Abstract

In this modern era, people have various activities and to fulfill these activities, people need transportation as a supporting tool/assistant tool in carrying out their activities. Therefore, transportation service entrepreneurs are competing to attract the interest of their consumers by improving services, ease of ordering, fleet comfort, punctuality and so on. In Indonesia, there are many types of transportation that also function as public transportation, namely transporting people/goods and collecting agreed fees. The general public is currently familiar with two types of transportation, namely application-based online transportation and conventional transportation. Where application-based online transportation is the transfer of goods and people from place of origin to destination. The current flow of technological developments is something that must be understood and whether we like it or not, we must keep up with the flow of technological developments, so that the emergence of application-based online transportation is a transportation service that takes advantage of technological developments. Conventional transportation is passenger transportation carried out on a rental basis. Conventional transportation, for example, includes buses, public transportation, taxis, pedicabs and motorbike taxis. In line with current developments, the existence of conventional transportation is gradually being replaced by the choice of more sophisticated modes of transportation with the use of technological advances such as the emergence of application-based online transportation. Apart from being time efficient, online transportation itself can also be used at an affordable cost. However, this is different with conventional types of transportation, not all of which can be reached easily, sometimes you have to wait for a long time to be able to access or use these transportation services. Using Comparative Analysis The use of Comparative Analysis aims to compare the differences in services between two types of online and conventional transportation modes based on the type of transportation mode and the services provided by service providers to users such as the Academic Community located on the Cenderawasih University campus environment. By using Descriptive Statistical Analysis the data that has been collected can be analyzed by calculating the average perception of user respondents regarding service quality preferences for two types of online and conventional transportation modes from the Academic Community in the Cenderawasih University Campus environment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the water quality of the Badung River based on Class II River water quality standards according to Government Regulation No. 22 of 2021, determine the water quality status, and calculate the potential pollution load of the Badung River. Water quality measurements were conducted at five sampling points. The parameters measured and observed include Temperature, Total Suspended Solids (TSS), pH, Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD), Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), Dissolved Oxygen (DO), Sulfate (SO42), Nitrate (NO3), Total Phosphate (P), Oil & Grease, Total Detergent, and Total Coliform. Samples were analyzed in the laboratory for physical, chemical, and microbiological parameters. The water quality status of the Badung River was determined using the pollution index method, and the potential pollution load was calculated using the wastewater emission coefficient approach. The results showed that the water quality and status of the Badung River are classified as lightly polluted, with an average pollution index value of 3.65. The potential pollution load entering the Badung River in the domestic sector is 0.78 tons/day for BOD, 1.07 tons/day for COD, and 0.74 tons/day for TSS. Factors contributing to the lightly polluted water quality status include population density, poorly managed domestic activities (household waste), which contribute to high pollution parameter values such as BOD, COD, and TSS, and a lack of waste management infrastructure

Abstract

Accessibility bags are an easier size of location to be reached from other locations through the transport system. Therefore, the youtefa bridge, inaugurated in 2019, would be the goal of accessibility of the tami outlandline district to the southern jayapura district as well as vice versa. Over time, the presence of youtefa bridge has had an effect on land use along holtekamp's coast. Changes in resource use, such as cafes building, resort or resort, and OARS for the activities of national xx sports week are a new problem because land that should be reduced to parks is turned into a generating area. The purpose of this study is to find the LHR comparison and to explain land use comparisons in 2019 and 2021, as well as to explain the relation between accessibility to land use at the research site. The approach used in this study is the cumulative and quantitative approach. The LHR conditions on the research site in 2021 saw an increase of 1,250 SMP per hour or twice that of 2019. While land use in 2021 is 28.4 ha. For accessibility tas effect on land use, a value of 1.53 on which it falls in a high category. The function of land governance in the scope of the research site or youtefa bridge is not all that is cultivated. It is necessary to consider how the region functions in order to match its land requirements.

Abstract

Sand mining in coastal regions, particularly on Kodingareng Lompo Island, has emerged as an environmental concern that profoundly affects ecosystem sustainability and the livelihoods of local populations. This study aims to analyze the impact of sand mining activities on coastal ecological conditions and their relationship to Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 12 on sustainable consumption and production. A qualitative approach will be adopted, using interviews with local stakeholders such as fishermen, women entrepreneurs, the Neighborhood Association, and the Neighborhood Unit. Sand mining causes coastal erosion, habitat destruction, and water quality degradation. As a result, fishermen's catches and the economic incomes of local communities decline dramatically. This practice accelerates environmental damage contrary to the SDGs and exacerbates damage contrary to the principles of SDG 12. Recommendations for stricter regulations and implementing environmentally friendly mining methods can reduce adverse environmental impacts and support the sustainability of coastal ecosystems and the well-being of local communities. Such policies are essential to balance natural resource utilization and conservation efforts, aligning with SDG target 12. The novelty of this study lies in the need for more literature discussing this issue in Kodingareng Lompo Island.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of smart technology in achieving sustainable cities through the implementation of the smart city concept. Using a qualitative approach based on library research, the study explores the relationship between smart technology and urban sustainability, encompassing three main pillars: governance, energy efficiency and environmental management, and social inclusivity. The findings reveal that smart technology enhances transparency and efficiency in governance through e-governance and digital applications, fosters multi-stakeholder collaboration via collaborative governance, and improves government responsiveness to public needs. In the environmental aspect, the implementation of smart technologies such as smart grids and smart sensors significantly contributes to more efficient energy management and carbon emission reductions. Moreover, technology-based waste management demonstrates great potential in supporting urban environmental sustainability. On the social dimension, smart technology must ensure inclusivity by addressing vulnerable groups and bridging the digital divide, where digital literacy and community empowerment play a crucial role in creating sustainable social impacts. However, implementation challenges such as infrastructure gaps, limited budgets, and human resource readiness remain barriers that need to be addressed. This study highlights the importance of integrative and collaborative approaches in smart city implementation, alongside strong strategic policy support to maximize the potential of smart technologies in achieving sustainable development. With the right approach, smart cities can serve as a strategic solution to urbanization complexities and improve the quality of life for future generations.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze land tenure conflicts in Bontula Village, Gorontalo Regency, and evaluate the implementation of the Land Reform Object (TORA) scheme in resolving these conflicts. The conflict arises from overlapping land ownership claims between local communities and the government, often exacerbated by a lack of socialization and policy transparency. A qualitative approach was used, with in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. Data was collected from 30 respondents, including local communities, village officials, and stakeholders such as the BPN and KLHK. The findings show that most of the Bontula community is unaware of the TORA scheme, leading to difficulties in claiming land rights. Although the TORA scheme has the potential to improve community welfare through land legalization, its implementation faces challenges due to inadequate coordination and transparency. The study recommends increased socialization, transparency, and active community participation in TORA implementation to reduce conflicts and achieve the desired outcomes.
