Abstract

Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) is a student's vessel in the application of science that has been obtained in lectures to apply to society.Student devotion needs to see the problems that society is facing then solves innovatively.Helping educators in society is one of the things that can be done, By focusing on guiding the addition of the students memorabilia in TPA/TPQ Mushala Al-Muhklisin, Kelurahan Bungus Barat, Kecamatan Teluk Kabung, Kota Padang. The subject of research is the entire protege in TPA/TPQ Mushala Al-Muhklisin.This research uses descriptive methods with a qualitative approach that aims to describe the al-Qur'an read and memorized methods that have been applied.The results of activities show an increased child's ability after giving a motivation or giving a meaning to the final goal of a disciple need to add to their memorization.

Abstract

Santri as the main driving force of pesantren has great potential to be improved. This includes housewives who are still unfamiliar with caring for their children. By changing behavior and adding awareness, it is expected to have the power to improve health. Stunting is a public health problem that must get serious attention. The problem that occurs is that partners lack awareness related to healthy degrees and good nutritional intake, stunting data according to Opendata data in the partner environment recorded 78 people in 2022. The purpose of this article is to provide education in the form of socialization, especially improving health status through nutritional intake as an effort to prevent stunting. This community service concentrates on the environment around the Asshulahaa Islamic Boarding School and guardians of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Asshulahaa Cieurih students. The methods in implementing this service include: 1) The socialization stage, the audience stage and the stage of providing nutritious food assistance. The results in this service are The material provision activities went well, as evidenced by the enthusiasm of the participants during the discussion session where the participants asked questions and learned activities related to nutritious food in an effort to prevent stunting.

Abstract

Stunting pada anak merupakan masalah serius yang memengaruhi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan generasi muda. Studi ini mengusulkan inovasi dalam mengatasi masalah stunting dengan menggunakan daun kelor sebagai bahan utama dalam pembuatan pudding yang sangat bergizi. Studi dilakukan di Jorong Pasar Gambok, Nagari Padang Laweh Selatan, sebuah daerah dengan prevalensi stunting yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan membuktikan efektivitas pengolahan pudding daun kelor sebagai alternatif makanan sehat yang dapat membantu mengurangi tingkat stunting di daerah tersebut. Metode penelitian meliputi survei, analisis data , dan uji coba implementasi program. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pudding daun kelor memiliki kandungan gizi yang tinggi, termasuk zat besi, protein, dan vitamin A, yang diperlukan untuk pertumbuhan anak-anak. Pengolahan pudding daun kelor secara terarah dan berkelanjutan di Jorong Pasar Gambok dapat meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya nutrisi seimbang dan pola makan sehat. Studi juga membahas manfaat ekonomi dari pengolahan pudding kelor sebagai peluang bisnis bagi masyarakat lokal, meningkatkan partisipasi aktif ibu dalam pemberdayaan sumber daya lokal, dan berkontribusi pada peningkatan kesejahteraan keluarga. Dengan mengeksplorasi potensi daun kelor sebagai makanan bergizi dan inovatif, tudi ini menawarkan solusi yang dapat diadopsi oleh daerah lain dengan masalah stunting serupa. Secara kesimpulan, pengolahan pudding kelor berpotensi menjadi solusi yang efektif dalam mengurangi tingkat stunting, meningkatkan kualitas hidup anak-anak, dan mendukung pembangunan berkelanjutan di Jorong Pasar Gambok dan sekitarnya.

Abstract

This article we made has the issue of Increasing Market Potential in Achieving the Success of Quail Egg MSMEs in Jorong Sawah Tarok Nagari Padang Laweh Selatan. The mother who owns the cattle is named Asnimar's mother. The purpose of this activity is to increase foreign exchange between quail egg breeders and traders. The method used is the purposive method. The purposive method means that the research location was chosen deliberately based on certain objectives that are considered in accordance with the research objectives. Abstract

The increasing amount of waste presents an ongoing challenge in today's society. Inadequate mindsets, attitudes and behavior in waste management can create additional challenges that include social, environmental and health problems. From an environmental perspective, water systems can be adversely impacted, causing water pollution and flooding due to inappropriate waste disposal practices during periods of heavy rain. The decline in water quality around the bridge and both banks of the Sibungus River is getting worse. One factor that contributes to environmental degradation is the dumping of waste into rivers, a practice often carried out by individuals who live or carry out activities along riverbanks. Therefore, it is very important for individuals who live or carry out activities near rivers to prioritize reducing waste discharge into these water bodies. Current efforts to mitigate river pollution from waste are still limited, and this situation is further exacerbated by weak enforcement of environmental regulations against those responsible for pollution. Therefore, to maintain good water environmental conditions, mitigating river pollution due to waste requires extensive and comprehensive efforts. Government policies must actively encourage the implementation of the 3R approach in waste management, which includes the principles of reduction, transformation and disposal.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to develop students' business interest in selling milk flan pudding business. This business is a small business that can be pursued by students or other groups. This flan pudding business is very easy to make with affordable capital, the only problem with this business is that flan pudding cannot be stored for too long because the production period is only around 2-3 days, after that the pudding will be stale and smell bad. Fla pudding is liked by many people, especially young people, such as school children or students at a price of Rp. 5000 and is usually sold via social media such as WA and other platforms and can also be promoted directly to buyers. The price of this milk flan pudding can still be said to be affordable because at that price, buyers already get milk flan pudding in one large cup and with various flavors, there are chocolate, strawberry and grape flavors.

