Abstract

This study analyzes the impact of inbound digital marketing on enrollment interest at Universitas Kebangsaan Republik Indonesia (UKRI), considering the mediating roles of university reputation and brand awareness. The findings indicate that inbound digital marketing significantly influences university reputation, brand awareness, and enrollment interest. However, the interactive communication aspect of inbound digital marketing needs improvement. University reputation and brand awareness were found to mediate the relationship between inbound digital marketing and enrollment interest. Although inbound digital marketing strategies are effective in increasing UKRI’s recognition, branding strategies need to be strengthened to position UKRI as the top choice for prospective students.

Abstract

One of the sugar factories built by the Indonesian state as an effort to revitalize the national sugar industry through the use of modern technology is PT XYZ. However, this sugar factory is experiencing problems with the results of testing the production of white crystal sugar which has defects that are not in accordance with the quality requirements of white crystal sugar with SNI number 3140-3: 2020. Defects that occur include defects in sugar moisture content, sugar solution color, grain size, and sugar crystal uniformity. This study was conducted to determine the factors that can affect the occurrence of defects in the white crystal sugar production process at PT XYZ and how the proposed improvements can be implemented to control the quality of white crystal sugar products at PT XYZ. The methods used in this research are the Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) methods. Based on calculations using the Fault Tree Analysis method, the calculated probability results for each type of defect, namely large grain defects, moisture content, color, and sugar crystal uniformity, are 0.000657%, 0.000889%, 0.001597%, and 0.000662%, respectively. The FMEA method obtained a large grain type defect with the highest RPN value of 120 (High). Large grain type defects cause white crystal sugar to not conform to market specifications and dissolve more slowly. In the second rank, there is a defect in water content with an RPN value of 112 (medium). Quality control should be carried out regularly and continuously so that it can be a reference for continuous improvement in the future.

Abstract

This study is predicated on the phenomenon of virtual item purchases in games becoming increasingly dominant. The online game Mobile Legends: Bang Bang generates revenue through in-app purchases of virtual items. Despite a decline in the number of players, the game's revenue remains relatively stable. This study aims to analyze the influence of integrated value variables, which consist of enjoyment value (X1), character competency value (X2), monetary value (X3), and visual authority value (X4), on the repurchase intention (Y) of virtual items in Mobile Legends: Bang Bang. Employing a quantitative research method, the study's population comprises active Mobile Legends: Bang Bang players who have played for at least one season. 100 respondents make up the sample size, which was chosen by a purposive sampling technique combined with non-probability sampling. Data analysis was conducted using the Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) software version 26. The findings of this study demonstrate that, simultaneously, enjoyment value, character competency value, monetary value, and visual authority value significantly influence repurchase intention. However, when examined individually, these variables do not have a significant influence on repurchase intention.

Abstract

This research was conducted to examine the extent to which service quality, product quality, and price are able to shape customer loyalty, with customer satisfaction as the link, at Tom Sushi Surabaya. This research departs from the phenomenon of increasing Japanese culinary trends in Indonesia as well as the business need to keep customers loyal in the midst of fierce competition. Using a quantitative approach and purposive sampling technique of 100 respondents, the data was analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The research findings show that product quality and price have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction, while service quality does not show a significant influence. Customer loyalty was shown to be influenced by price and satisfaction level, but not directly by service or product quality. On the other hand, customer satisfaction plays an intermediary role in the relationship between product quality and price and loyalty, but not service quality.

Abstract

With profitability serving as a mediator, this research seeks to examine the impact of Good Corporate Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility on business value. Managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and independent commissioners are the proxies of good corporate governance. The GRI is what's known as "Corporate Social Responsibility" in the business world. Return on Assets (ROA) is a measure of profitability, while Price to Book worth (PBV) is a method for calculating a company's worth. The 23 consumer products businesses listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2019 to 2023 made up the population in this research. Utilizing inferential statistical analysis tools and a purposive sample procedure, this research quantifies its findings via statistical analysis. For the purpose of calculating each variable, data is retrieved utilizing documentation approaches by obtaining sustainability reports and annual reports from the Indonesia Stock Exchange's official website. This research found that good corporate governance has an effect on company value and profitability. Firm value is unaffected by corporate social responsibility, on the other hand. Firm value is influenced by profitability, which is an independent variable. Good corporate governance may increase a company's value, although profitability might mitigate this benefit. The impact of CSR on company value cannot be moderated by profitability as a mediator variable. This research has many limitations that make it unsuitable for use as a comprehensive reference for enterprises outside of the consumer products industry. It is recommended that future studies include firms from other sectors and include additional elements that contribute to the growth of company value.
