Abstract

This study aimed at examining the effectiveness of Dictation Technique in teaching writing. There were two statements of problems formulated (1) is Dictation Technique effective in teaching writing skill for the eighth grade students of MTs. Ziadatussyakirin NW Sikur in the school year 2022-2023? (2) How is the effectiveness of Dictation Technique in teaching writing for the eighth grade students of MTs. Ziadatussyakirin NW Sikur in the school year 2022-2023? The result of this is the mean score of pre-test was 9.75 and the mean score of the post-test was 19.45. It meant that, there was a significant difference in the mean score between the pre-test and post-test. In testing hypothesis, the present researcher found that t (df= 24) = 14.99, at p = 0.000. it showed that the value of significant level (p value) was much lower than 0.05. It meant that alternative hypothesis was accepted. This implied Dictation activity was effective in teaching writing for the eighth grade students of MTs. Ziadatussyakirin NW Sikur in the school year 2022-2023.

Abstract

This research entitle Comparative Study of the Students’ Achievement on Reading Between Using Multiple Choice Test and Essay Test; A Case Study at Second Year Students of SMPN Negeri 1 Janapria in Academic Year 2022/2023. It was aimed to know difference on students’ achievement on reading between using multiple choice and essay test at the second year students of SMP Negeri 1 Janapria in Academic Year 2022/2023 and factors that promote the effectiveness of students’ achievement on reading between using multiple choice and essay test. The sample in this investigation consists of 28 students. The data are collected using test, namely essay test and multiple choice test. The researcher administered the essay test which consists of 20 items and multiple choice test which consists of 20 items. The result of using multiple choice test and essay test are analyzed by r = 0.484 and mean score of both are multiple choice(X)= 71.79, essay test (Y) = 65.57 and the value of t = 2.82. Based on the explanation above, it is concluded that there was difference on students’ achievement of the students who were taught by using multiple choice test than those who were taught by using essay test.

Abstract

This study is aimed to know are there are positive effects of using sumary in post activity to evaluate the students’ reading achievement at second year students of MA Darul Aminin Aik Mual in academic year 2023/2024. The sample i this study was 66 students, in which 33 students from class XI IPA and XI IPS. The data were collected for more than one month. The method use this study was quantitative effects of using summary in post activity. The writers use multiple choice tests. Base on the study the experimental group is more successful than the student of control group, the deviation of the two mean score (3,12 : 2.6) is also significant as shown the value at t-test 3,058 from the result it can be concluded that the use of summary in post activity have positive effect to evaluate the students reading achievement.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the improvement in Mathematics learning outcomes through the application of the TGT (Teams Games Tournament) learning model in class IV students at SD Negeri 4 Mamben Daya. This type of research is Classroom Action Research. The research subjects were fourth grade students at SD Negeri 4 Mamben Daya. The data analysis techniques used are observation techniques and data collection techniques. The results of this research show that the results of the evaluation using written tests in the form of essays to determine student learning outcomes are quite good, namely from pre-cycle, cycle I to cycle II there has been an increase. In the pre-cycle, an average score of 56.57 was obtained with a classical completeness of 32%, in the first cycle there was an increase, an average score of 66.5 was obtained with a classical completeness of 63%, so in the second cycle there was an increase with an average value of 79.8 with completeness classical of 89%. In this way, the implementation of the TGT (Teams Games Tournament) Learning Model can improve the Mathematics Learning Outcomes of Class IV Students at SD Negeri 4 Mamben Daya which can be seen from the number of students who have completed.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the benefits of the activity of milling clay and to raise any problems that are obstacles that make this activity reluctant to be carried out in several local schools. The introduction to fine arts (Graining) in group B is the activity of forming objects from soft objects such as clay. At age group B, what we develop is cognitive, namely the stimulus of the child's imagination. From this activity of molding clay, a lot of children's development is stimulated, including cognitive, social emotional development, the development of their art and the use of natural materials as learning media. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with research subjects 12 children in group B and 2 teachers in Ra Al-Hidayah Paok Lombok. Data collection techniques Observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, where the use of clay in introductory fine arts activities is very effective. We have used it, proven that the results on average have developed according to expectations (BSH). This is also supported by documentation in the form of photos during the activity and photos of group B's work.

