Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the stress level of students, to find out the factors that cause learning stress and to find out how to reduce learning stress at State High Schools in Telanaipura District, Jambi City. The dimensions studied in seeing coping stress are divided into several dimensions including a) Self-activity, b) Planning, c) Self-control, d) Seeking instrumental social support, e) Seeking emotional social support, f) Acceptance, g) Religiosity. This study uses a mixed research design or mixed method. The mixed methods research approach is an approach that combines or associates qualitative and quantitative forms. In this study, a measurement scale is used, namely the Likert scale to see coping stress and the stress level measurement scale using a semantic differential behavioral scale model. This research was carried out at SMAN in Telanaipura Time Quantitative research at SMAN 5 is March 6 to March 8, 2020 The population used in this study is class XII students, school principals and Counseling Guidance (BK) teachers at SMAN 5 and SMAN 10 respectively, with 1500 respondents. The results and findings of this study were 97 (62%) were classified, categorized as high stress levels in learning activities at school. There are 53 (38%) students, categorized as low stress level and the efforts or strategies taken by students in dealing with stress are divided into several dimensions including self-activity 3.84, planning 3.90, self-control 3.80, seeking instrumental support 3 .78, seeking emotional support 3.95 acceptance 3.77 and religiosity 3.78 and the average stress reduction effort made by students 3.83 is in the high category which can be opened in academic activities in high school schools in Telaipura sub-district, Jambi city dense with a high level of stress students are able to cope with stress well

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh outing class terhadap pengetahuan makanan sehat anak. Penelitian ini dilakukan di TK Kirana Kota Jambi dengan jenis penelitian penelitian kuantitatif eksperimen menggunakan model Postest Only Control Group Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh anak yang ada di TK Kirana Kota Jambi dengan jumlah 44 anak, sedangkan sampel penelitian berjumlah 30 anak yang terdiri dari 15 anak sebagai kelas kontrol (Ar-Rahman) dan 15 anak sebagai kelas eksperimen (Ar-Rahim). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes lisan ke anak dan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji beda (uji-t), setelah dilakukan uji normalitas Liliefors. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di TK Kirana Kota Jambi menunjukkan data berdistribusi normal dan perbedaan nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh dari post test kelas kontrol sebesar 17,4 dan kelas eksperimen sebesar 36,7. Melalui perhitungan uji-t dengan taraf signifikan α = 0,05 didapat nilai thitung sebesar 13,580546 dan ttabel sebesar 1,70113093. Hal ini berarti thitung > ttabel, artinya outing class berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengetahuan makanan sehat pada anak.

