Abstract

Sektor pendidikan Indonesia telah mengalami perkembangan, dalam berbagai hal Metode pembelajaran yang digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran. Selain metode Pembelajaran, media pembelajaran juga mengalami kemajuan seiring dengan kemajuan teknologi. Salah satu masalah dalam proses belajar siswa adalah kurangnya daya ingat pelajari tentang subjeknya. Faktor yang mempengaruhi daya ingat siswa tidak hanya itu Metode yang efektif hanyalah pembelajaran yang berkaitan antara metode ajaran simulasi yang di manfaatkan. Faktor Kesulitan belajar siswa juga perlu diperhatikan sebagai suatu perspektif ciptakan proses pembelajaran yang menyenangkan, kreatif dan dijunjung tinggi oleh siswa sehingga siswa membangkitkan minat dan ikuti dalam kegiatan belajar, yang membangun kekuatan Ingatan para siswa. Oleh karena itu digunakan metode simulasi. Simulasi ini merupakan metode analog, metode simulasi dapat memberikan gambaran tentang berbagai tahapan interaksi tentang proses pembelajaran. Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan daya ingat anak-anak di Indonesian Community Centre (ICC) Al-Anshar Bahau, Malaysia. Program ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi tantangan dalam pembelajaran di ICC Al-Anshar Bahau yang meliputi kurangnya perhatian, konsentrasi, dan daya ingat siswa. Melalui penerapan metode pembelajaran simulasi yang interaktif dan kreatif, serta penggunaan teknik memori yang efektif, program ini berupaya meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan pendidikan bagi anak-anak Indonesia di luar negeri. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penulisan artikel ini menunjukkan bahwa untuk penerapan metode tersebut Simulasi terdiri dari beberapa tahapan yaitu: 1) persiapan simulasi, 2) pelaksanaan simulasi, 3) penutup tiruan.Artikel ini membahas program inovatif yang dirancang untuk meningkatkan daya ingat

Abstract

Every parent wants their child's growth and development to be optimized since the child begins to occupy the elementary school bench elementary school. When the child has been born into the world, parents have already start preparing everything in order to get the best education for the child. Education that is able to pay attention to the growth and development of students according to the level of child development aspects. Especially children's gross motor skills. Therefore, researchers try to try to provide cranklek game treatment to stimulate children's gross motor skills. Children's gross motor abilities are built from toddler age and will improve well as they get older into adulthood. several ways can optimize the gross motor abilities of early childhood, namely: through play activities. Engklek game is a traditional game that can train and stimulate children's motor skills and children can learn to coordinate all limbs gradually in an agile and agile manner. body gradually in an agile and agile manner. This research was conducted at SDN 14 Telaga Biru. This study uses quantitative methods in the form of experiments. the sample amounted to 26 subjects. Abstract

Understanding love can help individuals understand the relationship between an individual and their partner, at least each individual has several characteristics of love which when they are in a relationship and marriage require them to unite two or even more characteristics of love. The aim of this research is to explore the meaning of love for women who are in the early adult development stage. The criteria for participants in this study were women in the early adult development stage who were married. This research uses a type of phenomenological research by providing open questions to participants which then produces four themes from the data obtained, namely physical touch, expressions of love, attraction, and things related to love.

Abstract

Classical music has long been thought to have a positive influence on various aspects of human cognition, including learning ability. This research aims to analyze the influence of classical music on student learning outcomes. By using an experimental method on 60 students divided into two groups (experimental group and control group), this research found that students who listened to classical music while studying showed significantly improved learning outcomes compared to the group who studied without music. The results of this research provide important implications for the development of more effective learning strategies.

