Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profil kondisi fisik siswa yang tergabung dalam ekstrakurikuler sepakbola SMK Islam Nurul Qolbi Setanggor. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dan pengukuran. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu siswa ekstrakurikuler sepakbola SMK Islam Nurul Qolbi Setanggor yang berjumlah 16 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan, yaitu; (1) kekuatan otot tungkai, diukur menggunakan leg and back dynamometer dengan satuan kilogram, (2) kecepatan diukur menggunakan tes lari 60 meter dengan satuan detik, (3) kelincahan diukur menggunakan illinois agility run test dengan satuan detik, (4) power tungkai diukur dengan vertical jump dengan satuan centimeter, fleksibilitas diukur dengan sit and reach dengan satuan centimeter, dan (5) daya tahan aerobik diukur menggunakan multi stage test dengan satuan ml/kg.bb/min. Analisis data menggunakan deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profil kondisi fisik siswa ekstrakurikuler sepakbola SMK Islam Nurul Qolbi Setanggor berada pada kategori sangat rendah sebesar 6,25%, rendah 31,25%, sedang 37,5%, “tinggi” 18,75%, dan sangat tinggi 6,25%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pembelajaran inovatif dalam meningkatkan kreativitas anak. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian yakni penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas B dengan jumlah anak 20 di TK Islam NW Leming Terara di semester genap 2023/2024. Model PTK yang digunakan yaitu model spiral dari Kemmis dan MC Taggart dengan prosedur penelitian terdiri dari 3 tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan pengamatan, serta refleksi. Tekhnik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Tekhnik analisis data yang digunakan dengan menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif komparatif yaitu dengan membandingkan kreativitas belajar peserta didik dari pra siklus dan siklus. Berdasarkan hasil observasi dapat dilihat bahwa pada tahap prasiklus terdapat 7 peserta didik yang berkembang sangat baik (BSB) dengan persentase sebesar 35% dari 20 peserta didik, sedangkan pada siklus I terdapat 10 peserta didik yang berkembang sangat baik (BSB) dengan persentase 50% dari 20 peserta didik, dan pada siklus II terdapat 18 peserta didik yang berkembang sangat baik (BSB) dengan persentase 90% dari 20 peserta didik, dengan KKM 75%. Maka siklus II dianggap tuntas karena sudah diatas rata-rata. Peningkatan kreativitas belajar siswa disebabkan karena pemberian tindakan berupa pembelajaran yang didesain dengan menggunakan pendekatan project based learning.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk melakukan meta-analisis mengenai penggunaan media digital dalam pembelajaran biologi, dengan menyoroti pengaruhnya terhadap pemahaman siswa, motivasi belajar, serta efektivitas proses pembelajaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah meta-analisis. Meta-analisis ini mengkaji berbagai studi yang membahas penggunaan media digital dalam pembelajaran biologi di tingkat pendidikan dasar hingga menengah. Sumber data yang digunakan meliputi artikel-artikel ilmiah yang diterbitkan dalam jurnal pendidikan, tesis, disertasi, dan laporan penelitian yang relevan. Berdasarkan review jurnal yang dilakukan, penggunaan media digital dalam pembelajaran biologi dapat memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan pemahaman konsep-konsep biologi, motivasi belajar, serta keterampilan kognitif dan kolaboratif siswa. Namun, untuk mencapai hasil yang optimal, diperlukan dukungan dari berbagai pihak, termasuk pengadaan infrastruktur teknologi yang memadai, pelatihan bagi guru untuk menguasai perangkat digital, serta evaluasi terus-menerus terhadap efektivitas penggunaan media digital dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: profil kemandirian anak usia dini di TK Anshorussunnah Bunsalak dan peran guru sebagai pelatih dalam meningkatkan kemandirian anak usia dini di TK Anshorussunnah bunsalak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif degan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis data mengikuti konsep yang diberikan Miles dan Huberman, dengan langkah-langkah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah kemandirian anak usia dini kelas B di TK Anshorussunnah bunsalak secara umum berkembang sesuai harapan ditunjukkan pada anak yang mampu mengerjakan pekerjaannya sendiri, mampu percaya diri dengan pilihannya, bertanggung jawab atas apa yang dilakukan seperti mengembalikan alat permainan di rak dan merapikan alat tulis yang telah dipakai, melakukan aktivitas di sekolah secara sendiri seperti melakukan aktivitas ke kamar mandi secara sendiri, mampu menyesuaikan diri dengan lingkungan, dan berempati dengan teman. peran guru sebagai pelatih dalam meningkatkan kemadirian anak usia dini di TK Anshorussunnah bunsalak adalah memberikan contoh dan memberikan pembiasaan dan pengulangan kegiatan kemandirian kepada anak secara konsisten

