Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja pembelajaran matematika pada materi pengukuran panjang dan satuan baku di kelas III SD Inpres Kelle. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Pembelajaran Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 8 siswa kelas III SD Inpres Kelle. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis kualitatif dan deskriptif analitik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada siklus I, hasil pre-test rata-rata nilai siswa adalah 32,5 dengan persentase ketuntasan 0%, sedangkan hasil post-test pada siklus I menunjukkan rata-rata nilai 63,75 dengan persentase ketuntasan 37,5% (3 siswa tuntas). Pada siklus II, nilai rata-rata siswa meningkat menjadi 88,75 dengan persentase ketuntasan 100% (semua siswa tuntas) dan mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM). Berdasarkan hasil ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika pada materi pengukuran panjang dan satuan baku di kelas III SD Inpres Kelle.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar pada materi KPK dan FPB melalui penerapan Model Problem Based Learning (PBL) di Kelas V SDI Bertingkat Kelapa Lima 2. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang terdiri 2 siklus dengan tahapan tiap siklus yakni perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi tes tertulis, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini meliputi 3 tahapan yakni: reduksi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan. Haisl penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan PBL berhasil meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa secara signifikan. Hasil belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan yang cukup besar, dimana pada siklus I sebesar 52% meningkat menjadi 84% pada siklus kedua Aktivitas guru meningkat dari 78% pada siklus 1 menjadi 90% setelah menerapkan PBL, sementara aktivitas siswa meningkat dari 60% menjadi 83,2%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Model PBL dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar dan aktivitas belajar siswa dan guru pada materi KPK dan FPB di SDI Bertingkat Kelapa Lima 2.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the application of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning model in the material on the arrival of foreign nations to Indonesia to improve the learning outcomes of grade VI students of SDN Kelapa Lima Kupang City. This type of research is a class action research that is carried out in cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The subjects of this study are 30 students with details of 17 males and 13 females. Data collection instruments are in the form of test questions and observations as supporting data. The analysis technique used is a qualitative descriptive technique. The results of this study show that the arrival of foreign nations to Indonesia using the Teams Games Tournament learning model can improve the learning outcomes of grade VI students of SDN Kelapa Lima. In the first cycle, student learning outcomes were 40% in the less category and increased to 83.33% in the second cycle whic was in the good category. So the Temas games Tournament learning model can improve student learning outcomes in the material on the arrival of foreign nations to Indonesia in grade VI of SDN Kelapa Lima Kupang City.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan penggunaan modul ajar yang tidak sesuai di Kelas 3 SDN Inti Sungai Miai 11. Melalui studi kasus, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi problematika penggunaan modul pembelajaran dan mengembangkan solusi berupa modul ajar berbasis model Snowball Throwing. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi modul ajar berbasis Snowball Throwing dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan partisipasi aktif siswa dalam pembelajaran IPAS, serta menciptakan suasana belajar yang interaktif dan menyenangkan. Meskipun terdapat beberapa kendala teknis, seperti keterbatasan waktu, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model Snowball Throwing dapat menjadi alternatif yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di kelas.

Abstract

Permasalahan rendahnya fokus dan keterlibatan peserta didik dalam pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial (IPAS) di kelas 3 SD Islam Sabilal Muhtadin menjadi latar belakang utama penelitian ini. Kondisi tersebut dipengaruhi oleh penggunaan metode ceramah dan media konvensional yang monoton, sehingga mengakibatkan peserta didik cepat kehilangan konsentrasi dan tidak aktif mengikuti kegiatan belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan fokus dan partisipasi peserta didik dalam pembelajaran IPAS melalui implementasi media Zep Quiz berbasis model pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament (TGT). Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, melibatkan pendidik dan peserta didik kelas 3 SD Islam Sabilal Muhtadin Banjarmasin. Teknik pengumpulan data terdiri dari observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, yang dianalisis menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media Zep Quiz berbasis Teams Games Tournament (TGT) mampu menciptakan suasana belajar yang interaktif, kompetitif, dan menyenangkan. Siswa menjadi lebih fokus, aktif, dan termotivasi untuk belajar. Media ini juga mendukung kerja sama kelompok, meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis, serta membantu guru dalam mengevaluasi pemahaman siswa secara langsung. Kendala teknis seperti kestabilan jaringan dan pengaturan waktu dapat diatasi dengan perencanaan yang tepat. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa media Zep Quiz berbasis Teams Games Tournament (TGT) terbukti efektif sebagai alternatif media pembelajaran yang interaktif dan relevan di jenjang sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya keaktifan dan motivasi belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran IPAS khususnya pada materi IPS di kelas V SDN Gadang 2 Banjarmasin akibat keterbatasan media pembelajaran yang digunakan, kemudian guru yang masih berfokus pada metode ceramah dan media seperti papan tulis dan LKS. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan media ajar yang digunakan dan memberikan alternatif solusi melalui pengembangan media konkret bernama SimGem (Simulasi Gempa). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan SimGem mampu meningkatkan keaktifan, pemahaman, dan juga motivasi siswa dalam pembelajaran materi gempa bumi. Media ini memberikan pengalaman belajar yang konkret melalui simulasi sederhana efek geseran lempeng bumi menggunakan kotak berisi pasir dan miniatur bangunan. Selain itu, media ini juga mendorong siswa untuk berpikir kritis dan bekerja sama dalam kelompok. Adapun simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa SimGem merupakan media pembelajaran yang efektif, sederhana, dan kontekstual dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran IPAS, khususnya pada topik bencana alam, media ini dapat menjadi solusi alternatif dalam mengatasi keterbatasan media ajar yang selama ini dihadapi di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Principal leadership is an important factor in encouraging the creation of teacher professionalism in elementary schools. Principals who have a transformative, participatory, and visionary leadership style are able to create a school culture that supports the continuous development of teacher professionalism. This study aims to examine in depth the role of principal leadership in improving elementary school teacher professionalism through a literature study approach from various current academic sources. Teacher professionalism is not only seen from the aspects of pedagogical, professional, social, and personality competencies, but also from attitudes towards lifelong learning, involvement in curriculum development, and adaptation to changes in 21st century education. The results of the study show that effective leadership can encourage teachers to innovate, collaborate, and increase their professional commitment and responsibility. Principals also play a role in providing training, conducting constructive supervision, and creating a positive and supportive work environment. These findings confirm that principals are not only administrative managers, but also strategic learning leaders. Therefore, strengthening the leadership capacity of principals is crucial to encourage educational transformation at the elementary school level. This study recommends the importance of leadership training programs that focus on teacher professionalism development as part of improving the quality of education.

