Abstract

Home is an important place for most people, where they need to keep it safe and comfortable from outside interference. Therefore, there is a need for a security system that is able to protect against these disturbances. In this study, fingerprints were used to secure the door of the house, where in the process only the registered fingerprint was allowed to open the door. In table 1 it turns out that wet, wrinkled and peeling fingerprints can still be used and read by the sensor so that concerns that fingerprints cannot be used are refuted. In table 1 it is also proven that the process of opening the door can be done with an Arduino and a fingerprint sensor

Abstract

Mamba'ul Ulum Mojosari Islamic boarding school is one of the Islamic boarding schools that has economic independence. This Islamic boarding school has several superior products which have extraordinary potential if marketed appropriately. Apart from that, the concept of entrepreneurship in the era of digital transformation 4.0 is also very important as initial capital towards successful entrepreneurship today. The target to be achieved is how the school (in the Islamic boarding school environment) connects and internalizes the teachings of entrepreneurship and the contribution of economic development to the Islamic boarding school environment, through making products made by Mamba'ul Ulum Islamic boarding school students which will then be sold on e-commerce . This research uses a qualitative-descriptive method, the research results illustrate how the principles created as the basis for the entrepreneurial spirit of santri are useful for improving the economy in the Islamic boarding school environment with the aim of developing economic independence among the santri environment, increasing knowledge and understanding of entrepreneurial potential. There are results achieved in making products to be marketed. The use of online marketing media is simple, mentoring is provided by subject teachers to maintain stable abilities and understanding

Abstract

. This research aims to analyze the role of digitalization of productive zakat distribution by Baznas Surabaya to overcome poverty in the city of Surabaya. The aim of distributing zakat funds is not only consumption assistance, but also improving the productive economic conditions of zakat recipients. To achieve this goal, in facing current developments, it is necessary to digitalize the distribution of productive zakat funds appropriately. This type of research is qualitative research using a field approach (field research), with the hope of being able to photograph the effectiveness of digitizing the management of productive zakat funds. The results of this research show that digitizing the proper distribution of zakat funds can be carried out in a creative, productive way, namely distributing zakat that cannot be directly used or spent by mustahiq. So that its utilization makes it possible to have an economic impact on mustahiq by coaching and mentoring through digital technology

Abstract

Employee Training is an effort by companies or organizations or agencies to improve their performance through increasing employee productivity. As far as our research results are concerned, there is a lot of literature related to employee training, but there is no bibliometric analysis of research articles related to employee training. This research is aimed at analyzing classification, identifying trends, and analyzing opportunities for research topics related to employee training in the future. This research uses a combination of the Publish and Perish, Mendeley, and Vosviewer applications as well as a 5-stage methodology on the Scopus database. By using the keyword "Employee Training" which represents employee training, the results of research analysis related to this keyword in 2018-2023 can be classified into three clusters. The Three Clusters Include Research on Employee Training Linked to Training Impact, Employee Training Linked to Training Evaluation, and Employee Training Linked to Training Models. Meanwhile, research topics that are widely used today are models, technology, workers and experience. There are several research topics regarding employee training that have not been carried out much, including jobs, challenges for the future, and participation in gamification methods which could become research topic opportunities in the future.

Abstract

The Loji Bridge in Pekalongan City is a cultural heritage building that was built in 1880, during the Dutch East Indies colonial period. The Loji Bridge is more than 150 years old and is still standing and is only used for bicycle and motorbike traffic. When it was built, it was an important bridge because it was a bridge on the north coast road. Until now, this has been the way of the economy. The condition of the bridge is currently unknown as to its structural feasibility. The Pekalongan city government will revitalize the bridge left over from the Dutch era so that it can be used again. If it is not possible for traffic to be used, it will be used as a place for MSME activities. So in the city of Pekalongan there are interesting places to attract visitors as culinary tourism spots and others.To determine the suitability of the bridge structure with a span of 50 meters, testing needs to be carried out. The test carried out is a load test. Why is a loading test carried out because there is no bridge building data, superstructure data or substructure/foundation data. So with a loading test you can immediately determine the amount of load the bridge can safely withstand.The loading method uses water loads, namely by creating a loading pool. The load is adjusted to the planned traffic load / live load. The equipment installed and recorded during the test is to determine and monitor the bridge settlement, either in the pillars or beams. Monitoring is carried out to maintain deflection / settlement. So that the decrease / deflection that occurs during testing is still within safe limits.The equipment used to monitor and record deflection is a Linear Variable Displacement Transducer (LVDT) which is connected to a data logger and computer. The LVDT is placed on wooden stakes / poles stuck into the river bed, so that the readings decrease relative to the river bed.Loji Bridge with a span of 50 meters consists of 4 pillars and 2 abutments. Upper structure with asphalt pavement, wooden plank floor. The abutments use river stone pairs and the pillars use 7 solid pipes with a diameter of 12 cm. Later, it is planned to replace the wooden floor with a reinforced concrete slab floor on the bridge.

