Abstract

In the national development process, the village occupies a very important position. This is because it is the smallest government structure and has direct contact with the community. Seeing the importance of its role in national development, one of which is Gorontalo Province, based on directions from the central government, is trying to implement the Village Fund Allocation (ADD) policy for all villages in Gorontalo Province. In distributing the allocation of funds, it is necessary to map the status of the Village to find out the amount that must be given. This test uses the average execution time and the Davies Bouldin Index (DBI). After testing it is known that the K-Medoid Algorithm has a better DBI value than the K-Means Algorithm with the DBI value of the K-Medoid Algorithm being 0.050. On the other hand, the K-Means Algorithm has a better average execution time than the K-Medoid Algorithm, where the average execution time is 1 second.

Abstract

The dividend is a portion of earnings decided and approved by the shareholders' meeting for distribution among shareholders. Determining the dividend distribution policy can pose challenges for companies due to conflicting interests between investors and company management. A key issue faced by companies is whether profits should be reinvested in business development, used to pay creditors, or distributed as dividends. This research aims to investigate the impact of Insider Ownership, Free Cash Flow, and Collateralizable Assets on the dividend policy of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2018 and 2021. The dividend policy is measured using the dividend payout ratio, and the study relies on secondary data collected through purposive sampling. The analytical method employed is panel data regression analysis. The findings of the study indicate that Insider Ownership has a significant influence on the dividend policy, while Free Cash Flow and Collateralizable Assets do not exhibit any significant effect on the dividend policy. However, when considering all three factors together, Insider Ownership, Free Cash Flow, and Collateralizable Assets collectively impact the dividend policy.

Abstract

Stadiums with large capacity and high-rise buildings must be supported by architecture and information systems that can be presented in the form of signage. This study aims to describe the meaning of signage so that the path of movement has a sequence of evacuation routes in a fast, precise, and safe direction. Environment Graphics Design (EGD) is a solution for signage as a route guide for football spectators when disasters and emergencies occur. The analysis carried out is an evaluation of data and fact findings with literature on EGD theory, then conclusions are drawn. The evacuation system on signage, namely evacuation maps, exit signs, and assembly point signs, has a signage category as regulatory. The regulation follows the standard concerning Building Amenity Requirements and refers to OSH signage. Evacuation maps have signage categories as identification and directional, exit signs have signage categories as directional and warning, and assembly point signs have signage categories as identification and warning. The dominant visual and placement on signage are the exit signs, while the placement on the assembly point signs refers to the regulations as a refuge area. There are no evacuation maps around the emergency exit so football spectators who are not familiar with the stadium.

Abstract

Sharia bonds (Sukuk) are one of the products of the Islamic capital market; the development of Islamic bonds is rapid in countries where most of the population is Muslim, using Islamic law principles. This study systematically explores the development of Sharia bond research (Sukuk) in the Islamic capital market in the observation period for six years, namely from 2017 to 2022. Bibliometrics is a data analysis approach in this study using the VOSviewer application. Quantitative description is an analysis method used in this study to describe the econometric literature with a network visualization model on the topic to be discussed. The sample is obtained using the publish or perish application with data from Google Scholar and Scopus, so the data obtained is then sorted to become relevant sample data of 760 articles related to Sukuk in the Islamic capital market. The results of the first VOSviewer mapping are ten articles with the most citations, network visualization, overlay visualization, and density visualization, and there are five clusters between item relationships; the keyword "Sharia Bond" became a popular keyword during the observation period, so that Islamic Bonds have been in great demand as evidenced by the development of research related to Sharia bonds.

Abstract

The existence of the manufacturing industry in Indonesia is heavily influenced by productivity so that it can compete with other countries. Productivity will not be achieved if the production process workflow does not have a manufacturing system. This is what causes requests from customers not to be fulfilled becausethere is a production process flow that still has problems with a shortage of raw materials or the quality is still below standard. This study aims to identify and analyze related to the design of work systems in the manufacturing industry in Indonesia so that customer needs can be met according to their requests. This study uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method starting with journal collection, sorting journals according to topic, processing journals, and analyzing articles according to research topics. This study found several journals related to research topics based on a focus on 2016-2023. This research resulted in the year 2022 being the most published research with 5 articles, while based on the type of industry the most frequently found was the type of automotive industry with 6 articles or 30%. The theoretical implications of this research hope to add references for other researchers in their observations on the Kanban system. While realized in practice, this research serves as a guide in improving the production process flow using the Kanban system, to increase productivity in the manufacturing industry.

Abstract

In an effort to increase customer trust PT TBINA regularly conducts QCC activities to analyze problems that exist in the field. However, in its application, this activity is not easy to carry out in each department, for the example is the Seat Assembly which sends an average of 1 group to represent 145 employees in the TBINA internal competition for the 2017-2019 period. The number is the same as the Needle Punch line but only consisting of 12 members, different with the Welding line which can sent 12 groups of 122 members.. This study aims to increase QCC activity in the Seat Assembly line. The method used in this study is the QCC analysis method. Revitalization is carried out through a leadership approach by conducting guidance and training both for employees and for leaders, grouping employees based on age and years of service, setting activity targets, making repair and improvement plans as well as evaluating and standardizing. After the QCC activity was carried out, there was an increase in operator knowledge of QCC, this encouraged active activities which can be seen in the QCC competition in 2023 where the line seat assembly can send 9 groups to represent 100 employees. QCC also has a positive impact on the achievement of work quality and productivity in the seat assembly production line.
