Abstract

ABSTRACT Literature can be interpreted as a branch of linguistics that studies all events or events that have occurred in the past regarding the growth and development of a nation's literature, literature provides general insight into human, social and intellectual problems. The lyrics of the song Berita To Kawan have strong emotions about the story of human life. There are some similarities of opinion from various parties regarding the meaning of the song. For some people this song is about natural disasters, but there are also people who think that the song is about being close to God. Ebiet Gade as the songwriter clarified the meaning of the song. The creator of the song Ebiet G Ade, this song is about natural disasters seen from the victim's point of view. Therefore, the song is often used as a soundtrack for news about natural disasters on television because the song is considered to represent sympathy and empathy for the victims of natural disasters. The song also invites listeners to always remember His creator and care for the surroundings, both for fellow humans and the surrounding environment. ABSTRAK Sastra dapat diartikan sebagai salah satu cabang ilmu bahasa yang mempelajari segala peristiwa atau kejadian yang telah terjadi pada masa lampau tentang pertumbuhan dan perkembangan sastra suatu bangsa, sastra memberikan wawasan yang umum tentang masalah manusiawi, sosial maupun intelektual. Lirik lagu Berita Kepada Kawan memiliki emosi yang kuat tentang cerita kehidupan manusia. Terdapat beberapa kesamaan pendapat dari berbagai pihak mengenai makna dari lagu tersebut. Bagi beberapa orang lagu ini menceritakan tentang bencana alam akan tetapi ada juga yang berpikir bahwa lagu tersebut menceritakan tentang kedekatan diri kepada Tuhan. Ebiet G ade selaku pencipta lagu memperjelas makna dari lagu tersebut. Pencipta lagu Ebiet G Ade, lagu ini memang menceritakan tetang bencana alam yang dilihat dari sudut pandang korban. Oleh sebab itu, lagu tersebut sering menjadi Soundtrack berita-berita tentang kejadian bencana alam di televisi karena lagu tersebut dianggap dapat mewakili rasa simpati dan empati bagi para korban bencana alam. Lagu tersebut juga mengajak pendengarnya untuk selalu mengingat penciptaNya dan peduli pada sekitarnya baik itu terhadap sesama manusia mau pun lingkungan sekitar. Abstract

Efektifitas penerapan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) pada proses pembelajaran di SMP Negeri 2 Lotu masih tergolong rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan LKPD Bahasa Indonesia Kelas VII SMP berbasis explicit instruction pada materi Menulis Surat Dinas yang layak, praktis, dan efektif. Hasil penelitian ini berupa LKPD Bahasa Indonesia berbasis explicit instruction pada materi Menulis Surat Dinas. Kriteria sangat layak berdasarkan penilaian ahli isi dan materi revisi I sebesar 95,8% dan revisi II sebesar 100%. Berdasarkan penilaian ahli bahasa revisi I  sebesar 86,4% dan  revisi II sebesar 100%. Berdasarkan penilaian ahli desain revisi I 94,1% dan revisi II 100%. Kepraktisan LKPD dikategorikan sangat praktis berdasarkan penilaian uji coba perorangan 83,4%, penilaian uji coba kelompok kecil 88,9%, dan penilaian uji coba lapangan 91,6%. Kriteria sangat baik dengan persentase efektifitas LKPD 85%. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa LKPD yang dikembangkan sangat Layak, Praktis, dan Efektif digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

Literary works that can be used as a resource to broaden horizons and instill ethical values in readers are folklore. as an effort to support the dissemination and preservation of regional literature. Seta wants to find out about the sociological structure of literature and the value of character education in the folklore of Watu Ulo in Jember Regency. This study uses a qualitative, descriptive type of method with a sociology of literature approach and character education values. The data from this study are verbal, namely planners, implementers, data collectors, analyzers, data interpreters, from character statements in the form of dialogues or monologues, as well as narrations contained in watu ulo folklore. The purpose of the qualitative method is so that the writer can get to know history more deeply about the research environment by using descriptive research types, in the sense that researchers are trying to find evidence experienced in formal reasoning. The data obtained in this study are data from the Ambulu community on sociological values and character education. expression of events that have been framed in patterns creatively and imaginatively. With literary works, conditions are often known—snippets of people's lives as experienced, observed, captured, and designed by the author. Literature and society are closely related because, basically, the existence of literature often stems from problems in humans and their environment. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve students' ability to write effective sentences through the assignment model. Writing is a thinking process skill in expressing ideas that are poured in written form to describe something (imaginative and factual). This thinking process includes the process of how ideas are generated, and is focused on certain ideas that are relevant and interrelated. Often found in learning, especially in Indonesian lessons, when the teacher asks students to write a sentence in front of the class, many students are less able to write both in terms of diction and in terms of the written language, this happens because students lack practice and do not have motivation. in doing activities in writing. Therefore, teachers need to find solutions to solve the problems mentioned above by using one of the learning methods, namely by using the assignment method to improve student learning outcomes in using effective sentences. Abstract