Abstract

The Effect of Optimism on Adversity Quotient in Working Students at the Universitas Muhammadiyah Gorontalo. Supervised by Anik Indarwati, as the chair and Rahmawaty Parman, as a member. This study used a quantitative approach to determine the effect of optimism on the adversary ratio of working students at the Universitas Muhammadiyah Gorontalo. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling, with a research sample of 70 working students. The data collection technique used optimism and adversity quotient questionnaires, and the research method used simple linear regression analysis. This study’s results showed a significant effect of Optimism on the Adversity Quotient, with the t count being greater than or equal to the t table (3.149 ≥ 1.670) and a significance value of 0.002 ≤ 0.05. This indicated that there was a significant influence between Optimism and Adversity Quotient. The influence given was 12.7%, and the remaining was influenced by variables other than optimism.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the extent of perceptions regarding the existence of Sharia Banks in Kota Tengah District, Gorontalo City. The method used in this research is qualitative research. The researcher used an interview method with religious teachers in Kota Tengah District, Gorontalo City.then from the research results it was found that the perceptions of religious teachers regarding Sharia Banks were reviewed from 3 aspects, namely Sharia Bank products, Sharia Bank Services and Sharia Bank Socialization.Firstly, in terms of Sharia Bank products, all religious teachers in the Kota Tengah District of Gorontalo City know about Sharia Banks and their products only to the extent of their sharia, such as the halal-haram prohibitions on interest or usury. Second, in terms of Sharia Bank services, religious teachers are of the opinion that services at Sharia Banks are still unsatisfactory and quite difficult. Third, in terms of socialization, the potential for the entry of sharia banks in the form of educational institutions in Gorontalo, especially in Central City and also in its predominantly Muslim community, has not been fully explored by sharia banking in Gorontalo.

Abstract

Adolescence is an important developmental period marked by biological, cognitive, and socio-emotional changes. These changes require adolescents to adapt effectively in various aspects, including physical, personality, intellectual, and roles in the family and environment. Imbalances in the adaptation process can cause identity confusion and make adolescence a crucial phase in the formation of self-identity. Emotional intelligence (EQ) plays an important role in helping adolescents face these challenges. EQ includes the ability to recognize, understand, cope with, and express emotions appropriately. In addition, emotional intelligence supports the development of cognitive potential and academic success. Abstract

This study aims to explore the effect of pop music on the mood of Psychology Faculty students at Muhammadiyah University of Gorontalo when completing academic tasks. Music, known as a medium for therapy and entertainment, has the potential to enhance mood and reduce emotional stress caused by academic burdens. This research employed an experimental method with a quantitative approach. A total of 22 student subjects aged 19-24 participated in this study. The FDMS-55 scale was used to measure mood changes before and after the intervention. The experimental group listened to pop music while completing tasks, whereas the control group worked without music. The Wilcoxon test results indicated a significant effect of pop music on students' mood (p = 0.036; p < 0.05). While individual differences in mood changes were observed, overall, the experimental group experienced a greater mood improvement than the control group. This study provides evidence that pop music can serve as an effective intervention to enhance mood in an academic context. Future research is advised to pay attention to the timing of the experiment to improve participants’ comfort.

Abstract

School engagement is a number of psychological components that can be observed in the form of behaviour, such as the level of attendance, emotional involvement and the ability to identify emotions. Indicators that can be used as guidelines for school engagement behaviour are involvement in school, both academic and non-academic activities, the achievement of School Engagement is related to the stimulation provided. The stimulation provided in the form of traditional games carried out for generations has its own characteristics related to its aesthetics. Traditional games have excellent educational value that stimulates early childhood development, for children's motor development, trains children's social interaction with their friends, develops a person's character to enjoy learning various things. Traditional games must be cultivated by every generation. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of the effectiveness of traditional games in increasing students' school engagement at SDN 14 Telaga Biru. The research used an experimental approach. The type of research design is One-Group Pretest-Posttest which is given treatment then measured again with a school engagement scale measuring instrument. The sample was 11 students, the sampling technique used in the study was nonprobability sampling, namely saturated sampling, often used when the population is less than 30 people. Data analysis using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test, the result is the Asymp. Sig value of 0.027 is smaller than 0.05 so it can be concluded that the data from the tested variables are not normally distributed, then to see and test it using the non-parametric statistical test, the Wilcoxon test obtained a result of 0.008 <0.05, it can be concluded that the asym.sig of 0.008 is smaller than 0.05 which indicates that H1 is accepted or there is an effect and H0 is rejected.

Abstract

Lecturers, as educators and teaching staff, play a crucial role in improving the quality of education, reflecting their performance. However, toxic leadership and anxiety can impact lecturer performance. This study aims to determine the impact of toxic leadership and anxiety on lecturer performance using a quantitative ex post facto study of lecturers and teaching staff in higher education. The study found that toxic leadership and anxiety consistently impacted their performance, leading to a decline in performance if lecturers and teaching staff experience these issues continuously.
