Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji implementasi pembinaan kerohanian Tahfiz Al-Qur'an dalam mengurangi perilaku menyimpang anak binaan di Lembaga Pembinaan Khusus Anak (LPKA) Kelas II Bengkulu. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program pembinaan Tahfiz Al-Qur'an berdampak positif pada perubahan perilaku anak binaan. Program ini tidak hanya meningkatkan kemampuan membaca dan memahami Al-Qur'an, tetapi juga membantu memperkuat karakter dan disiplin mereka. Meskipun terdapat kendala seperti keterbatasan jumlah pengajar dan rendahnya kemampuan awal anak binaan dalam membaca Al-Qur'an, program ini tetap menunjukkan efektivitas dalam mengurangi perilaku menyimpang. Pembinaan kerohanian Tahfiz Al-Qur'an terbukti mendukung proses rehabilitasi dan reintegrasi sosial anak binaan ke masyarakat.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain knowledge about the influence of teacher persuasive communication and parental support on student learning motivation in economics subjects of class XI students of SMA Swasta Teladan Pematangsiantar. This type of research is quantitative research with a quantitative descriptive data analysis approach with the testing media used being SPSS 21. The population in this study was 240 people. The sample collection technique used was 71 people. The sample collection technique used was cluster sampling (a method of taking representatives from each existing region/group). The data collection instruments used were observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. Hypothesis data collection techniques use multiple linear regression analysis, T Test, F Test and coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study state that: 1) Teacher persuasive communication has an effect but is not significant on student learning motivation. This result can be seen in the t test where the t value of teacher persuasive communication (0.669) ˂ (1.990). The significant value obtained by teacher persuasive communication is 0.05. 2) Parental Support (2149) > (1990). The significant value obtained is 0.05 which means that the variable is significant. 3) Teacher persuasive communication and parental support together have an effect and are significant on student learning motivation. This result can be seen in the F test where the F value (2494) > Ftable (3.08). The R Square Determination Coefficient Test is known to be 0.068 which means that 0.068% of the teacher persuasive communication and parental support variables have an effect on student learning motivation.

Abstract

In conducting business, it is important to strengthen brand awareness among consumers as this can be key to influencing them to visit the company for the first time and to return. This study analyzes the strategy of utilizing Instagram social media as the main tool in building the corporate image of PT Suvarna Jakarta Golf Club using a qualitative descriptive approach to gain an in-depth understanding. The aim of this research is to understand the contribution of social media in shaping public perception and enhancing the company's image. Data were collected through interviews with company management and Instagram account managers, as well as through observation and documentation of posted content. The results of the study highlight effective strategies and challenges faced in utilizing this platform to strengthen the corporate image, providing valuable insights for marketing practitioners and researchers in this field..

Abstract

Lembaga pemasyarakatan memiliki tugas dalam pelayanan khusus bagi narapidana lansia. Pemenuhan hak kesehatan bagi narapidana lansia merupakan salah satu upaya dalam meningkatkan kualitas narapidana lansia di lapas. Lapas Kelas IIA Serang membuat program Lapak Dilan (Pelayanan kesehatan narapidana disabilitas dan lansia) Kategori lansia disini berdasarkan Undang-Undang No.22 Tahun 2022 pasal 61 Ayat (2) Huruf f lanjut usia merupakan manusia dengan usia 60 tahun keatas. Narapidana lansia membutuhkan perhatian khusus karena memiliki kebutuhan kesehatan yang berbeda dan lebih kompleks dibandingkan dengan narapidana lainnya. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya pemenuhan kesehatanan untuk meningkatan kualitas narapidana lansia di lapas dengan adanya program Lapak Dilan, dengan permasalahan tersebut peneliti melakukan sebuah penelitian untuk melihat sebarapa efektivitasnya program lapak dilan untuk mengatasi kesehatan fisik dan mental narapidana lansia, permasalahan dalam penelitian ini mengenai melihat seberapa efektivitas dan hambatan dalam program Lapak Dilan sebagai pengembangan kesehatan fisik dan mental bagi narapidana di Lapas Kelas IIA Serang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas program lapak dilan untuk meningkatkan kesehatan fisik dan mental narapidana lansia dan hambatan program Lapak Dilan sebagai pengembangan kesehatan fisik dan mental bagi narapidana lansia . Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalam teori efektivitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif melalui sumber data primer dan sekunder yang terdiri dari wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumen. Analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Program Lapak Dilan dinyatakan efektif dalam menjaga kesehatan fisik dan mental narapidana lansia, dengan bukti yang jelas terlihat dari perubahan signifikan dalam kondisi kesehatan mereka, pernyataan tersebut dilihat dari perbandingan narapidana lansia yang harus mendapatkan perawatan di luar lapas sebelum ada nya program lapak dilan dan sesudah progam tersebut dilaksanakan oleh lembaga pemasyarakatan kelas IIA Serang, selain itu hambatan yang dialami yaitu keterbatan sumber daya manusia, kepatuhan dan perilaku, keterbatasan komunikasi, dan kurangnya kesadaran dan pengetahuan akan kesehatannya