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to improve higher order thinking skills (HOTS) through the use of Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) in junior high school science subjects. Study this is study action classes (PTK) implemented at SMP Negeri 1 Pringgasela Class VIII Semester I of the year 2024/2025 lessons of 30 people. Technique data collection used is use instrument HOTS test choices double And sheet observation for measure implementation CTL learning . While the data is being analyzed with use technique descriptive qualitative. Results study this show that after implementing CTL, ability higher order thinking skills (HOTS) students experience significant improvement? in every cycle. On cycle 1 Improvement ability higher order thinking skills (HOTS) are marked with improvement percentage average value of results HOTS test for students namely with percentage average value of 16.67 % stage pre-action to 73.33% after action cycle 1 with criteria Enough Good And return increase after done action cycle 2 with percentage average value of 90.00% with criteria good. Usage Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) is capable increase ability students' higher order thinking skills (HOTS). Because involving learning in context real, encouraging experience active students , and involving they in think critical.

Abstract

Audio visual media with the help of learning videos is expected to be able to attract students' attention and concentration on the material so that the message or information is quickly conveyed This research aims to improve the ability to memorize short letters (Al insyiroh). The approach uses classroom actions with the Kemmis model. The research involved 11 Tkit Tahfiz Qur'an Human Intellectual students. The results of the research show that the use of audio-visual media is effective in increasing the ability to memorize Surah Al Insyiroh with a percentage. In cycle I the student's ability was 80% and in cycle II it increased to 100%. In cycle I the average score obtained was 85%. -an average score of 70 and increased in cycle II to 100% classical completeness obtained with an average score of 80. Along with these learning results, student involvement, interest, students' motivation, creativity and understanding. Teachers' abilities in operating media, creating learning content, creativity and managing learning also increase. However, it is also necessary to pay attention to concentration, focus, learning environment and student satisfaction to support the optimization of learning.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in the research is: how is the creativity of teachers' human resources (HR) and the application of creativity in the learning system at SDN 3 Tirtanadi? This research aims to determine creativity and application in the learning system at SDN 3 Tirtanadi. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative with observation, interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, data verification and triangulation. The results of the research show that teachers who teach at SDN 3 Tirtanadi are generally able to make and carry out: Learning planning, managing the implementation of teaching well and carrying out teaching assessments well and pareasily. Then the application of creativity carried out by teachers in carrying out the learning process at SDN 3 Tirtanadi is; carrying out workshops/teacher training internally at schools, activating teachers in implementing MGMP, carrying out visits/comparative studies to other schools, increasing the availability of facilities, in the form of; learning media, curriculum tools and other necessary teaching aids, and increasing good cooperation between all components or educational stakeholders.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of school principals as supervisors in improving the pedagogical competence of elementary school teachers in Cluster I, Aesesa District, Nagekeo Regency. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach. The methods used in this research are interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the research show that the role played by the Principal as a supervisor in improving the pedagogical competence of elementary school teachers in Cluster I, Aesesa District, Nagekeo Regency is conducting classroom visits; conduct observation visits; guiding teachers on ways to study students' personalities and/or overcome problems experienced by students; guiding teachers in matters related to the implementation of the school curriculum; holding meetings or meetings; holding group discussions; and holding in-service training. The factors that support the role of the principal in carrying out his function as a supervisor are the existence of regulations regarding teacher discipline and teacher performance. Meanwhile, several inhibiting factors include a lack of discipline from teachers; lack of financial support and the curriculum for teaching and learning activities has not been fully implemented.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the implementation of school management in improving school quality, and to examine the planning and implementation of school programs in an effort to improve school quality. The research method is a descriptive method. This research was conducted at MI Nurussyifa Timbanuh, East Lombok. The data sources for this study were the principal and teachers. Data collection techniques in descriptive research are documents, archive recordings, interviews, direct observation, participant observation, and physical devices. The data analysis technique used in formulating the problem analysis is an interactive technique. The results of the research that has been conducted are as follows: school management has been carried out by the school by carrying out a management process based on the scope of curriculum management, financial management, personnel management, and management of facilities and infrastructure. The results of the study indicate that school management has been carried out well, but has not used the right method to obtain maximum results, so that improvements can be made. Evaluation has also not been carried out optimally. There needs to be an evaluation of the learning process and synchronization in an effort to improve school quality. An evaluation of human resources needs to be carried out at least twice a year or at the end of each semester. Evaluation of student learning outcomes also needs to be carried out.

Abstract

Early childhood physical education is a very important aspect in the development of children's cognitive, affective and psychomotor abilities towards the next level. The practice of early childhood physical education faces various problems from learning activities, facilities, social conditions and government policies that are less able to pay attention to physical education for early childhood. A structured physical education programme can help children develop gross motor skills, such as running, jumping and playing with a ball, which are important in children's physical and cognitive development.
