Jurnal El-Hadhary: Jurnal Penelitian Pendidikan Multidisiplin diterbitkan oleh Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat Asosiasi Masyarakat Madani Indonesia (AMMI) di Takengon, Aceh, Indonesia. Jurnal El-Hadhary juga merupakan Jurnal Open Access yang diterbitkan untuk mempublikasikan hasil penelitian para dosen, guru, mahasiswa dan praktisi pendidikan. Ciri khas dari jurnal ini adalah artikel-artikel yang dimuatnya merupakan hasil penelitian dan pengembangan di dunia pendidikan dan pengajaran yang berbasis penelitian. Jurnal El-Hadhary diterbitkan dua kali dalam satu tahun yaitu pada bulan April dan Oktober. Abstract

Increasing children's independence requires significant attention from adults, including teachers and parents. instilling independent character in children requires various stimulations that can support the formation of independence in children from an early age. This type of research is library research or library research. Sources of data in this study came from reviewing articles, journals, books and research results that could answer the formulation of the problem in this study. The data analysis technique in this study is data reduction, displaying the data and proceeding with outlining the conclusions. The results showed that the teacher's role in increasing children's independence was obtained from the competencies possessed by the teacher, namely pedagogic, professional, personality and social competencies. Stimulation in increasing children's independence can be obtained from routine habituation activities including 1) putting their own shoes in their place, tidying up their own cutlery, putting books and toys back in their place, Duha prayer, and toilet training. In structured habituation activities, children will be guided by the teacher according to the planning and implementation according to the theme of the activities in the Daily Learning Implementation Plan. Then the formation of independence in children can be supported by learning media, namely visual, audio and audio-visual media.

Abstract

Development in an educational institution is very dependent on the leadership of the school principal. An educational institution is said to be of quality if the educational institution is able to play an active role in educating the nation's life. The principal's leadership role must include the ability to guide, supervise, motivate, open two-way communication, and assign assignments. The principal must be able to carry out an educational leadership role in the school. This research aims to determine the role of school principal leadership in improving teacher performance. The method used in this research is qualitative methods, the type of research used in this research is a literature review. The leadership of the school principal greatly influences teacher performance, because with good leadership it will be easy to achieve educational goals in an educational institution. The school principal functions as an educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator, and also as a motivator. The role of the school principal in improving teacher performance is by increasing teacher competency through training, creating a conducive school culture, and providing rewards for teacher performance.

Abstract

This study examines the use of positive politeness strategies and the factors that influence the use of positive politeness strategies in the speech of a Muslim football player, Paul Pogba, in The Muslim Money Experts Podcast Episode 3. This study uses the theory of positive politeness strategies proposed by Brown and Levinson (1987) as a tool to answer the problem formulation. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative approach that examines various things with a natural background to try to understand or interpret various phenomena. Based on the findings in this study, we found that 194 data from 15 positive politeness strategies were used by Paul Pogba. There are 29 data of the most dominant of two sub-strategies, the first, intensify interest to the H, because Paul Pogba wants to involve hearers in the topic he is talking about and wants to increase hearers’ interest in a topic, and the second sub-strategy, presuppose/raise/assert common ground, because Paul tries to build cooperation with hearers. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is motivated to convey policy information to the public so that they understand what the government wants to do for the community, with the delivery of good information that can be followed by the community to be implemented in life. The method used is a qualitative approach that is an explanation of the topic the author discusses. The author explains several references to qualitative research methods, Research & Development. The purpose of this research is to find out that Bahasa Indonesia can convey policy information to the public, understand what positive impacts will be obtained if conveying policy information to the public using Bahasa Indonesia, and find out the effectiveness of Bahasa Indonesia to convey policy information to the public properly. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the extent to which the use of methods (TGT) can increase the level of students' activation, assess students' level of motivation for study, examine the effect of the use of methods (TGT) on the increased student motivation. In view of the current problems, the performance of learning is less optimally executed, especially on traditional methods/mapping concepts, which the concept mapping method indicates that students tend to be disinterested, easily bored, and hard to maintain concentration during the learning process. In response to that, the tournament games are the solution for teachers. The study USES the tournament tournament method (TGT). Cycle observations ii show increased student learning motivation, particularly about sense position and revelation, from 55.55% in cycle I to 80.08% in cycle ii. In conclusion, student motivation has increased significantly on the basis of learning and observation during cycles I and ii. All the students have already met the KKM set in cycle

Abstract

Siswa yang memiliki aktivitas belajar yang tinggi sangat penting untuk pendidikan yang efektif. Namun, upaya untuk meningkatkan pendidikan sering dihalangi oleh berbagai hambatan, seperti keterbatasan sarana sekolah dan kurangnya partisipasi siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa efektif metode STAR (Situasi, Tantangan, Aksi, dan Refleksi) yang dikombinasikan dengan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek (PjBL) dalam meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa di kelas VI di MIN 13 Bener Meriah. Penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, menggunakan observasi, tes, dan analisis penilaian harian (APH). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode STAR dengan PjBL meningkatkan partisipasi dan prestasi siswa. Nilai rata-rata siswa meningkat secara signifikan; 91,67% siswa mencapai ketuntasan minimal (KKM). Selain itu, metode ini berhasil mendorong siswa untuk menjadi lebih kreatif, terlibat, dan aktif dalam proses belajar. Jadi, metode STAR dalam model PjBL efektif untuk meningkatkan aktivitas belajar dan pemahaman materi. Ini juga membantu siswa memperoleh keterampilan penting.