Abstract

Learning Indonesian Language and Literature in elementary schools has a strategic role in instilling national values, local wisdom, and multiculturalism to students. This literature study aims to analyze the integration of local culture of the Baduy community in learning Indonesian Language and Literature in elementary schools from a multicultural education perspective. Baduy culture, which is full of traditional values, simplicity, and harmony with nature, is a rich and authentic source of learning to shape character and broaden students' insight into diversity. This study uses a literature study method by reviewing various sources such as scientific journals, reference books, and research reports related to the topic of local cultural integration, learning Indonesian Language and Literature, and multicultural education. The results of the analysis show that folklore, traditional pantun, and traditional Baduy expressions can be used as teaching materials that not only enrich language competence but also instill local wisdom values. In addition, thematic and contextual approaches have proven effective in aligning local cultural materials with the Indonesian Language curriculum. This study recommends the importance of teacher training, development of locally-based teaching media, and educational policies that support cultural integration in the curriculum. Thus, learning Indonesian Language and Literature in Elementary School can be a strategic vehicle in forming an inclusive national identity rooted in local wisdom.

Abstract

The decline in literacy rates of elementary school students in Indonesia is a major concern in the world of education. National Assessment data shows that Indonesian students' reading ability is still below average, and this challenge is exacerbated by the lack of contextual and relevant learning approaches for students. This article aims to analyze the role of local wisdom as a strategy in improving Indonesian language literacy competency in elementary school students through literature studies. Local wisdom as an expression of local community culture provides learning resources that are not only rich in moral and cultural values, but also in line with the context of students' lives. In this study, various scientific references are used to review the role of local culture-based learning media such as folklore, pantun, regional poetry, and traditional drama in shaping reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills. The results of the study show that the integration of local culture can provide a more meaningful learning experience, increase student motivation, and strengthen mastery of the Indonesian language. Through contextual learning that utilizes the richness of regional culture, students not only gain literacy skills, but also strengthen their cultural identity and the nation's noble values. Thus, a local wisdom-based approach is highly recommended as part of a literacy strengthening strategy in elementary schools.

Abstract

Instilling democratic and tolerance values ​​from an early age is an urgent need in forming a generation that is able to live peacefully amidst diversity. Elementary schools, as the foundation of character education, have an important role in internalizing these values ​​through various approaches, one of which is through music education. This literature study aims to explore how music arts education can be an effective strategy in instilling democratic and tolerance values ​​in elementary school environments. This study examines various national and international literature sources related to the relationship between music activities, student collaboration, and character building. The results of the study show that participatory music activities, such as ensembles, choirs, and collaborative compositions, create a space that encourages cooperation, equal roles, mutual listening, and appreciation of differences. In addition, traditional music from various regions taught in schools also strengthens appreciation for cultural diversity and values ​​of tolerance. Music arts education not only trains artistic skills, but also becomes a strong social and emotional medium in building empathy and openness between students. This study recommends strengthening music learning policies in elementary schools as part of character education, especially in forming democratic and tolerant citizens. It is expected that the results of this study can be a reference for educators and policy makers to design an integrative curriculum between arts education and values ​​education.
