Abstract

This study uses a bibliometric method together with computational mapping analysis conducted with VOSviewer to look at the growth of research on green finance and financial technology. The Google Scholar database was used to get article data, which was then entered into the publish or perish reference management program. By using the keywords "Green Financial Technology", "Green Finance", "Financial Technology", and "Green FinTech", article titles and abstracts are utilized to direct the search process. 989 items were discovered and deemed relevant. The research period covered by the study material is the last five years' worth of Google Scholar-indexed publications (2018 to 2022). The study's findings indicate that three terms green finance, financial technology, and fintech—can be used to categorize research on green finance technology. With a strength of 1802 connections, the phrase "Green finance" has 191 links. The terms "Financial technology" and "Fintech" each have 197 and 186 links, respectively, totaling 2046 and 1121 links. The research of the growth of financial technology and green publications over the last five years revealed some noteworthy trends. Between 2018 and 2020, there was a rise from 99 in 2018 to 243 in 2020, however from 2020 to 2022, there was a decline in research. In contrast, 243 investigations on well-known green financial technologies were conducted in 2020. Using VOSviewer, we counted the number of articles that have been written regarding green financial technology and how it relates to green finance. This review may serve as the basis for further investigation into other subjects, such as green fintech.

Abstract

The rapid development of sharia-based business in the world and in Indonesia, among others, is shown by the many opportunities open to sharia business, which requires various companies to aggressively develop marketing mix strategies for their products that apply sharia principles. The main basis of sharia principles is based on values or substantive content contained in various surahs and verses of the Qur'an, as well as hadiths, all of which are related to the values of sharia business principles. Meanwhile, the marketing mix theory states that there are 4 variables in marketing, known as the "4P" variables, namely; Product, Price, Place, Promotion whose values have been widely taught in various universities, and have been widely implemented by various companies in the world to devise a form of marketing mix strategy in an effort to win the competitive market for their respective products. On the other hand, the Al-Qur'an as the main basis of sharia principles, it is suspected that among its various surahs and verses, it has substantive content that is similar to the values in the “4P” variable Marketing, so that it can be used to develop a marketing mix strategy from Al's perspective. -Quran. The Writing based on this literature study reveals that there is substantive content between surahs and verses of the Qur'an which has a real resemblance to the values in the "4P" variable of Marketing so that a form of marketing mix strategy from an Al-Qur'an perspective is structured.

Abstract

During the reign of President Joko Widodo, Infrastructure development was the main focus of the government to build a better Indonesian economy. However, most of the budget obtained by infrastructure companies still does not reach the planned target, so other additional funds are needed. The use of funding sources for infrastructure development can certainly affect the capital structure. This can be seen from the average capital structure of infrastructure companies listed on the Kompas 100 Index over the past 8 years, which has decreased. This research was conducted to determine the factors that influence the capital structure which includes: liquidity, profitability, asset structure and company size. The sampling method used is purposive sampling. The samples used in this research are 7 infrastructure companies listed on the Kompas 100 Index in 2015-2022. This research is quantitative with analysis using panel data regression. The results show that asset structure has a significant effect on capital structure, while liquidity, profitability and firm size have an insignificant effect on capital structure.

Abstract

Water is the most important compound for the survival of living organisms on Earth. Clean water is essential for human activities. Clean water is characterized by various physical parameters, one of which is water clarity or turbidity. Image processing can be implemented to determine the clarity of water. Advances in image processing technology have made it possible to detect objects and colors in them, supported by libraries such as OpenCV, which provides color spaces. Thus, this research experimentally detects the clarity of water using the HSV and HSL color spaces. This research show significant differences in color for different levels of water clarity using the HSV and HSL color spaces.

Abstract

Not every architectural design outcome aligns with the aspirations of both the architect and the client. There are instances where, post-construction and after the buildings have been utilized for a period, they end up deserted, eventually transforming into abandoned structures. Architectural design failure refers to instances where the design of a building, structure, or space is failed, resulting in negative consequences such as safety hazards, functional problems, financial losses, or aesthetic issues. These failures can arise due to various reasons, including inadequate planning, poor design decisions, lack of attention to detail, insufficient consideration of user needs, and sometimes unforeseen circumstances. This study investigates two commercial buildings situated in South Tangerang and Gianyar, Bali. The study's methodology relies on conducting on-site observations using case studies, gathering primary data, and subsequently analyzing the observations' outcomes. Additionally, the study will draw upon the theoretical frameworks of various scholars to substantiate the findings and derive conclusive insights.
