which is arranged in several statements and measured using a Likert scale. The research population was SDIT Al-'Arabi teachers with a sample of 51 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach through Smart PLS 4.0 software. The results showed that work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on teacher job satisfaction. Likewise, workload also shows a positive and significant effect on teacher job satisfaction. This study concludes that work-life balance and workload have a positive and significant effect on teacher job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality, brand image, and digital marketing on the purchase decision of Kahf products in Bekasi. In the modern era, where the body care and cosmetics industry is growing rapidly, consumers' understanding of the factors that influence purchasing decisions is crucial. The research method used is a survey with a quantitative approach, where data is collected through questionnaires distributed to consumers of Kahf products using an accidental sampling technique with the lemeshow formula. The population in this study is consumers who have bought or are potential buyers of Kahf products. The total sample used in this study was 100 respondents. In conducting tests using SPSS software version 26. Based on the results of the study, the variables of product quality, brand image, and digital marketing have a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase kahf products in the city of Bekasi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether Workload and Compensation have an influence on Job Satisfaction of Teachers at SMP N 10 Tambun Selatan. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sample or census of 43 respondents. The data collection technique was in the form of a questionnaire arranged in several statements and measured using the Likert Scale. Data analysis used in this test used the Structural Equitation Model (SEM). Data was processed using SMART PLS 4.0. The results of this study indicate that (1) Workload has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction of Teachers at SMP N 10 Tambun Selatan, and (2) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction of Teachers at SMP N 10 Tambun Selatan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Influence of Work Discipline and Workload on Teacher Performance at XYZ School. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sample or census of 42 teachers as respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire in several questions and was measured using a Likert Scale. Data analysis used the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. Data was processed using SMART PLS 4.1 software. The results showed that (X1) Work Discipline had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. In addition, (X2) Workload had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance.

Abstract

Performance at PT. Sinar Waringin Adikarya (SWA). This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis methods to test the influence of independent variables (Work Environment, Teamwork, and Job Stress) on the dependent variable (Employee Performance). Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to employees of PT. Sinar Waringin Adikarya with a total of 40 respondents. The results of the study indicate that partially, Work Environment (X1) has a significant positive influence on Employee Performance, with a t-count value of 3.127 and a significant value of 0.003. Teamwork (X2) also has a significant positive influence, with a t-count value of 5.345 and a significant value of 0.000. Job Stress (X3) has a significant positive influence on Employee Performance, with a t-count value of 2.734 and a significant value of 0.010. Simultaneously, Work Environment, Teamwork, and Job Stress have a significant effect on Employee Performance, as evidenced by the calculated F value of 101.672 and the significant F value of 0.000. This study concludes that the three variables, both individually and together, contribute significantly to improving employee performance. These findings provide recommendations for the management of PT. Sinar Waringin Adikarya to create a conducive work environment, strengthen teamwork, and manage work stress effectively in order to improve overall employee performance.
