Abstract

The Free Nutritious Meal Program (MBG) is a straSStegic government initiative aimed at addressing nutritional problems and improving the quality of human resources, while also serving as a concrete manifestation of the state's obligation to fulfill citizens’ fundamental right to adequate food. This study aims to critically analyze the challenges in implementing the program and examine the legal accountability mechanisms involved. The method used is a literature study by collecting and analyzing data from relevant books and scientific journals. The discussion shows that the program’s juridical foundation is firmly rooted in the 1945 Constitution and Pancasila as an embodiment of social justice. However, field implementation faces significant obstacles, including inaccuracies in beneficiary data prone to human error, the complexity of logistical distribution, and issues regarding food quality that is sometimes unfit for consumption. Failures in these aspects risk violating children’s constitutional rights and causing budget inefficiency. Therefore, improvement strategies are needed, including digitalization of reporting data, clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for logistics, and multilayered supervision involving public participation to ensure that the program runs accurately, transparently, and accountably.

Abstract

Pancasila, the fundamental ideology of the Indonesian nation, faces serious challenges in the era of globalization, marked by the open flow of information, technological developments, and the penetration of foreign values. Phenomena such as increasing individualism, the spread of hoaxes, and intolerance in the digital space indicate a degradation of national values rooted in Pancasila. This research aims to emphasize the urgency of strengthening Pancasila values as the nation's ideological bulwark, particularly in building collective consciousness among the younger generation. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this study highlights the importance of systematically internalizing Pancasila values through education, digital media, and social role models. The results demonstrate that revitalizing Pancasila values cannot be done merely formally but must be a continuous and contextual cultural process. This research is expected to make a strategic contribution to strengthening Pancasila's existence as a dynamic and relevant ideology amidst global dynamics.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the experiences of students at the Faculty of Sports and Health Education (FPOK) of the Indonesia University of Education in managing their time amid busy academic activities, sports practicums, non-academic activities, and the performance of fardhu prayers. The study used a phenomenological approach with in-depth interviews with three students, one FPOK lecturer, and one MKDU lecturer. Analysis was conducted through data reduction and interpretation of the meaning of experiences. The results showed that students faced challenges such as physical fatigue, overlapping practice schedules, academic pressure, and prayer times that often conflicted with afternoon training sessions. Nevertheless, students still showed strong commitment to performing prayers. The FPOK lecturer emphasized the need for a written policy regarding the adjustment of practice schedules with prayer times, while the MKDU lecturer emphasized the importance of a transition space so that students could recover physically before performing prayers. This study confirms that the balance between physical, academic, and spiritual activities is an important component in sports education.

Abstract

Revitalizing nationalism among Generation Z is a crucial step in rekindling a sense of patriotism amidst rapid global change. The massive development of globalization has had a significant impact on the perspectives of the younger generation, who tend to be more open to global identities than to national ones. This situation demands efforts to strengthen nationalism so that Generation Z maintains an awareness of themselves as citizens who play an active and responsible role in their nation and state. Efforts to revitalize nationalism can be implemented through various strategies, such as strengthening character education, utilizing social media as an educational tool, and implementing activities that instill national values. Furthermore, strengthening nationalism is also relevant in facing global challenges, including climate change, poverty, and international conflict. With a strong sense of nationalism, Generation Z is expected to be able to maintain their national identity while contributing constructively to global dynamics.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology and the intensity of globalization have brought significant changes to national life, while also presenting new challenges to Indonesia's national resilience. The digital space has become a strategic arena that can strengthen or weaken national unity, depending on the quality of the community's digital citizenship. This study aims to examine the contribution of digital citizenship in supporting the strengthening of Indonesia's national resilience amidst the dynamics of global society. The method used is a qualitative approach with a literature review, through a search of national and international scientific journal articles published between 2020 and 2025 using keywords related to national resilience, digital citizenship, globalization, and citizenship education. The results of the literature review indicate that digital citizenship plays a crucial role in strengthening national resilience by improving digital literacy, digital ethics, citizen participation, and strengthening national values in the digital space. Civic education and adaptive regulatory support are key factors in shaping a civilized and responsible digital society. Thus, strengthening digital citizenship is a crucial strategy for maintaining social stability, national unity, and the sustainability of Indonesia's national resilience in the global community.

Abstract

This study examines the pragmatic function of istifhām taqrīrī (rhetorical interrogatives) in Juz ‘Amma of the Qur’an and its representation in English translations. Unlike ordinary interrogatives that seek information, istifhām taqrīrī serves as a rhetorical device to affirm truths, reinforce meaning, and prompt implicit acknowledgment (iqrār) from the audience. Despite its importance, systematic studies on this form, particularly from a pragmatic and translation perspective, remain limited. This research adopts a descriptive qualitative approach using library research. The primary data consist of Qur’anic verses from Juz ‘Amma, while secondary data are derived from classical works of balāghah and relevant scholarly studies. Data are analyzed through content analysis using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings show that istifhām taqrīrī primarily functions as taqrīr (affirmation) and ta’kīd al-ḥaqīqah (emphasis of truth), while functions such as tasliyah appear contextually. However, English translations often reduce rhetorical interrogatives into neutral questions or declarative statements, resulting in pragmatic loss and weakened persuasive impact. Therefore, a pragmatic-functional translation approach is needed.
