Abstract

This research aims to determine how significant the influence of technology acceptance through behavioral intention as a moderating variable is on actual usage of Zenius Education using the Technology Acceptance Model. Apart from that, this research looks at the influence of behavioral intention as a moderating variable. This research used a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to 67 research samples online in the form of a Google Form. Hypothesis testing in this research uses path analysis and coefficient of determination. The results of this research show that perceived usefulness (X1) and perceived ease of use (X2) have a significant effect on the actual use of Zenius Education. Furthermore, behavioral intention as a moderating variable has a significant influence in mediating technology acceptance on actual use.

Abstract

Pond fish farming requires regular care and feeding of the fish. Fish feeding is usually done manually by spreading the food over the entire surface of the pond. Spreading feed manually will take a long time to feed and drain energy. It is not uncommon for owners to sometimes forget to feed the fish at the specified time. Based on these problems, the NodeMCU ESP8266-based automatic fish feeding system with blynk time setting is able to assist fish farmers in the process of feeding automatically according to the desired time. This automatic fish feeding device can act as a timer for fish feeding and the amount of food released per time is determined automatically in the Arduino ide program. This automatic fish feed has a time input which is then processed by the NodeMCU ESP8266 as a microcontroller and an internet connection (Wifi) connected to the blynk. This automatic fish feed is very useful for consumers in terms of feeding fish regularly and regularly, and most importantly to avoid forgetting or even overfeeding.

Abstract

User-centered design methods are used to identify user needs, analyze usage contexts, and design interfaces that are intuitive and easy to use. In this study, data collection was carried out through interviews with Cemilanpuas stakeholders and prospective users. Based on the data obtained, the researcher formulates user requirements and creates a solution design in the final form of a prototype. After the design is complete, usability evaluation is carried out using the Think Aloud method. Evaluators are directed to complete a series of tasks that represent common activities in using the Cemilanpuas application. During the test, the constraints and difficulties encountered by the evaluator were recorded both verbally and non-verbally. The results of the usability evaluation contain the advantages and disadvantages of the user interface which are grouped based on the five usability points. Based on these findings, improvements were made with a minimum of two iterations. Measuring the value of user satisfaction has a grade B final result of 87.5. This research makes an important contribution in understanding user needs and improving the usability of the website-based Cemilanpuas application. The results of this study can be used as a guideline for the development and improvement of the user interface of similar applications in the future.

Abstract

The development of information technology has significantly impacted the evolution of business into the digital era 5.0. In this context, the role of Computer Information Systems (CIS) becomes crucial in facing the challenges and opportunities that arise. This study aims to explore the role of CIS in Business 5.0, focusing on technology integration and business processes, analytical capabilities and data-driven decision-making, automation and operational efficiency, information security and compliance, as well as accountability and transparency. The research methodology involved literature search from academic databases and scientific journals using relevant keywords such as "digital transformation," "Business 5.0," "Computer Information Systems," and "technology integration." Selected information sources were then filtered based on inclusion and exclusion criteria, such as relevance, source credibility, and publication year. The results of literature analysis indicate that technology integration and business process serve as the foundation for the role of CIS in Business 5.0. Analytical capabilities and data-driven decision-making, along with automation and operational efficiency, also significantly contribute to increased productivity and organizational innovation. Additionally, aspects of information security and compliance, together with accountability and transparency, are key to building trust among stakeholders. The discussion of the results highlights the importance of understanding and implementing these concepts in the context of Business 5.0. By considering technology integration and business processes, analytical capabilities and data-driven decision-making, automation and operational efficiency, information security and compliance, as well as accountability and transparency, companies can optimize the role of CIS in transforming their businesses into the digital era 5.0, enhancing competitiveness, and achieving long-term success.

Abstract

The aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic has had a real impact in all areas of life, especially in the health sector. Therefore, there are consequences of this phenomenon, namely changes in rules and services in the health sector, especially in hospitals. With this change, patients feel different services and rules in the hospital, this has an impact on the hospital, namely the assessment of patient satisfaction with the hospital. The purpose of this study is to measure the accuracy, precision, and recall of the patient satisfaction level grouping. In addition, it also analyzes the shortcomings of hospital services. The method used to build a patient satisfaction classification model is the C4.5 algorithm. C4.5 algorithm is one method that can solve cases that are often used in classification technique problems. The result of the C4.5 algorithm is in the form of a decision tree as in other classification techniques. Based on the results of 3 tests conducted for patient satisfaction at RSUD dr. Abdoer Rahem Situbondo using rapid miner and with the decision tree, the greatest accuracy is 95.38%.

