Abstract

The event and wedding organizer industry has a dynamic and high-pressure work environment; therefore, factors such as work stress, compensation, and human relations are essential elements in determining employee performance. This study aimed to analyze the influence of work stress, compensation, and human relations on employee performance at PT Mazarzo Kreatif Indonesia. This research was an associative study using a quantitative approach. The population in this study consisted of employees of PT Mazarzo Kreatif Indonesia. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with a saturated sampling method. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression to examine the simultaneous and partial effects of the independent variables on employee performance. The results showed that work stress, compensation, and human relations simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance. Partially, work stress had a significant negative effect on performance, indicating that the higher the level of work stress, the lower the employee performance. Compensation had a positive and significant effect on performance, suggesting that fair compensation increased work motivation and productivity, which led to improved performance. Meanwhile, human relations also had a positive and significant effect on performance, meaning that a harmonious work environment and good communication enhanced employee work effectiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how leadership style, work motivation, and work environment affect the work productivity of employees of PT Hamsina Jaya - MPGG Cirebon. Using quantitative methods, data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 278 respondents. The analysis techniques applied include validity, reliability, classical assumptions, and hypothesis testing to measure the relationship between variables. The study revealed that leadership style has no positive effect on work productivity. In contrast, motivation and work environment have a positive and significant impact on increasing productivity. Simultaneous tests of the three variables together affect employee productivity. This finding confirms that the main factor in improving productivity is more determined by motivation and a supportive work environment, rather than leadership style. Therefore, companies are advised to focus more on strategies to increase motivation and improve work environment conditions so that optimal productivity can be achieved. In addition, it is necessary to evaluate the effectiveness of the applied leadership style in order to increase its contribution related to employee productivity.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate how much profitability can mediate the connection between firm value and leverage at PT Indofarma Tbk between 2019 and 2023. The route analysis method was utilized in this study's quantitative methodology, and SPSS version 22 software was used for data processing. The annual study's companies' financial statements period served as the data source. With a coefficient value of -3.251 and a significance level of p = 0.000, the findings of the analysis show that leverage significantly reduces firm value; however, no real impact of leverage on profitability was found (coefficient = 0.000; p = 0.904). On the other hand, the findings demonstrates that profitability raises the worth of the company, but this relationship is not statistically significant (coefficient = 19.125; p = 0.288). These results indicate that how leverage and corporate value are related is not significantly mediated by profitability. In terms of theory, this study confirms that capital structure, especially in the form of leverage, has a direct impact on firm value without involving profitability as an intermediary channel. The practical implication of this result is the importance of controlling the debt structure so as not to cause a decrease in firm value, as well as the need for management to remain focused on improving the efficiency of asset performance. This study expands academic understanding of the dynamics between leverage, profitability, and firm value, and provides strategic insights for decision makers, especially in terms of optimal capital structure management.

Abstract

Human error is a significant contributor to workplace accidents in the manufacturing industry, particularly in the sugar production sector at PT XYZ, where specific challenges such as operator inexperience and equipment mismanagement heighten these risks. This study addresses a critical research gap by analyzing human error factors in the sugar production process using the HEART (Human Error Assessment and Reduction Technique) and Fuzzy FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) methodologies. The HEART method quantitatively identifies human error probabilities at various production stages, while Fuzzy FMEA evaluates risk levels and prioritizes accident mitigation strategies. Key high-risk activities identified include improper use of the core sampler (HEP: 0.038, Fuzzy RPN: 500), data entry errors (HEP: 0.234, Fuzzy RPN: 120), and misoperation of the centrifugal machine (HEP: 0.304). The lowest risk was associated with slipping due to juice spills (Fuzzy RPN: 332). This innovative integration of HEART and Fuzzy FMEA offers a novel approach to developing effective mitigation strategies, including enhanced operator training, the establishment of standard hygienic sampling procedures, safety morning talks to raise awareness of safety, software training for operators, health checks before starting work, regular review and approval of data, weekly data audits, and the implementation of warning letters for frequent mistakes. By improving these safety systems, this research aims to significantly reduce accident risks and increase operational efficiency in the sugar industry.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effects of electronic customer relationship management (e-CRM), electronic service quality, and trust on customer loyalty at PT Bilah Baja Makmur Abadi. The research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method with 167 customers as respondents. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple regression analysis to test the hypotheses. The findings reveal that e-CRM, electronic service quality, and trust each significantly influence customer loyalty both individually and when considered together. Specifically, e-CRM had the highest contribution to customer loyalty, followed by trust and electronic service quality. The research also found that these three factors, when combined, explain over 50% of the variance in customer loyalty. The study contributes to existing theories by linking traditional customer relationship management to modern digital practices and highlights the critical role of trust and service quality in driving customer loyalty in the digital era. The research provides valuable insights for businesses aiming to enhance customer loyalty through digital platforms and offers recommendations for future studies to explore additional factors such as customer satisfaction and brand image.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the influence of social media influencers (SMIs) on purchase intention with the object of research on sunscreen products. With the new paradigm due to rapid developments, the marketing world is encouraged to adapt and follow marketing trends using social media influencers (SMIs). In addition, the rampant cases of overclaiming sunscreen content that have occurred in Indonesia have made people more careful in buying sunscreen products through recommendations from social media influencers (SMIs). In this study, the sample used was 166 respondents throughout Indonesia, with a non-probability sampling technique and using the convenience sampling method. The analysis technique used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with analysis software, namely AMOS 26.0. The results of this study prove that there is a significant positive influence of the characteristics of social media influencers (SMIs) on the purchase intention of sunscreen products.