Abstract

This research aims to increase children's achievements in getting to know livestock through Canva videos at Ra Almannan Bagik Nyaka, East Lombok Regency.  Researchers used classroom action research (PTK) with a chemical model with stages, planning, implementation, observation, reflection which are descriptive statistics by explaining each percentage obtained at each session. The subjects in this study were group A with 13 children in Ra Almannan Bagik Nyaka. The research results showed that the percentage in cycle one was 39% and in cycle two it was 77% which was declared successful with a KKM value of 75%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in students' vocabulary mastery by using songs. This research was conducted using Classroom Action Research (CAR). The subjects of this study were students in class VII D of Abul Barokat Islamic Middle School for the 2023/2024 academic year, a total of 28 students. The purpose of this research is to improve students' vocabulary mastery through English songs. This research was conducted in two cycles, each consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data is collected through qualitative and quantitative data. Qualitative data obtained by interviews and observation results. Then, quantitative data were obtained from the students' vocabulary scores from the pre-test, post-test. Based on the results of this study, it showed that there was progress in students' vocabulary mastery, as seen from the average pretest score of 66.07, the average posttest 1 score was 72.14, and the average posttest score. cycle 2 is 78.93. In addition, there were 5 students (18%) who passed the KKM on the pretest. Whereas in cycle 1 there were 15 students (54%) who passed the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM), and it was obtained in the post test cycle 2 that there were 24 students (86%) who passed. Criteria (KKM), so that success criteria are achieved. Then, the results show an increase and a positive response in the learning process of teaching vocabulary through English songs. Furthermore, the results of observations and interviews show that students are motivated in the teaching and learning process when using this English song.

Abstract

Classroom management is an important factor in the learning process that can influence the quality and quantity of student learning outcomes. Class management can make students feel comfortable and enthusiastic in receiving learning material. With these conditions, it is hoped that student learning achievement will increase. The aim of this research is to find out how class VIII is managed at MTs Maraqitta'limat Tirpas, what is the learning achievement of class VIII students at Mts Maraqitta'limat Tirpas and what are the inhibiting factors in implementing class management in improving student learning outcomes. achievement in class VIII MTs Maraqitta'limat Tirpas. The research used is field research with a Qualitative Naturalistic approach. The choice of this method is based on the consideration that what you want to look for is data that provides concrete descriptions and paintings of complex social realities. At MTs Maraqitta'limatTirpas there is still a lack of student interest in learning during learning which is caused by poor classroom control carried out by teachers during the learning process which results in student learning achievement decreasing. The learning achievements of students at MTs Maraqitta'limat Tirpas are quite good because there are many achievements obtained at MTs Maraqitta'limat Tirpas, for example the implementation of MTQ at the National level, if you look at class VIII there are also many such achievements. such as holding mathematics olympiads and so on.

Abstract

This research was qualitative method . The samples used in this research were MTs Nurul Haq students, physical education teachers and parents of students. The technique used in sampling is purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. From the interviews that were conducted, the results showed that the physical, social and psychological environment plays an important role in the sports activities of MTs Nurul Haq students, because it increases motivation and creates enthusiasm for students in sports at school. The conclusion in this research is that the physical, social and psychological environment plays an important role in the sports activities of MTs Nurul Haq students. Recommended 1). For schools, existing infrastructure should be increased so that students' interest in sports increases. 2). For teachers when providing sports lessons to students, it would be better to provide motivation after each exercise so that their enthusiasm becomes greater.

Abstract

Punctuation errors in Bahasa course assignments are very common. These errors occur when assignments are given, many learners or students do not pay close attention to the punctuation used in their writing. That is why many punctuation marks used by students are not in the right place. The purpose of this study is to explain the errors in the use of punctuation in Bahasa Indonesia course assignments in the first semester of PG PAUD Institut Pendidikan Nusantara Global. While the method used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The results of this study indicate that many students make mistakes in using punctuation in Bahasa Indonesia course assignments. Based on the results of data analysis conducted by the researcher, the results of this study on punctuation errors in Bahasa course assignments are: (1) errors in the use of commas (,); (2) errors in the use of periods (.); (3) errors in the use of quotation marks (“); and (4) apostrophes.