pada pasal 16 konvensi perserikatan bangsa-bangsa (pbb), atau konvensi perserikatan bangsa-bangsa tentang hak-hak anak (uncrc) yang biasa disebut konvensi hak-hak anak bangsa-bangsa, menggarisbawahi hak setiap anak atas privasi dan terhadap perlindungan melanggar privasi terkait rumah, keluarga, komunikasi, dan nama baik mereka. Privasi anak, terutama dalam hal data pribadi, memerlukan batasan yang tegas. Perkembangan digital saat ini mempengaruhi pola pengasuhan dan pemikiran anak-anak dengan potensi dampak negatif. Anak-anak dapat menjadi sasaran di dunia digital. Data pribadi anak sering digunakan hingga mereka mandiri. Penelitian ini, menggunakan metode hukum normatif, bertujuan untuk menganalisis peraturan-peraturan terkait perlindungan data pribadi anak di era digital. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pembaharuan dalam peraturan perundang-undangan yang mengatur data pribadi anak untuk menjaga hak privasi mereka sesuai dengan uncrc.

Abstract

Technology and science are currently developing very rapidly, so that every business world, organization and other fields need fast, accurate and precise information. The data obtained will be distributed evenly so that it can fulfill information requests. The use of computer technology in business or office environments, both government and private, is no longer something strange. Especially in large companies, the use of it technology will help reduce workload. Astra motor weleri, a commercial company that sells honda brand motorbikes. Astra motor weleri is one of the largest dealers in kendal regency so there is quite a lot of stock at the dealer. With so many motorbikes in stock, stocking errors sometimes occur during the sales process, resulting in frequent cancellations of orders or what is usually called do delivery orders. Sellers also have difficulty marketing to consumers because consumers find it difficult to see automotive products. For example, a seller must send every photo to consumers who want to buy a car. According to the author, it is less effective. Apart from that, the car buying process from the consumer side is also too complicated because it takes a lot of time, both in cash and credit. With so many motorbikes being sold, using a manual sales system is deemed less effective.

Abstract

Having been a center for batik activities in the past but experiencing suspended animation in 1970, the condition of the batik village after independence actually experienced a dark period including the title of being a slum village, unsafe because it was a den of criminals and always flooded. Kampung batik is known as an ancient village, whose formation coincided with the history of the city of semarang, its fate experienced ups and downs. However, in 1980, batik craftsmen attempted to revive semarang batik production, although it was not yet optimal due to capital constraints and inadequate human resources in terms of skills. Starting from the concerns that occurred in this historic settlement, the semarang city government carried out the revitalization of the batik village in 2005 and experienced rapid progress until the enactment of regional regulation (perda) no. 14 of 2011 concerning the establishment of batik villages as cultural heritage through the establishment of a thematic village program. The research method is qualitative research with historical methods, which includes heuristics (collecting sources), criticism, interpretation, and writing down facts. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and document study. The results of the research can be concluded that batik villages with cultural potential and through community empowerment have become one of the batik producing areas as well as cities with cultural tourism destinations in central java province.

Abstract

This research discusses the development and implementation of a Reorder Point (ROP) information system in the context of inventory management. ROP is a critical method for optimizing merchandise inventory, avoiding stock shortages, and minimizing inventory costs. The aim of this research is to design and implement an information system that allows companies to calculate and monitor ROP efficiently. The research methodology includes user needs analysis, software development, and system testing in real environments. The research results show that the ROP information system can help companies improve inventory control accuracy, reduce costs, and improve customer service. This research also identifies challenges in implementing ROP information systems and provides insight into how to overcome these obstacles. In an era of competitive business, the ability to respond quickly to changes in demand and delivery is the key to success. A sophisticated Reorder Point information system gives companies a competitive advantage by optimizing inventory levels and avoiding excess or shortage of stock that can be detrimental to the company. Additionally, by integrating data from various aspects of supply chain management, the system provides better visibility into company operations, enabling more timely decisions and accurate information. Therefore, the results of this study indicate that the ROP information system is a valuable asset in efficient inventory management and helps companies to remain relevant and sustainable in a dynamic business environment. In conclusion, ROP information systems are a valuable tool in efficient inventory management and contribute to the success of a company's supply chain.