Abstract

Penelitian ini ditujukan tentang Sikap Mahasiswa Sarjana Terhadap Penggunaan Internet: Survei terhadap Dua Perguruan Tinggi Negeri di Jambi. Dan itu dilakukan di Universitas Jambi (UNJA) dan Universitas Negeri Islam (UIN) Sultan Thaha Syaifudin untuk mengumpulkan informasi singkat mengenai sikap mahasiswa terhadap penggunaan akses internet. Seperti yang ditunjukkan fakta saat ini layanan internet menjadi alat atau sumber informasi yang sangat penting di samping buku cetak untuk mendukung siswa belajar atau melakukan tugas tersebut. Peneliti menemukan sikap penggunaan layanan internet oleh mahasiswa sarjana yang menjadi inti dari substansi pembelajaran masih khawatir atau rendah. Penggunaan internet untuk tujuan pembelajaran di dunia pendidikan masih sangat rendah, dan tidak banyak mahasiswa sarjana yang dapat menggunakan fasilitas ini untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran atau mengoptimalkan hasil belajar. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat 120 peserta dari kedua perguruan tinggi yang berasal dari Program Studi Bahasa Inggris Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan. Akhirnya, pada penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa, mahasiswa masih menemukan hambatan untuk menunjukkan sikap possitif terhadap penggunaan internet untuk tujuan pembelajaran. Mereka kurang tertarik untuk berurusan dengan layanan internet untuk tujuan belajar, terkadang mereka hanya membuang-buang waktu mereka dalam mengakses layanan internet hanya untuk bersenang-senang. Maka, aspek padegogical perlu diterapkan oleh guru/dosen untuk memastikan siswa dapat menunjukkan sikap positifnya terhadap penggunaan internet untuk tujuan pembelajaran. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of learning discipline and learning motivation on student learning achievement in the Department of Office Automation and Management of SMK Negeri 2 Jambi City. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey design. The population used in this study were students of the Office Automation and Management Department of SMK Negeri 2 Jambi City. The sampling technique in this study was a saturated sampling technique of 78 students. The data collection technique used in this study was to use a questionnaire or questionnaire method. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple regression analysis techniques which are processed with the help of the SPSS 22 application. The results of this study indicate that (1) There is an effect of learning discipline on learning achievement with a tcount value of 7.646 while the t table value is 1.992 (t count> t table). (2) There is an effect of learning motivation on learning achievement with a tcount value of 5.483 while the t table value is 1.992 (t count> t table). (3) There is an influence of learning discipline and learning motivation on learning achievement with the value of F count 31.830 while the value of F table 3.12 (F count> F table). So that there is a significant influence between learning discipline and learning motivation on learning achievement.   Keywords: Learning, Discipline, Motivation, Achievement.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui bentuk-bentuk penyebab terjadinya konflik Di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 20/1 Kabupaten Batanghari, diantarnya:(1) Keterbatasan sumber daya dalam memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi, (2) Penetapan kriteria ketutasan minimal,(3) dan Kedisiplina, dalam aktivitas kegiatan pendidikan dengan demikian maka konflik ini dapat diklasifikasi diantaranya:(1) Konflik Intrapersonal terjadi di dalam diri seseorang,(2) Konflik Interpersonal terjadi antar seseorang dengan orang lain,(3) dan kelompok terjadi antara dua kelompok atau lebih di sekolah Dalam hal ini kepala sekolah harus memiliki keahlian untuk menyelesaian konflik yang terjadi dapat dilakukan dengan cara: (1) Kolaborasi yang berarti adalah strategi jalan tengah dengan mendorong tiap pihak yang berkonflik untuk bersepakat mengakomodir kepentingan masing-masing dalam sebuah kesepakatan bersama dan berusaha mencari jalan tengah penyelesaian konflik yang tidak merugikan masing-masing pihak,(2) Akomodasi yang berati menerapkan penyelesaian dengan cara mendengarkan ide gagasan,(3) Kompromi yang berati kepala sekolah membentuk tim kecil untuk mrncari akar masalah dari pihak-pihak yang terlibat konflik,(4) Pemaksaan yang berati mengambil suatu kebijakan kepada bawahanya untuk tunduk dan patuh terhadap apa yang telah digariskan dalam. Penyelesaian ini dilakukan menyangkut nama baik, kredibilitas, dan tujuan pendidikan yang berstandar pada operasional prosedur sekolah dan,(5) Amanah, Amal, Barokah, Taqwa serta peraturan dan berpegang teguh pada Al-Quran dan hadist dalam menyelesaikan konflikyang di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 20/1 Kabupaten Batanghari.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between the application of full day school and learning independence with student achievement in public junior high school 4 merangin. This study uses quantitative methods with ex-post facto research design. The population used in this study were 8th grade students at SMP Negeri 4 Merangin. The sampling technique in this study was simple random sampling technique as many as 77 students. The data collection technique used in this study used primary data in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis with the help of the SPSS 25.0 for windows application. The results of this study indicate that (1) There is a significant relationship between full day school and student learning achievement at SMP Negeri 4 Merangin. (2) There is a significant relationship between learning independence and student learning achievement at SMP Negeri 4 Merangin. (3) There is a significant relationship between full day school and learning independence in SMP Negeri 4 Merangin. (4) Full day school and learning independence have a significant relationship together to student learning achievement at SMP Negeri 4 Merangin. The results of this study are used as input for principals and teachers. Improve themselves in connection with the implementation of the full day school system and learning independence that has been implemented very well in order to improve learning achievement continuously. Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation and obstacles faced in face-to-face learning after Covid-19 at SMAN 2 North Musi Rawas Regency. This research used qualitative methods with the research subjects of the principal and homeroom teacher of SMAN 2 North Musi Rawas. The data collection techniques used were observation, interview and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of learning after the Covid-19 pandemic at SMAN 2 North Musi Rawas was divided into three stages, namely the planning, implementation and evaluation stages and in each stage it was running quite well. In the planning & preparation stage, post-pandemic learning at SMA N 2 North Musi Rawas is carried out by still implementing health protocols. The planning stage carried out in the form of preparing annual programs, semester programs, lesson plans, and assessment plans and assessment plans. The obstacles that arise in the implementation of post-Covid-19 pandemic learning at SMAN 2 Musi Rawas Utara are very limited time and space. So that in the learning process the teacher lacks time to deliver the subject matter as usual to students who have more time. Another obstacle that arises in the implementation of post-pandemic learning is that the classroom atmosphere is not conducive, the level of politeness & discipline of students tends to decrease. Abstract

