The purpose of this study also examines the moderating effect of knowledge transfer and integration and green technology dynamism on the relationship between green entrepreneur orientation and SMEs’ business performance. This research is explanatory research that aims to test and explain the causal relationship between research variables through hypothesis testing. The approach used in this research is a quantitative research approach. The data is used in the form of primary data. The purposive sampling method was used as a sampling technique. The process of obtaining data was carried out by means of a survey in the form of a questionnaire. In this study, researchers used 180 Managers of SMEs who applied green entrepreneurs in four districts in Madura. This study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to test the hypothesis. The research finds that the influence of green entrepreneurial orientation has a positive influence on SMEs’ business performance and network resource acquisition. In addition, network resource acquisition is able to mediate the relationship between green entrepreneur orientation and SMEs’ business performance. Finally, knowledge transfer and integration and green technology dynamism are able to moderate the influence between green entrepreneur orientation and SMEs’ business performance.

Abstract

“A dollar today is worth more than a dollar tomorrow because a dollar today can be invested to get a return”. This sentence has made the function of money which was originally a medium of any transactions turned into commodities for getting any returns. By TVM, productivity and efficiency in investment and business can be measured. However, TVM on the Islamic viewpoint is closely related to interest. The objection of this study is to analyze critically the concept of the time value of money and its relation to interest, as well as the solution that has been offered. This paper is qualitative research with a literature approach based on primary data. The deductive method is used for collecting any data related to the topic of research, while the inductive method is used to describe the findings from primary data. The results of this study indicate that there are several rationalities for implementing TVM in the financial system including time preference, interest, risk bearing, uncertainty, and inflation that arise in society. The implication is, that any rationality that arises from the implementation of TVM must be followed by economic activities that occur in society. In this case, the economic value of time plays a role in separating natural certainty contracts and natural uncertainty contracts. This separation ultimately has implications for the elimination of gharar and interest in contracts.

Abstract

In "Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Nasional 2015-2019," which is regarded as a vital monetary sector, one of Indonesia's national development goals is the agricultural sector. One indicator of the success of agricultural development is the degree of farmer welfare, typically determined by the Nilai Tukar Petani (NTP). By comparing the quantity of NTP in each subsector and the implementation of the farming engagement activities, this article compares the level of farmer welfare in two farming sub-sectors, specifically estate crops and horticultural crops. The secondary data from Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) from 2015 to 2021 were divided into two periods before and during pandemic COVID 19 (2015–2019 and 2020–2021), and the descriptive data on the farmer involvement activities with the sample point at Belitung Island. The data were analyzed with SPSS version 25 through Eta correlation analysis. The investigation revealed that horticultural crops and the NTP estate changed, with the NTP of horticultural plants being the most stable. Meanwhile, the horticulture and NTP estate crops tended to decrease and become less stable during pandemic COVID 19. We concluded that the agriculture industry was sustainable, particularly SME horticultural and estate crops. For a sustainable farming option, we advise employing marginal land for short crops using organic compost and reusing agriculture waste for bioorganic fertilizer.

Abstract

Today’s business world has experienced rapid development. There is intense competition among fellow companies. The management system can work as a tool to improve company performance by measuring its employees’ performance. A performance measuring system is required to improve business performance. It will later function as an information provider that can be a reference for managers in making correct decisions for the company’s progress in general. This study focuses on garment companies using SEM PLS data analysis techniques, producing different results. It uses a quantitative descriptive method. It looks at the company’s performance measurement only from a financial point of view. The result showed that there is a significant beneficial impact between the TQM, employee productive behavior on company performance, and TQM on employee productive behavior. However, there is no effect of the reward system on the company’s performance. The productive behavior of employees can mediate the reward system based on company performance. Performance measurement systems can be mediated by productive employee behavior upon company performance. Employees that engage in productive behavior can mediate TQM on mediated company performance. The suggestion of the result of this research is the company can consider these research results to develop their company performance to achieve their goal. Therefore, the researchers also suggest that others conduct further research using a different method and variables that have not been studied in this study.

It used a quantitative method with the help of the IBM SPSS version 25 application, tested the validity and reliability of the research instrument, sampling technique used the saturated sample method which took all the population to be sampled, and data collection using a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that the promotion variable (X1) has an influence on decision-making (Y1), and the product variable (X2) has an influence on decision-making (Y1). It can be seen based on the results of testing the t-test hypothesis where tcount>ttable (2.854 > 1.980) and a significant level that is less than 0.05 (0.024 <0.05), the variable cost of education (X3) has an influence on decision making (Y1).

Abstract

Financial statements will function optimally if presented with qualitative elements, including easy-to-understand, reliable, comparable, and relevant. In preventing any acts of misrepresentation of financial statements, it is necessary to encourage the ownership of family shares. The research method uses quantitative analysis using the Moderator Regression Analysis (MRA) model. The results of this study indicate that in the first hypothesis, it is suspected that there is an influence of Pressure on financial statements fraud. From the results of the T-test, it is known that the sig value is smaller than 0.05, which is 0.000. The t-count value is greater than the t-table (5.461>1.661). This study concludes that the pressure variable influences fraud. The variable financial statements of Family Ownership cannot strengthen the impact of Competence on fraudulent financial statements, and the variable family ownership cannot enhance the effect of arrogance on fraudulent financial statements.

Abstract

Nurses play a crucial role in the internal operations of the hospital, offering patients care, attention, assistance, and support. One of the most crucial things for hospitals to pay attention to is working hours since, if neglected, it will lead to nurses feeling under pressure at work, making it difficult for them to spend time with their families. If the two issues are properly handled, the employment attachment of nurses may also decline. This type of research method uses the quantitative explanation research method as a causal approach to the influence of work overload and work-family conflict on job embeddedness, with emotional exhaustion as a mediating variable and coworker support as a moderation variable in nurses at Islam PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital Tegal Regency. 96 inpatient nurses who responded to a questionnaire made up the study sample. SEM was used as the approach for data analysis in this investigation. According to the findings of this study, work stress and work-family conflict considerably impact emotional exhaustion. Furthermore, work overload, work-family conflict, and emotional exhaustion have no significant effect on job embeddedness. Additionally, the association between work overload and work-family conflict and job embeddedness is unaffected by emotional exhaustion as a mediator and co-worker support as a moderation variable.
