Abstract

Background: Immunization is one of the most effective health interventions in the world and can save millions of lives. However, in the world there are still more than 19 million children who have not been vaccinated or whose vaccinations are incomplete so that it can cause these children to be very susceptible to disease risk, even though immunization will increase the child's immune system. The purpose of the study was to analyze and explain the influence of predisposing factors (knowledge, education, mother's occupation, husband's support and participation of health workers) on the provision of follow-up immunization to children aged 18 months at the Curug Health Center in Serang City in 2021. Methods: Using a quantitative approach with a cross sectional design. A sample of 101 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using univariate analysis, which describes the frequency distribution, bivariate analysis to determine the relationship between variables and multivariate analysis with linear regression analysis. The results of this study found that there was a relationship between knowledge, education, work, husband's support and communication and services of health workers with the provision of further immunization for children aged 18 months at the Curug Health Center in Serang City in 2021. The most dominant variables were the communication and service variables of health workers. It is hoped that the Curug Health Center can provide counseling or education about the importance of providing immunizations to patients, especially mothers who have toddlers on a regular basis. Keywords: Provision of follow-up immunization to children aged 18 months, knowledge, education, work, husband's support and communication and services.

The location and time of this research is in the working area of the Weekombak Health Center, Southwest Sumba Regency, in July-August 2022. The sample used in this study was 95 toddlers. The data obtained were analyzed using chi-square with a significance level of α=0.005. The results showed that there were variables that had a relationship with the nutritional status of toddlers, namely mother's education (p-value = 0.000), mother's knowledge (p-value = 0.000), family income (p-value = 0.003), therefore, mothers Those who have children under five are expected to pay attention to the nutritional status of children under five and participate in the care of children under five. The purpose of this research is to see what factors that can influence the performance of the emergency room in Bunda Thamrin Hospital Medan 2018. This research use total sampling or exhausted sampling and The source data of this research is using questionnaires and then followed by using univariate analysis, bivariate analysis, and multivariate analysis with the SPSS program. The results of this research is that work load (p=0,000), stress of work (p=0,000),competition (p=0,000), incentive (p=0,000),length of working (p=0,000) have influences for performance of nurses. After multivariate analysis the most influential variable is work load (p=0,000. The result showed that there was correlation between work load, stress of work, competition, incentive, length of working has influences against work performances of nurses. Therefore, there is a need to improve nursing service that can be made to improve the performance of nurses with increased knowledge through education nursing sustainable and improving skills nursing is absolutely necessary. Abstract

Introduction: Sarcopenic obesity (SO) defined as a phenotype of coexistence of sarcopenia, is an age-related loss of muscle mass and strength or physical performance, and obesity. It is crucial to determine the best management strategy for sarcopenic obese patients in order to improve life expectancy. The goal of this review is to provide an overview of sarcopenic obesity treatment for older persons. Methods: PubMed searches were conducted for ‘sarcopenic obesity treatment’ and ‘sarcopenic obesity elderly treatment’ from a database through the past 10 years. All articles available in English identified by these searches were then reviewed in detail Result: At present, the optimal treatment of sarcopenic has not been established. Nutritional interventions, such as a hypocaloric diet, and exercise training or physical therapy are the mainstay of SO prevention and treatment to achieve changes in body composition (muscle gain and fat reduction) and improve the functional status and quality of life of elderly patients. Conclusion: To further our understanding of SO, it is essential that clinicians and researchers establish a universal consensus for the definition and diagnosis of SO and focus on SO treatment and promote healthy aging. Abstract

Indonesia is currently ranked 2nd with the most tuberculosis cases in the world, after India and China. is ranked 2nd with the most tuberculosis sufferers in the world, after India and China. Tuberculosis control in Indonesia faces many challenges, one of which is the increase in patients with drug-resistant tuberculosis (DR TB). In 2019, the number of tuberculosis sufferers in Indonesia reached 543,874 cases, with drug-resistant tuberculosis cases reaching 11,463 (2.1%). Banten is one of the provinces with the highest number of Tuberculosis sufferers in Java, which is 223 people per 100,000 population, with a national TB rate of 203 people per 100,000 population, of which only 58.3% take medication regularly. This study aims to determine the determinants of treatment delay in drug-resistant tuberculosis patients in Banten province in 2020. The study design was a retrospective cohort. The sampling technique was a total sampling of the list of DR TB cases at South Tangerang city General Hospital and dr. Drajat Prawiranegara Serang. Secondary data search was carried out on the TB Information System (SITB) and patient medical records. The study population was 114 respondents, obtained 90 respondents who fit the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Univariate, bivariate analysis with chi-square test and multivariate with logistic regression statistical test were performed to obtain a fit final model. The results of the bivariate analysis showed a significant relationship between age (p=0.030) and employment status (p=0.003). The final multivariate model, showing employment status with delayed treatment (p = 0.008), with OR 18,788 (95% CI: 2,122 – 166.329), meaning that respondents who have jobs have 18.8 times risk for late treatment compared to respondents who do not have jobs after being controlled by variables of age, gender, history of TB, and education level. The researcher concludes that the determinants of delay in treatment of DR TB patients in Banten province in 2020 are employment status and age. It is recommended that the Banten Provincial Health Office can coordinate cross sectors, to ensure the treatment of DR TB patients until they are cured. The sample in this study was 64 nurses, taken with the technique of total sampling. Using univariate, bivariate analysis (with Chi Square test). This study shows that most respondents at Bintaro IMC Hospital have heavy workload (67%), very heavy (33%) and work stress with heavy category (75%) and nurse fatigue in high category (36%), very high (23%), then there is a relationship of workload and stress of nurses to nurse work fatigue at IMC Bintaro Hospital (P Value = 0.000).
