Abstract

Abstract Blood pressure is a measure of the force that directs blood to flow through the body's circulation. Blood pressure is needed by the body to carry oxygen and other nutrients to the body's tissues. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with blood pressure in patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). This study uses a quantitative method with an analytic survey approach. The population in this study were all patients in the ICU ward at Bhayangkara Tk.I R. Said Sukanto Hospital, as many as 133 patients. The sample required in this study is 100 respondents. The statistical test used was chi square. There is a relationship between age (p = 0.032), gender (p = 0.016), medication (p = 0.009), and exercise (p = 0.000) with blood pressure in patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Bhayangkara Hospital Tk.I R . Said Sukanto. There was no relationship between races (p = 0.052). The results showed an association between age, gender, medication and exercise with blood pressure Keywords: Age, Gender, Race, Medication, Exercise, Blood Pressure

Abstract

Rheumatic disease is a chronic joint inflammatory disease caused by an autoimmune disorder. Pain is a clinical complaint most frequently encountered by nurses. This study aims to determine the comparison of the results of back message therapy and not back message therapy with pain in elderly rheumatism. This study is a quantitative study with a quasi-experimental research design made using a non-equivalent group design with pre and post tests. The research sample was 18 respondents. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data collection using experimental method. The instrument for measuring the level of pain uses a numerical rating scale (NRS) . From the results of statistical analysis using the Independent Sample Test, it is known that the average difference in the measurement results of back message therapy in the pre category of 5.22 and post is 2.00 with p value = 0.000 (<0.05), while there is a difference of pre 5, 17 and post 3.50 on no back message therapy which obtained p value = 0.000 (<0.05). It was concluded that there was a significant difference in pain in elderly arthritic patients who took back message therapy and did not follow back message therapy. It is important for the results of this study that health workers teach back message therapy for the elderly who experience pain because this is a very effective therapy for people with rheumatism. Keywords: Back Message, Rheumatic Pain, Elderly

The number of sample cases: control is 1:2. The data analysis used was univariate, bivariate using chi square and multivariate using multiple logistic regression. The description of the incidence of diarrhea in this study, mothers with less knowledge 38.6, adult mothers 83%, mothers not working 92%, low income 62.7%, PHBS actions were not good 49.7%, mothers gave exclusive breastfeeding 60.8% , mothers wash their hands with soap 50.3%, family latrines meet the requirements 73.2%, treatment of drinking water is boiled until it boils 89.5%, littering 6.6% carry out measles immunization 85%. Abstract

Dementia is an acquired intellectual and memory dysfunction caused by brain disease, and is not associated with impaired levels of consciousness. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with dementia in the elderly at the Cakung District Health Center in 2020. This study is a quantitative study with a correlative descriptive research design with a cross sectional study approach. The population consisted of elderly patients who participated in prolanis activities at the Cakung District Health Center. Sampling using total sampling. The sample consisted of 60 respondents. Data analysis using chi square test. The results showed a relationship between age (p = 0.000), physical activity (p = 0.000) and dementia. Physical activity needs to be done by the elderly to inhibit the factors that accelerate the onset of dementia. Counseling and learning about physical activity in the elderly should be a program in providing health services to the elderly, especially to prevent dementia. Keywords : Dementia, Physical Activity

Abstract

Breast milk (breast milk) is the best food for babies. The benefits of breastfeeding can be felt by babies, mothers and families, but data shows that breastfeeding for toddlers in Indonesia is still very low. Factors that can influence mothers not to give breast milk to their babies include insufficient milk production. A sign of sufficient milk in infants is their weight gain of more than 10% in the first week. The baby's weight will increase by 200-2500 grams per week. The smoothness of breast milk production is influenced by many factors, namely the nutritional status of the mother, mother's nutrition can be met with alternative Moringa (Moringa oleifera) plants, because they contain phytosterol compounds which function to increase and facilitate milk production. In babies less than 6 months in terms of baby's weight in the Posyandu in the working area of the Tembuku I Health Center. This study uses the Quasi Experimental research method with the posttest only control design where in this research design there will be an experimental group and a control group. The sample in this study was 30 mothers breastfeeding babies less than 6 months, divided into 2 groups, namely 15 people in the experimental group and 15 people in the control group. Data were analyzed using Independent t-test. Results Analysis using statistical tests in this study was carried out using the independent-T Test test, the results obtained were that the p value was 0.025 < α 0.05. Thus the administration of Moringa leaf simplicia to breastfeeding mothers affects the baby's weight in the posyandu working area of the Tembuku I Health Center.
