Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explore the impact of price and product quality on purchase decisions, focusing on the skincare product Skintific. This research utilizes a descriptive quantitative approach. The data used consists of primary data obtained through surveys using questionnaires given to respondents, as well as secondary data collected through internet searches and references from previous studies relevant to this research topic. The subjects of this research are female university students in Makassar who have purchased and used Skintific skincare products. Non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling approach was employed to select 100 participants for this study. The findings of this research indicate that both price and product quality, separately and together, have a significant influence on the purchase decision of Skintific skincare products.

Abstract

Research with the title "Analysis of earnings management in Indonesia" with a qualitative descriptive research method using secondary data taken from existing data sources and existing instruments. Here there is a discussion about how to analyze the development of earnings management in Indonesia and also the aim of this research is to prove and analyze the influence of earnings management in Indonesia for a company that must be registered on the IDX and there is also a basic concept of earnings management including an understanding of how a company can utilize the research methods provided to improve financial performance more flexibly by involving practices such as preparing reserves, determining methods that influence profits and involving the consequences of weaknesses or risks that exist in these profits.

Abstract

The legal protection given to trademark certificate holders is that the trademark is valid for a period of 10 years and the only registered trademark owner has the rights to the trademark and cannot be changed without the trademark owner's permission. Law enforcement provided by the Trademark and Geographical Indications Law is criminal and civil. There are other alternatives, namely through arbitration and alternative dispute resolution with the concept of a win - win solution.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the pattern and correlation of stock return movements on the LQ45 index in the period April 2020 - April 2024. This is related to market efficiency theory, when the market is efficient in a weak form, the fluctuating movement of the index reflects that the shares included in The LQ45 Index group is influenced by various information that occurs and is relevant to the capital market and moves randomly. However, if the price movement pattern is influenced by previous price movements, the market is inefficient in the weak form. Run-tests and autocorrelation tests are used to provide evidence of weak form market efficiency. The research results show that during this period the movement of weekly and monthly LQ45 Index returns was random so it was categorized as an efficient market in weak form. The return autocorrelation test also shows that there is no positive or negative autocorrelation, this shows that the current return movement is not influenced by previous returns.

Abstract

Learning Strategies in Overcoming Difficulties of Elementary School Children Working About Mathematics Story Problems. The problem that often occurs in learning mathematics in elementary schools is the difficulty of working on word problems. For this reason, this study aims to find out the appropriate learning strategies to overcome these problems. The difficulty in working on math word problems is due to students' reasoning that has not been honed and learning strategies that are less effective in reaching all student characteristics. Therefore, an effective learning method is needed, one of which is by implementing a learning strategy in the form of a problem-based learning model. This learning model is neko77 an effective approach so that students are able to improve reasoning about problems in everyday life that can be solved with material, concepts, and knowledge from a field of study. In learning mathematics, this learning model can familiarize students with solving problems in everyday life with mathematical concepts and operations. With this learning strategy, the learning process can run effectively and support an active class atmosphere so that it can support student learning outcomes.

Abstract

. This research aims to analyze the role of digitalization of productive zakat distribution by Baznas Surabaya to overcome poverty in the city of Surabaya. The aim of distributing zakat funds is not only consumption assistance, but also improving the productive economic conditions of zakat recipients. To achieve this goal, in facing current developments, it is necessary to digitalize the distribution of productive zakat funds appropriately. This type of research is qualitative research using a field approach (field research), with the hope of being able to photograph the effectiveness of digitizing the management of productive zakat funds. The results of this research show that digitizing the proper distribution of zakat funds can be carried out in a creative, productive way, namely distributing zakat that cannot be directly used or spent by mustahiq. So that its utilization makes it possible to have an economic impact on mustahiq by coaching and mentoring through digital technology

Abstract

This research discusses the development and implementation of a Reorder Point (ROP) information system in the context of inventory management. ROP is a critical method for optimizing merchandise inventory, avoiding stock shortages, and minimizing inventory costs. The aim of this research is to design and implement an information system that allows companies to calculate and monitor ROP efficiently. The research methodology includes user needs analysis, software development, and system testing in real environments. The research results show that the ROP information system can help companies improve inventory control accuracy, reduce costs, and improve customer service. This research also identifies challenges in implementing ROP information systems and provides insight into how to overcome these obstacles. In an era of competitive business, the ability to respond quickly to changes in demand and delivery is the key to success. A sophisticated Reorder Point information system gives companies a competitive advantage by optimizing inventory levels and avoiding excess or shortage of stock that can be detrimental to the company. Additionally, by integrating data from various aspects of supply chain management, the system provides better visibility into company operations, enabling more timely decisions and accurate information. Therefore, the results of this study indicate that the ROP information system is a valuable asset in efficient inventory management and helps companies to remain relevant and sustainable in a dynamic business environment. In conclusion, ROP information systems are a valuable tool in efficient inventory management and contribute to the success of a company's supply chain.

Abstract

This research aims to: (1) determine and analyze the simultaneous influence of competency and career development on employee performance at PT. , (3) To find out and analyze which variables have a dominant influence on employee performance at PT. In this research, the type of research uses a quantitative approach, the sample is 31 people, data collection uses questionnaires and data documentation. Meanwhile, the analysis uses descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. Descriptive analysis to determine the high or low levels of the observed variables with the help of data processing using the SPSS program and inferential analysis using multiple linearity regression statistics. The research results show that: (1) Competency and career development variables simultaneously influence employee performance, because the Fcount = 24.089 > Ftable = 3.34; (2) Competency variable value tcount= 2.683 > ttable = 2.048 in sig. =0.12. there is a significant influence between competency on employee performance, (3) Career development variable value t = 2.578 > ttable = 2.048 on sig. = 0.15, there is a significant influence between career development on employee performance, (4) the competency variable has a dominant influence on employee performance, because the standard value of the competency beta coefficient = 0.440 > the standard beta coefficient of career development = 0.422.
