Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how students' entrepreneurial intentions are affected by the variables digital literacy, self-efficacy, innovation, and entrepreneurship education. The participants in this study were students at Jambi University. This location was chosen primarily for its entrepreneurial education. This study employs quantitative research techniques. A questionnaire was used to collect the data, and 200 Jambi University students responded. SEM-PLS, a data analysis tool based on Smart PLS version 3.2.9, was utilized in this study. The findings of the study demonstrate: 1) Entrepreneurial intention has no significant effect on entrepreneurial education; 2) Entrepreneurial intention has a significant effect on digital literacy; 3) Entrepreneurial intention has a significant effect on self-efficacy; 4) Innovation has no significant effect on entrepreneurial intention; 5) Innovation has a significant effect on Entrepreneurship Education; 6) Innovation has no significant effect on the self-efficacy of Jambi University students. As a result, it is possible to draw the conclusion that some of these variables have an effect on the entrepreneurial intentions of Jambi University students, while others have no effect at all. Abstract

This study has a goal, namely to determine whether or not there is an influence between entrepreneurial knowledge, proactive personality and entrepreneurial vigilance on entrepreneurial intentions in Jambi University students. The sample used in this study was 272 students. Data collection using a questionnaire. The method of data analysis in this study uses quantitative methods supported by Smart PLS software version 3.2.9. The results of the study show that (1) entrepreneurial knowledge affects entrepreneurial vigilance. (2) Proactive personality influences entrepreneurial vigilance. (3) Entrepreneurial knowledge influences entrepreneurial intentions. (4) Proactive personality influences entrepreneurial intentions. (5) Entrepreneurial vigilance has no effect on entrepreneurial intentions. (6) Entrepreneurial knowledge influences entrepreneurial intentions through the intervening variable entrepreneurial vigilance. (7) Proactive personality has no effect on entrepreneurial intentions through the intervening variable entrepreneurial vigilance.Kata Kunci : Entrepreneurial intention, knowledge, proactive personality, vigilance

Abstract

Abstract Twenty-first Century intelligence issues involve uncertainty, mysteries, and risk. This differs from the 20th Century paradigms of security, secrets, and prevention. Analysis of current complex issues requires its practitioners’ novel approaches including a productively imaginative process of inquiry. Questions analysts ask not only serve as devices for attracting existing evidence, but also as devices for generating new evidence not presently considered. In this way, analysts meticulously examine complex issues and aided by technology, are predisposed to creating novel actionable intelligence and preventing strategic surprises. Normatively, this brand of reasoning is at odds with how most people, including intelligence analysts naturally think, as people seek to confirm the first answer to a problem they discover, selectively use evidence to support that position even when there are compelling pieces of evidence that an alternative hypothesis may actually be the correct one. That people routinely fall prey to such poor thinking is well documented and indeed, most commercial advertisers strive to take advantage of this, so do adversaries. One element of most intelligence failures includes poor thinking on the part of analysts. Poor thinking which adversaries usually take advantage of. So how can analysts avoid such thinking? One solution is to teach intelligence analysts to think critically. Critical thinking therefore provides structure to the reasoning processes that identify for analysts where they are most likely to go astray. It offers a means for self-reflective reasoning that leads to improved thinking. If such thinking is aided by structured analytic techniques, then analysts will, and do improve on how they resolve security-laden issues with clarity and effective response.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out 1) The effect of entrepreneurship courses on the interest in entrepreneurship at Jambi University students; 2) The effect of entrepreneurial practice on the interest in entrepreneurship at Jambi University students; 3) The effect of self-efficacy on the interest in entrepreneurship at Jambi University students. This research is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study were all Jambi university students. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique. The sample in this study were Jambi university students, namely 207 respondents. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire technique. The data analysis used is SEM-PLS analysis. The results of this study indicate that the entrepreneurship course has a positive effect on the interest in entrepreneurship at Jambi University students, the entrepreneurship course has a positive and significant effect on the entrepreneurial practices of Jambi University students, self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on the interest in entrepreneurship at Jambi University students, and self-efficacy also has a positive effect. and significant to the entrepreneurial practices of Jambi university students while entrepreneurial practices did not have a significant effect on the interest in entrepreneurship of Jambi university students. Abstract

