Abstract

Distribution channels play a key role in increasing the sales volume of a product or service. Distribution channels involve a series of steps that involve the movement of products from the manufacturer to the consumer. By understanding and managing distribution channels effectively, companies can optimize the sales potential of their products and achieve greater profits. This research aims to determine the role of distribution channels in increasing sales volume. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive, where the author describes the results of observations and analyzes data obtained in the field. Data is analyzed using simple regression analysis methods. The analysis results show that distribution channels have a significant impact on sales volume.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of human resource management in designing the work of employees at PT Pertani (Persero) Sulawesi Region. This study uses qualitative research by looking at the role of HR in Designing Employee Jobs at PT. PT Pertani (Persero) Sulawesi Region. And the analysis technique used is analyzing the data, reducing the data, compiling the results of data reduction, presenting the data and checking the validity of the data and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that human resource management plays an important role in the continuity of the company's running, so that Human Resource Management (HR) must ensure that the company has a reliable workforce which is carried out when designing employee jobs because Human Resource Management is fairly important in determining factors of production. , building and in developing the company. The design that has a strategic impact on employees has been made by the management, namely, HR management in accordance with the company's needs, training to increase insight and product introduction to all employees and awards for employees who are dedicated to the company. The strategy that can be done in developing human resources is that employees must be updated with the times. Keep up with every technological development so we don't miss out. And conduct training for employees.

Abstract

One of the phenomena seen in Perumda Bank Gresik is problems regarding employee performance. Based on performance data in the form of KPI from several employees, it was identified that employees had not been able to maximize their performance in certain aspects, even though Perumda Bank Gresik was facing intense business competition. This allegedly occurs because there are employees who experience stress, excessive pressure, and other factors which are included in aspects that inhibit work motivation. This research aims to analyze the relationship between work motivation and employee performance in terms of several factors from each variable. The method used in this research is descriptive statistical research. Data collection was carried out by means of limited observation and interviews. The research was conducted at Perumda Bank Gresik during the period August – October 2023. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the work motivation possessed by employees was oriented towards limited needs, especially salary or income, so that employees did not prioritize work assessment, thereby impacting employee performance.

Abstract

This research discusses the effectiveness of the implementation of the online recruitment process at PT Penyedia Tenaga Kerja dikota Gresik. The company uses a descriptive qualitative method that refers to online recruitment data since 2016, involving digital platforms, websites, and specialized applications. The recruitment process involves the stages of file selection, interview tests, written and technical tests, and orientation and evaluation. Interviews with informants from the company show that PT Penyedia Tenaga Kerja dikota Gresik measures the success of online recruitment based on criteria such as the number of quality candidates, complete resumes, appropriate domicile, appropriate age, and potential to become an expert in the field. The company's strategy to improve the quality of prospective employees involves detailing advertisements, extracting information and talents of prospective employees, and improving document selection filters. The company evaluates the effectiveness of its online recruitment platform by looking at the number of qualified applicants, the success of meeting employee needs, and the platform's ability to save time and money. In managing relationships with candidates, the company focuses on friendly communication and ensuring candidates feel comfortable. Based on data analysis, PT Penyedia Tenaga Kerja dikota Gresik has implemented online recruitment effectively. However, challenges such as mismatches between educational backgrounds and desired jobs need to be addressed. Continuous evaluation of the online recruitment process as well as adjustments to technological developments and labor market dynamics are recommended to ensure the company's continued success in obtaining quality employees.

Abstract

This exploration was led to figure out how the Worker Enrollment and Choice Cycle at PT Swabina Gatra Gresik, figure out the impediments and elective arrangements in tackling issues. Information assortment methods through perception and meetings, in particular straightforwardly noticing the item being considered. In view of the aftereffects of the conversation, it shows that the Representative Enlistment and Determination process at PT Swabina Gatra Gresik is as per the standard jobs and specialists given overall. Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence between the variables of work motivation, work discipline, and work environment on employee productivity at PT Petrokopindo Cipta Selaras partially. This research uses quantitative research methods. The population in this study were all employees of PT Petrokopindo Cipta Selaras, totalling 184 people. The sampling of this study is called simple random sampling using the Slovin formula with a sample of 126 samples. The approach used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) with SmartPLS analysis tool. The results of this study are that there is a positive and significant effect partially because the t statistical value> 1.96 means significant and if the p value <0.05 in this study the results obtained are 0.00, it means that it has an effect (h1 is accepted). the conclusion is that work motivation, work discipline, and work environment have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of employees of PT Petrokopindo Cipta Selaras.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between flash sale promotion strategies on shopee on consumer willingness to participate moderated by perceived contagiousness of mass participation. The choice of methodology in this researce are people who have the shopee application which was selected as a sample in this research, a total of 144 respodent. The date in this research comes from primary data through the range of measurements used, namely 5 Likert scales. The results of the analysis process in this study indicate that perceived temptation of price promotion, perceived fun of promotion, perceived category richness of promotion have a significant and positive influence on participation intention, but for perceived contagiousness of mass participation does not have a negative influence and no significance on participation intention. Then perceived contagiousness of mass participation does not moderate the relationship between perceived temptation of price promotion and perceived fun of promotion on participation intention, but moderates the relationship between perceived category richness of promotion on participation intention.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) The partial influence of business capital, promotion, and business management on the success of SMEs in Mamuju Regency. (2) The simultaneous influence of business capital, promotion, and business management on the success of SMEs in Mamuju Regency. (3) The most dominant variable affecting the success of SMEs in Mamuju Regency. This research approach uses a quantitative method. The research was conducted on SMEs in Mamuju Regency and was carried out from November to December 2022. The research population is 50 SMEs. The sample selection in this research was done using a saturated sampling method. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that (1) Partially, business capital, promotion, and business management variables has a positive and significant effect on the success of SMEs in Mamuju Regency. (2) Simultaneously, business capital, promotion, and business management variables has a positive and significant effect on the success of SMEs in Mamuju Regency. (3) The business management variable is the most dominant variable affecting the success of SMEs in Mamuju Regency..

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the roles and functions of accountants and auditors in the context of the digital transformation era, including the challenges and opportunities they face. The research method employed is qualitative descriptive. The findings indicate that the role of the accounting profession in addressing challenges and leveraging opportunities in the digital transformation era is crucial. Accountants not only serve as conventional "bean-counters" but also as business partners providing interpretation and recommendations for strategic decision-making. Despite technological advancements such as automation and artificial intelligence posing threats to traditional accountant roles, they also present new opportunities for expanding roles as analysts and strategic advisors. To remain relevant and make significant contributions in the digital transformation era, accountants need to develop a strategic approach encompassing holistic business understanding, mastery of technological implementation, and the ability to generate greater strategic value. Abstract

The study aims to analyze: 1) the direct influence of promotion and service quality on tourist satisfaction, 2) the direct influence of promotion and service quality on tourist decisions, and 3) the indirect influence of promotion and service quality on tourist decisions through satisfaction. This research design uses survey research. This research will be carried out in the city of Cilegon. The population in the study was all tourists in Cilegon City totaling 105 people pawned samples. Data analysis techniques using path analysis The results showed that: 1) there is a direct positive and significant influence of promotion and service quality on tourist satisfaction 2) there is a direct positive and significant influence of promotion and service quality on tourist decisions, and 3) there is a positive and significant influence indirectly on promotion and service quality on tourist decisions through satisfaction.