This research was based on by the uniqueness of song lyrics that told about the value of life, love, and message which given by author for the listener. This research was aimed to describe the message by explicit and implicit which is found in song lyrics on “Akustichrisye” album from Chrisye. The approaches and methods that is used in this research was qualitative approach with analysis method. The data research was 10 lirycs in “Akustichrisye” album from Chrisye. Research finding was shown that in lirycs of “Akustichrisye” album from Chrisye were contained two kinds of each message in lirycs that is explicit and implicit message. Based on the research finding, it was concluded that in “Akustichrisye” album from Chrisye have two kinds of message.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the power of two learning model is effectively used in identifying the intrinsic elements of drama texts, while the specific goal is to increase students' ability to identify the intrinsic elements of drama texts through the power of two learning model. The subjects of this study were students of class VIII-1 SMP Negeri 3 Sitolu Ori totaling 35 people consisting of 18 males and 17 females. This research uses Classroom Action Research (CAR). The results of this study obtained the average value of students from 66.07 in the first cycle and became 85.23 in the second cycle. Increased student activity also experienced an increase with the results in the first cycle of the first meeting 40.00%, and the second meeting 57.14%. In the second cycle the first meeting with the results of 85.71%, and the second meeting 91.43%. Based on the results of research conducted by researchers proved that the power of two learning models can improve students' ability to identify the intrinsic elements of drama texts and an increase in student activity

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan siswa mengubah teks wawancara menjadi narasi dengan menggunakan Model Think Pair and Share. Untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian ini maka digunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan prosedur pelaksanaannya adalah: 1) perencanaan, 2) tindakan, 3) observasi, 4) refleksi. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus dengan menggunakan: 1) teknik pengumpulan data, 2) lembar observasi, 3) lembar penilaian. Data dianalisis dengan tiga tahap yaitu 1) reduksi data, 2) paparan data, 3) kesimpulan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII-A SMP Swasta BNKP Idanogawo Tahun pembelajaran dengan jumlah 25 orang yang terdiri dari laki-laki 10 orang dan perempuan 15 orang. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di lapangan maka nilai rata-rata siswa pada siklus I adalah 64,68 dengan nilai terendah 48 dan nilai tertinggi 81. Selanjutnya, pada siklus II diperoleh nilai rata-rata 80,68 dengan nilai terendah 70 dan nilai tertinggi 90. Hasil oservasi terhadap keaktifan siswa pada siklius I pertemuan pertama dan pertemuan kedua sebesar 76%, sedangkan pada siklus II pertemuan pertama dan pertemuan kedua sebesar 96%.

Abstract

Discourse is: the most complete unit of language formed from a series of continuous, cohesive and coherent sentences according to the context of the situation. This study aims to improve students' ability to write Expository Paragraph Discourse by using an Active Knowledge Sharing strategy, especially for class XI students of Office Administration Department, SMK Negeri 1 Afulu.To achieve this goal, this study used the Classroom Action Research (PTK) method with the following procedures: (1) Planning, (2) Action, (3) Observation, (4) Reflection.This research was conducted in two cycles, and used data collection techniques, observation sheets, and assessment sheets. Data were analyzed in three stages, namely (1) data reduction, (2) data exposure, (3) conclusion. From the results of this study it was proven that there was an increase in students' ability to write expository paragraph discourse, in the first cycle the average student score was 53.5, while in the second cycle it reached 80.75.Based on the results of research in the field, it can be concluded that using the Active Knowledge Sharing strategy can improve the ability of class XI students of the Department of Office Administration, SMK Negeri 1 Afulu, in writing expository paragraph discourse. Based on these conclusions, the recommended suggestions are (1) The results of this study can be used as input and material for consideration for Indonesian language teachers. (2) For future researchers, it is hoped that they will be more creative and innovative in finding various varied learning strategies so that students are actively involved in the learning process in class.

Abstract

This research is based on the researcher's observations on literary works, one of which is the novel. This study aims to describe, and explain the educational values ​​contained in the novel "At the Senja that Takes You Go" by Boy Candra. These educational values ​​include the value of character education, intelligence, social, citizenship, aesthetics, physical and family welfare. The research method used is descriptive research method and the type of qualitative research, using a pragmatic approach. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that in the novel "At Twilight that Takes You away" by Boy Candra, there are values ​​of character education, intelligence, social, citizenship, aesthetics, physical and family welfare which can indirectly provide a learning, upbringing, role model. and good qualities that can affect the lives and character of students in schools so that they can have good morals

Abstract

This study aims to develop Indonesian LKPD for class VIII SMP based on Cooperative Learning on the material "Writing Drama Scripts" which is suitable for use in the learning process. This type of research is a development research using the Hannafin and Peck model which consists of three stages, namely the needs assessment stage, design phase, and development and implementation phase. The instruments used in the assessment to determine the feasibility of LKPD are in the form of validation questionnaires for validators of material experts, linguists, and design experts as well as student response questionnaires.