Abstract

Bananas and sweet potatoes are foods that are easy to get and are popular with many people in Indonesia, especially the younger generation, and considering the health benefits of bananas and sweet potatoes, a campaign has been launched to encourage the younger generation to be more active in consuming bananas and sweet potatoes. sweet potato. The main objective of this article is to understand the sales of processed banana and sweet potato products in the Dream Food business as contemporary food products. The research method used in this research includes literature study methodology, namely using qualitative methods to obtain descriptive data. The results of this research are that marketing processed bananas and cassava can provide promising and profitable opportunities for future businesses

Abstract

Kewirausahaan berkelanjutan mendorong pengembangan solusi berkelanjutan yang dapat mengatasi tantangan sosial dan lingkungan. Ini adalah proses mengidentifikasi, menghasilkan, dan memanfaatkan peluang yang memungkinkan produksi barang dan jasa di masa depan yang mendukung lingkungan alam dan lingkungan. Pertumbuhan kesadaran akan pentingnya gaya hidup sehat dan berkelanjutan telah menjadi pendorong utama inovasi di berbagai sektor, termasuk dalam bidang bisnis kuliner dan minuman. Dalam konteks ini, pemanfaatan bunga Telang sebagai bahan utama dalam produksi teh kombucha menjadi suatu pilihan yang menarik untuk dieksplorasi. telang, atau butterfly pea flower, adalah bunga berwarna biru yang kaya akan antioksidan dan dapat diseduh menjadi teh dengan warna biru keunguan yang cantik, bukan hanya dikenal sebagai tanaman hias, melainkan juga memiliki potensi kesehatan yang tinggi, mengandung senyawa antioksidan, vitamin C, dan berbagai zat aktif lainnya yang memberikan manfaat positif bagi kesehatan manusia. Teh Kombucha menawarkan berbagai implikasi untuk wirausaha berkelanjutan. Pertama, sebagai minuman yang ramah lingkungan, produksi teh Kombucha dapat mendukung prinsip-prinsip keberlanjutan. Kombucha dianggap ramah lingkungan karena proses fermentasinya yang alami dan dapat menjadi alternatif yang lebih berkelanjutan daripada minuman berkarbonasi konvensional. Selain itu, Kombucha juga dapat menjadi bahan baku untuk produk berkelanjutan, seperti kulit sintetis yang ramah lingkungan. Hal ini menciptakan peluang untuk pengembangan bisnis yang berfokus pada produk ramah lingkungan.

Abstract

Pada kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini, tim PKM melaksanakan kegiatan pelatihan perawatan mesin pertanian di Desa Saureinu. Materi pelatihan meliputi pengenalan konsep mesin 2 tak, 4 tak, system pengapian pada motor bakar, system pemindah tenaga dan trouble shooting engine. Peserta mendapatkan materi teori dan praktik terkait perawatan dan perbaikan mesin pertanian. Selain mendapatkan materi pelatihan, petani juga mendapatkan kesempatan untuk memperbaiki mesin yang mereka miliki. Kegiatan Pengabdian masyarakat ini menargetkan petani mampu melakukan perawatan, analisa kerusakan dan perbaikan ringan pada mesin pertanian. Pada kegiatan ini juga diberikan informasi terkait perawatan berkala pada mesin, penggantian pelumasan, system pendingin pada mesin sehingga masa pakai mesin jadi lebih panjang. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi pada akhir kegiatan diperoleh peningkatan pemahaman peserta dalam aspek prinsip kerja mesin 2 tak, 4 tak serta peningkatan kompetensi peserta dalam melakukan perawatan mesin. Berdasarkan hasil post test di akhir kegiatan diperoleh peningkatan pemahaman peserta terkait materi pelatihan sebesar 30%. Hasil ini diharapkan menjadi modal awal bagi peserta dan perangkat desa untuk mengembangkan kompetensi ini pasca kegiatan.
