Abstract

The rapid development of technology has impacted various aspects of life, including educational institutions, which are increasingly utilizing information technology to enhance the quality of learning. One significant advancement in information technology is the use of games as an educational tool. This research explores the Interactive Digital Narrative (IDN) design method in the development of history-based educational games. The game created in this study is set against the historical backdrop of the Pertempuran Tiga Hari Surabaya, which is one of the events leading up to the historic Pertempuran 10 November 1945 in Surabaya. Adapting a previously proposed methodology, the game is built using the Unity Game Engine and tested through Likert scale assessments. The test results reveal a positive average percentage of 80%, indicating that the IDN approach can make history-based educational games more engaging and effective. This research provides a valuable contribution to educational technology development, aiding educators in designing more efficient and meaningful lessons, particularly in the field of Social Sciences, which plays a crucial role in students' understanding of history and values like patriotism.

Abstract

The development of technology is increasingly advanced, there are many new innovations that are useful to facilitate activities, one of which is in the world of education. One of the innovations is an educational game that was created as a means of teaching and learning so that students and teachers can understand the material easily. The purpose of this research is to create a narrative game about one of the histories in Indonesia, where this educational game is a means of learning and to increase curiosity about the history of Indonesia. This educational game is made with a game engine called unity and the method used is interactive digital narratives (IDN) with several stages of development, namely requirements, general design, and detailed design. The result of this research is an educational game application narrating the history of the tearing of the Dutch flag at the Yamato Hotel and as a means of learning and introducing more history in Indonesia.

Abstract

Usaha Kita is a business that operates in the field of chemical production. UD. Usaha Kita produces porcelain or cleaning fluid to remove stubborn dirt on porcelain and ceramic surfaces and can also eradicate disease-carrying germs. Customer satisfaction is the key to success in a business. Satisfied customers will become loyal customers so they will tend to make repeat purchases and become promoters of the product. These customers will ultimately increase UD's income. Our Business. The purpose of writing this research is to find out and review from a theoretical perspective various literature and analyze the quality of Porsche product services on customer quality. In analyzing this problem, the method that will be used is a multiple linear regression test to determine the level of customer satisfaction in selling porstex at UD. Usaha Kita. In this case, after implementing TQM and PDCA, most of it can be seen in the quality of workers and also in management.

Abstract

The role of mathematics as a parent of knowledge, tools, guiding thought patterns and forming attitudes, therefore the learning process of Mathematics must be done well. In the classroom learning process, teachers have difficulty delivering material and making students focus, especially in mathematics lessons that require high concentration power. To help the learning process, a web-based learning application model was designed and developed with the integration of gamification mechanisms for elementary school students. The use of analysis methods, prototypes and data collection shows that the system that has been created can be implemented in web-based applications. Then in the test, teachers and students can run the application well and find it helpful in the process of learning mathematics flat wake material.

Abstract

The problem of waste management is one of the main challenges in the modern era which harms the environment. Innovative and sustainable solutions need to be developed to overcome this waste problem. One promising approach is using waste as a source of electrical energy. In this abstract, we explain the concept of using waste as a source of electrical energy, including the methods used and their benefits. We also convey the urgency of using waste as a source of electrical energy to reduce the negative impact of waste on the environment and to meet sustainable energy needs. Apart from that, this article also highlights the importance of government support, the role of the community, and the development of more efficient technology in realizing the successful use of waste as a source of electrical energy.

Abstract

PT XYZ is a company providing superior international logistics services which specifically focuses on handling customs and international shipping. With a high dedication to operational excellence and unmatched customer service, PT XYZ has built a solid reputation as a trusted partner in facilitating and expediting the global supply chain for various customers in various industrial sectors. Employee satisfaction is not just numbers or data. But it also relates to how employees feel they are treated by their superiors and the company as a whole. Employee satisfaction PT XYZ can create a work environment that motivates employees to perform high and work together in achieving company goals. Writing this report aims to analyze the factors that influence employee satisfaction which can be a key factor in achieving this goal. This activity was carried out using a survey with a questionnaire using 6 aspects of employee satisfaction and obtained an ESS score of 3.93, this figure is relatively high when compared with the score ESS in Indonesia (3.75) however has decreased compared to the ESS figure in 2022 (3.95).

Abstract

PT.XYZ is a company engaged in the business of trading industrial and fabricated goods. PT.XYZ often experiences excessive accumulation of thinner which will cause the storage warehouse to pile up. Therefore, this research aims to develop an effective forecasting model in anticipating the use of Thinner No.17 Jotun at Indonesia . The right forecasting method can help companies plan inventory, reduce the risk of overstock or stockout, and increase efficiency in the supply chain. The development of usage from month to month is increasingly uncertain, so the company wants to know how much Thinner expenditure will be used in the following month by referring to the previous month's expenditure using the single moving average, weighted moving average and single exponential smoothing methods. The software used to assist in this research is POM-QM. From the results of research using the Simple Moving Average method, this method has a MAPE value of 5,841%, the forecast size for the next period, namely period 13, is 285 pcs. This shows that the Simple Moving Average method is the most appropriate method to use to solve the problem of using Thinner No.17 Jotun experienced by PT. XYZ because it has the smallest error value. So it can be concluded that the application of this method provides the right solution for the needs of Thinner No.17 Jotun in the next period.

Abstract

Multiple regression analysis, Price, Packaging, Purchase decisions, Promotion. The fragrant coffee product is a coffee bean product from Excelsa coffee beans produced by PT In the marketing strategy carried out by PT The aim of this research is to improve the branding strategy for fragrant coffee products produced by PT This research collected data using a questionnaire with 5 Likert scales with an accidental sampling method of 100 respondents. The research methods used are multiple linear regression analysis, Kolmogorov test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, linearity test using SPSS software. The research results obtained on the packaging variable have a value of 0.023<0.05 and the price variable has a value of 0.041<0.05, which means it has a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, the promotion variable has a value of 0.146>0.05, so it does not have a significant influence on the decision to purchase fragrant coffee products. This research also provides suggestions for overcoming problems found in the research.

Abstract

Information systems strategic planning must support the business strategy planning of an organization. This is done so that the organization's business goals are achieved. Therefore, this research aims to create a business strategy map at the Gantar Plastik Store based on vision, mission, strategic targets, key performance indicators (KPI), environmental analysis within and outside the organization using the Strength Weakness Opportunity Threat (SWOT) method and making a map. strategy using the Balance Score Card (BSC) method. Based on the analysis and results of the SWOT method calculations that have been carried out, a proposal is obtained, namely an aggressive strategy, because the resulting values for IFE = 0.39 and EFE = 0.56. So, based on the results of the calculations and visualization of the diagram, the Gantar Plastik Shop is proposed to take aggressive strategic steps, meaning that the shop must expand because the strengths and opportunities are large while the threats and weaknesses are small. The next method used is the Balance Score Card method, this method has 4 perspectives, namely Learning and Growth, Internal Process, Customer and Financial. So that the proposed strategy map is given precisely, according to the target, with detailed targets and specific improvement proposals.