This study aims to determine the Learning Interest of Jambi University Education Administration Study Program Students in Utilizing the E-Learning Website during the Covid-19 Pandemic and Factors inhibiting their learning interest. This research uses a qualitative approach that is presented descriptively, using a phenomenological approach. Data collection methods using interviews and documents. The results of this study show that: (1) in the utilization of the e-learning website when learning is done well and easily, until the obstacles felt by each student of the Education Administration Study Program through stages: level of convenience, efficiency, memory, errors, and satisfaction. (2) the interest in learning of students of the Education Administration Study Program during the co-19 pandemic includes interest, attention, liking, and student involvement when participating in the learning process. In the learning process when using the e-learning website, students find out and study the e-learning website without coercion. (3) factors inhibiting student interest in learning have a negative impact when learning takes place, inhibiting factors such as laziness, internet connection, learning facilities and lack of supervision in learning during the co-19 pandemic.   Keywords: learn, e-learning, website, covid, interest

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Principal Leadership and Organizational Culture on PMR Extracurricular Activities at SMK N 1 Jambi City. The study used quantitative methods and the research data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to students who were members of PMR. The population in this study were PMR members at SMK N 1 Jambi City. The sample in this study amounted to 30 students with sampling techniques using total sampling techniques. The results of this study indicate that: (1) There is an influence of the principal's leadership on PMR extracurricular activities. This is evidenced by the results of the t test with a tcount value greater than the ttable value, namely 2.272> 2.052, with a percentage of 15.6%. (2) There is an influence of organizational culture on PMR extracurricular activities. This is evidenced by the results of the t test with a tcount value greater than the ttable value, namely 3.295> 2.052 with a percentage of 27.9%. (3) There is an effect of principal leadership and organizational culture on PMR extracurricular activities. This is evidenced by the results of the t test with a tcount value greater than the ttable value, namely 9,779> 3.34 with a percentage of 42%, the remaining 58% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this study.   Keywords: Leadership, Organizational Culture, Extracurricular, PMR.

Abstract

The learning outcomes of each student tend to vary according to their level of intellectual intelligence. Some students have a level of ability above other students, some are at an average level of ability and some are below the ability of other students. This can be seen when the teaching and learning process occurs, often some students dominate the atmosphere and others are just passive. In entrepreneurship courses, especially in discussions about business plans, students are often found to be passive, less creative, lacking ideas and just keep quiet. Therefore, in improving learning outcomes in Entrepreneurship courses, especially on the subject of business planning, one method that can be used is to use learning tools or media in the form of the Business Model Canvas (BMC). By using this media, it is hoped that student activity, creativity and learning outcomes will increase. The use of the Business Model Canvas (BMC) can stimulate student activity and creativity in the teaching and learning process because they are challenged to express their business ideas on the 9 canvas blocks that are available. Using this media will also be fun, discussing with each other, looking for new sources of knowledge and ultimately it is hoped that there will be an increase in learning outcomes. The results of the research concluded that the use of Business Model Canvas (BMC) media in the Entrepreneurship learning of the FEB Jambi University Management Study Program could be a solution in overcoming students' lack of activity in learning and minimal use of learning methods and media. Media Business Model Canvas (BMC) in Entrepreneurship learning in making business plans can improve student learning outcomes. The use of Business Model Canvas (BMC) media in Entrepreneurship learning can reduce verbalism in learning so that learning is more interesting, fun and not boring. Â