Abstract

Education is the most important thing for the development of behavior in children. Teacher strategies in learning are really needed in order to solve the problems found in the learning process. The teacher's strategy in forming children's manners plays an important role, strategies are used to achieve success or success in achieving the goals of manners which must be instilled from an early age. Manners education is human goodness, such as humility, simplicity, self-control, good attitude, trustworthiness, and not being jealous, as well as social goodness, such as good words to keep the secret of iffah. The aim of this research is the teacher's strategy in forming children's manners at the IT Sunnah An-Najah Kindergarten. This research uses descriptive type. Techniques for collecting data using observation, interviews and documentation, data analysis are data collection, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results and conclusions of the research are that the teacher's strategy at Kindergarten IT An-Najah is to practice habituation, observation, cooperation, direct reprimand, advise and evaluate what is presented in an activity on eating and drinking etiquette, etiquette when entering the bathroom, etiquette when leaving the bathroom, Adab Talking, Adab Borrowing, and Adab meeting the teacher.

Abstract

Educational policies need to be continuously monitored and evaluated due to their crucial role. Various interrelated factors, such as communication, resources, disposition, and structure, influence the implementation of these policies. Implementation can occur hierarchically, from top to bottom, by applying managerial and political procedures and approaches. Analyzing the career policies of educators in Indonesia highlights the challenges and opportunities faced in their implementation. Despite the allocation of 20% of the state budget (APBN) to education, its effectiveness remains questionable due to government disagreements and low teacher qualifications, as reflected in the results of the Teacher Competency Test (UKG), which are below standard. Data indicates that many teachers lack qualifications in pedagogical and professional competencies, negatively impacting education quality and student engagement. This study employs a descriptive qualitative method to explore related issues and gather information from various literature sources. The findings emphasize the need for teacher development and better career advancement strategies to enhance professionalism and the well-being of educators. Thus, this research recommends a holistic and collaborative approach to educational policy to achieve the desired quality.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi dan kendala kepala madrasah dalam penerapan program pembentukan karakter Islami peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini melibatkan kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, dan guru. Metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumentasi Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa: (1) program madrasah yang dirumuskan untuk meningkatkan mutu madrasah tertuang dalam program pembiasaan yang diterapkan secara kontinyu dan tersturktur; (2) Kegiatan islami yang dilaksanakan dalam rangka membentuk karakter islami yaitu budaya salam kepada guru, membaca surat pendek, bershalawat kepada nabi dan rasul, membaca doa sehari-hari, asmaul husna, praktek shalat, jum’at bersih, baca yasin di hari jum’at, caramah islami, memperingati hari besar Islam, shalat dhuha bersama, mengucapkan salam apabila bertemu guru dan teman, keteladanan guru, menghafal rukun islam dan mempraktikannya, berpakaian islami, berbicara sopan, dan membiasakan sedekah; (3) Karakter Islami yang diharapkan meliputi Saling menghargai, disiplin, menjadi teladan, cinta lingkungan, tanggung jawab, gemar membaca, kreatif, berakhlak mulia, menghormati orang tua, guru dan sesama, toleransi, bekerja keras, kreatif, mandiri, demokratis, rasa ingin tahu, semangat kebangsaan, cinta tanah air, komunikatif, cinta damai, gemar menbaca, peduli lingkungan, peduli sosial, beriman dan bertakwa kepada Allah SWT; (4) Faktor penghambat dari pelaksanaan strategi kepala madrasah ini adalah kurangnya kepedulian orang tua, kurangnya disiplin bagi sebagian siswa yang tidak menerapkan pembiasaan tersebut di rumah, kurangnya sarana dan prasarana, latar belakang peserta didik, perkembangan tekhnologi dan perubahan kurikulum.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The background to the research problem at the Pembina Lut Tawar State Kindergarten is that the storytelling method used by teachers is still not optimal when developing the character of early childhood. There are still some children whose character has not developed well. When studying, some children still don't understand themselves. They still have to listen to instructions from the teacher and still whisper while implementing the storytelling method. The aim of this research is to see the character development and reactions of children after the implementation of the storytelling method and what impacts/characters emerge in children after the storytelling method is implemented. The research method used to see the implementation of the storytelling method to see the development of children's character uses Classroom Action Research (PTK) which is carried out collaboratively between researchers and class teachers. The results of the research showed that the pre-cycle percentage based on observations of the average child score was 26%. During the implementation of Action I (Cycle 1) the average percentage of children's scores was 48%. In the implementation of Action II (Cycle 2) the average percentage of children's scores was 75%. So, the implementation of the storytelling method in developing the character of early childhood has increased by 27%. Then, from this increase we can see the development of children's character, namely religious, honest, disciplined, independent, creative, responsible, caring, able to work together, tolerant, critical.