Abstract

Fiber To The Home (FTTH) networks have become an important communications infrastructure that meets the need for fast and reliable internet connectivity in various communities. The aim of this research is to provide a comprehensive analysis of FTTH network development, focusing on the factors that influence the quality of FTTH networks and their impact on society and industry. The research method used, among others, is quantitative by measuring the IN and OUT attenuation parameters at the Optical Distribution Point using an Optical Power Meter measuring instrument. Then the results are compared with the TIPHON/ITU-T Packet Loss standard. The analysis results show that IN and OUT attenuation greatly influences the quality of the FTTH network. The results of the total attenuation analysis on Line A show that the attenuation that has been compared using Packet Loss has a total attenuation difference of 1.11% to 1.37%, on Line B 1.07% to 1.49%, on Line C 1.27% to 1.43%, and on Line D 1.16% to 1.56% the difference obtained during the research can still be said to be quite feasible and good for use by customers. By considering these factors, it is hoped that the construction of an FTTH network can provide maximum benefits for society and industry in supporting economic growth and technological progress.

Abstract

Information System applications are important tools to support the management of information and administration given the rapid development of technology (gadgets) today, for this reason research and development of Archiving applications with a case study of Andi Djemma University Palopo Informatics Study Program. The method used in this research is a method that produces new products from the results of the research itself, namely R&D or research and development with the RAD development model. The results of this study found that: Website-Based Faculty of Engineering Information System Application in its manufacture using Visual Studio and in the software development process using the RAD method and in its design using UML, In this study produced an application that is able to provide convenience for students and the Study Program in accessing and presenting archiving information, This application has been running stably, and is easily understood by students as evidenced by the results of a questionnaire distributed by the author to respondents who scored 77% based on the conversion table this application is categorized as very feasible.

Abstract

By using the Balanced Scorecard approach, the purpose of this study is to determine the level of performance and factors that affect the performance of PT CITRA KRIDATAMA. Questionnaires were distributed to 35 employees to evaluate the performance of PT CITRA KRIDATAMA. By using the Balanced Scorecard, performance measurement will be carried out from four (4) points of view: financial, consumer, internal business processes, and learning and growth. With a total score of 0.277, this study shows that there is no significant relationship between employee performance and their job. The correlation figure of 0.189 indicates that performance tends to increase and vice versa. Based on the recommended results, PT CITRA KRIDATAMA should concentrate on employee productivity. One way to create a competitive strategy in the face of the business world is to use the Balance Scorecard.

Abstract

Villas are one of the important lodging entities in the tourism sector, where villas are needed as a place to rest. A good villa cannot be separated from good service. The purpose of this writing is to improve user experience and user efficiency in the villa reservation process. The Design Thinking method is used as a creative approach in designing user experiences that meet user needs and expectations. The stages of Design Thinking, starting from understanding the problem to implementing the solution. In the UI/UX design process, data is collected through observation, interviews and analysis of user needs. The results are used to identify areas of improvement and guide prototype development. This writing contributes to the development of the UI/UX of the Rima Villa Ciwidey reservation website by applying a Design Thinking approach and utilizing SUS metrics to measure the quality of user experience. The use of the System Usability Scale (SUS) is used as a tool for measuring UI/UX performance, with a resulting value of 70.05. These results show a good level of user satisfaction and are also included in the prototype design which is user friendly, that is, easy for the user to use.

Abstract

Virtual Private Network (VPN) is a form of private network through a public network by focusing on the security of the encrypted data in it. This research uses Cisco Packet Tracere software as a computer network technology simulation tool. Cisco Packet Tracker is a device in network technology simulation that functions for creation and development in networks. The purpose of this research is to create a VPN simulation using a star topology with Cisco Packet Tracer software. Star topology is a star-shaped topology, where each node is to the centre. The method used is a qualitative method with data collection techniques or Literature Study, namely looking for references from the internet in the form of journals. In creating a VPN simulation using Cisco Packet Tracer requires hardware in the form of a server, router, switch, and PC or computer.