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between negative (deviant) student behavior and the learning achievement of grade XI students at Taman Madya (SMA) Tamansiswa Pematangsiantar. This type of research is quantitative research with a correlational approach. The population of this study is grade XI students at Taman Madya (SMA) Tamansiswa Pematangsiantar with a total of 261 students. The research sample was 43 students. The sample was determined from students who had been recorded in BK (Guidance Counseling) records as a result of behavior that was not in accordance with school rules with a total of 43 students. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire (questionnaire).The results of this study state that there is a relationship between negative (deviant) student behavior and student learning achievement in class XI at Taman Madya (SMA) Tamansiswa Pematangsiantar. The relationship is evidenced by the results of the sig value of 0.032 <0.05 which indicates a relationship between the two variables, as well as evidenced by the results of the pearson correlation which has a negative effect of 0.327. This value after being interpreted using the correlation interpretation criteria, the pearson correlation is in the range (0.20-0.399) which is interpreted as included in the category of having a low correlation which means that the two variables are clearly related but small.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between students' interest in reading and student learning outcomes in class II UPTD SD Negeri 125138 Pematangsiantar. This research was carried out on Jl. Medan, simple. Kerang, Sumber Jaya sub-district, sub-district. Siantar Martoba. Pematang Siantar, to be precise at UPTD SD Negeri 125138 Pematangsiantar. In this research, researchers used a questionnaire method that was distributed to students which had previously been validated previously. The questionnaire used to collect data to analyze students' interest in reading in relation to students' learning outcomes in class II of SD Negeri 125138 Pematangsiantar l is by completing the check mark (√). Researchers took research samples from Class II of SD Negeri 12513 Pematangsiantar because they wanted to find out how much influence interest in reading has on learning outcomes. Researchers took samples in class II. In this research, it can be seen from the results of the correlation analysis between students' reading interest and student learning outcomes that it is 0.473, which is in the Medium category, because it is between the values of 0.400 - 0.600. The simple linear regression test shows that the calculated F value is 5,755 with a significant level of 0.02 < 0 .05 so it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the variable interest in reading on learning outcomes, which is based on the student's reading interest on student learning outcomes in Class II SD Negeri 1251 38 Pematangsiantar is selbelsar 22 %.

Abstract

This research aims to overcome the problems faced by final year students of the Indonesian Business Polytechnic, especially the Computer Engineering Study Program. In this study, the implementation process of the K-Means Method that can be applied on the campus of the Indonesian Business Polytechnic, especially the Computer Engineering study program, is carried out to group final year students in taking the topic of the final project scientific paper based on their abilities in the field of courses taken. Using the K-means Method, the process of grouping final year students is carried out by utilizing course value data from the mapping of courses in the field of robotics, networks and artificial intelligence. The grouping is adjusted to the ability of students with student scores that will be used as a benchmark for grouping. The results of the rapidminer application test have the highest accuracy value of 93% because the percentage of conformity is close to the manual K-means calculation compared to other applications. The results of the cluster for the first cluster as many as 13 students were directed to take the topic of scientific work (final project) Artificial Intelligence, the second cluster as many as 12 students were directed to take the topic of Networking, and the third cluster as many as 5 students were directed to take the topic of robotics.

Abstract

This study aims to gain knowledge about the effect of parental attention and learning discipline on learning outcomes in social studies class VIII SMP Negeri 12 Pematangsiantar.This research is quantitative in nature with the testing media used is SPSS 22. The population in this study were all students in grade VIII of SMP Negeri 12 Pematangsiantar. The sampling technique used Simple Random Sampling as many as 72 respondents. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. Instrument tests use normality tests and reliability tests. Data analysis techniques use classical assumption tests, namely normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and hypothesis testing, namely multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test, and coefficient of determination.The research data and data management of the partial test (t-test) show that the variable X₁ obtained -5.383 < the value of 1.66691 so it can be concluded that parental attention has a negative and significant effect on student learning outcomes. Variable X₂ obtained t count 3,177> value 1.66691 so it can be concluded that learning discipline has a positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes. Simultaneous test data management (f test) obtained that 14,689> 2.38 .

Abstract

The introduction of Yosim Pancar Traditional Dance (Yospan) is carried out with the aim of introducing the dance as a Papuan cultural heritage that must be maintained and preserved. In the implementation of this activity in addition to providing material as a form of introduction of traditional Yospan dance to students and students of State Elementary School 2 Abepura, basic movements of Yospan dance are also practiced (Fast / Slow Yosim Movement, Seka Movement, Pacul Tiga Movement, Gale-gale Movement, Jeff Movement, and Pancar Movement). By introducing the Yosim Pancar (Yospan) social dance to students and teaching the basic movements of the Yosim Pancar dance is one of the manifestations of loving and preserving traditional dance culture in Papua. Equally important is to invite students to join the nearest dance studios around their neighborhood. As a recommendation, similar activities can be carried out in other schools in Papua.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of learning facilities and interest in learning on the learning outcomes of class XI IPS students in the Economics subject at Tamansiswa Pematangsiantar Private High School. Based on observations, the learning facilities at this school are quite adequate, but student learning outcomes are still not optimal, with only 41.85% of students achieving scores above the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) set at 78. This shows that there are other factors that influence learning outcomes, one of which is students' interest in learning which needs to be improved. The research method used is quantitative by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to students. Data analysis was carried out to test the hypothesis regarding the significant influence of learning facilities and learning interest on student learning outcomes. It is hoped that the results of this research can provide deeper insight into the factors that influence student learning outcomes and provide recommendations for improvements in the learning process at Tamansiswa Pematangsiantar Private High School. Thus, it is hoped that this research can contribute to efforts to improve the quality of education through developing learning facilities and increasing students' interest in learning.