Siswa merupakan subjek yang selalu menjadi penelitian dalam ketuntasan pembelajaran. Begitu juga siswa kelas IV SD Eka Tjipta Sungai Air Jernih Kecamatan Pauh yang menjadi subjek penelitian ini. Rendahnya aktifitas dan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV pada mata pelajaran Bahasa In-donesa dengan materi “Memahami Teks Panjang“ melatar belakangi penelitian perbaikan pembela-jaran ini. Peneliti telah melihat hasil belajar prasiklus, perolehan ketuntasan hanya mencapai 29%. Keinginan untuk memperbaiki sekaligus meningkatkan aktifitas dan hasil belajar ini, Sebagai so-lusinya peneliti menerapkan strategi pembelajaran dengan model Cooperatif Integratif Reading and Compotion ( CIRC ) yang mengintegrasikan bacaan secara menyeluruh kemudian mengkomposisikan menjadi bagian-bagian yang penting. Sebuah Model yang komprehensif untuk mengajari pembelaja-ran membaca, menulis, dan seni berbahasa pada kelas yang lebih tinggi. Prosedur pelaksanaan per-baikan pembelajaran ini dilakukan dalam 3 siklus dengan 6 kali pertemuan. Setelah perbaikan maka peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa adanya peningkatan rata-rata ketuntasan klasikal untuk aktifitas siswa dari siklus 1 65,5% sampai siklus 3 mencapai 85,3% dan hasil belajar siswa dari siklus 1 rata-rata ketuntasan 64,4% sampai siklus 3 mencapai 86,3%. Pada siklus 1 pertemuan kesatu 9 orang yang tidak tuntas, sedangkan setelah pelaksanaan terakhir di siklus 3 semua siswa sudah tuntas. Ketunta-san yang bertahap ini menunjukkan bahwa efektifitas dari model pembelajaran ini sangat cocok dit-erapkan untuk pembelajaran yang bersifat membaca dengan tujuan pemahaman. Namun kurang co-cok untuk pembelajaran yang bersifat berhitung.

Abstract

Rendahnya hasil belajar yang dibuktikan persentase ketidaktuntasan mencapai 64% dari seluruh siswa kelas 4 SDN 217/VII Sikamis pada materi kelipatan dan faktor menjadi motivasi tersendiri bagi peneliti untuk melakukan tindakan perbaikan pembelajaran. karena disebabkan oleh strategi pembelajaran yang lemah dan membosankan bagi siswa yang juga berpengaruh pada aktifitas belajar siswa yang menurun. Untuk selanjutnya peneliti memilih alternative solusi dengan menerapkan strategi pembelajaran model Cooperatif tipe jigsaw. Model ini merupakan salah satu variasi model Collaborative Learning yaitu proses belajar kelompok dimana setiap anggota menyumbangkan informasi, pengalaman, ide, sikap, pen-dapat, kemampuan, dan keterampilan yang dimilikinya, untuk secara bersama-sama saling meningkatkan pemahaman seluruh anggota. Setelah melaksanakan perbaikan pembelajaran dalam 3 siklus dengan 6 kali pertemuan, maka peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa adanya peningkatan rata-rata ketuntasan klasikal untuk ak-tifitas siswa dari siklus 1 63,9% sampai siklus 3 mencapai 84,5% dan hasil belajar siswa dari siklus 1 rata-rata ketuntasan 62,3% sampai siklus 3 mencapai 81,2%. Jumlah persentase perbandingan persiswa yang tuntas dan tidak tuntas pada akhir siklus III yaitu 80,6 % berbanding 19,4 %. Dilihat dari progres ketunta-san yang bertahap ini, menunjukkan bahwa efektifitas dari model pembelajaran ini baik diterapkan untuk meningkatkan pengalaman pembelajaran secara massif. karena dalam kegiatan belajar siswa memperoleh materi lebih dari satu arah. Jadi model ini sangan membantu membangun keterampilan siswa dalam ber-interaksi positif dengan kelompok belajar mereka untuk mencapai tujuan bersama.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Keterlibatan Mahasiswa Dalam Pelaksanaan Program Kampus Mengajar Di SMP Negeri 24 Kota Jambi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif dan menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Program Kampus Mengajar di SMP Negeri 24 Kota Jambi yang berjumlah enam mahasiswa.Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik wawancara.Teknik analisis data yaitu dengan menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.Sedangkan untuk keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi data. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) pelaksanaan program kampus mengajar memberikan pengalaman baru bagi mahasiswa. Berdasarkan pengalaman, mahasiswa dapat meningkatkan pengembangan kreativitas dengan cara mempraktekkan secara langsung dilapangan. (2) keterlibatan mahasiswa dalam pelaksanaan program kampus mengajar yang berlangsung yaitu mahasiswa diberikan tugas-tugas seperti membantu guru terkait program kampus mengajar, membuat program-program yang menarik, mahasiswa juga berantusias dan sangat aktif berpartisipasi dalam pelaksanaan program. (3) faktor pendukung dalam pelaksanaan program kampus mengajar memberikan dampak positif pada keterlibatan mahasiswa, faktor pendukung tersebut terbagi menjadi motivasi intrinsic antar sesama mahasiswa, solidaritas dan komitmen mahasiswa menjadi solusi dan pendukung pelaksanaan Program Kampus Mengajar. (4) faktor penghambat dalam pelaksanaan program kampus mengajar dapat memberikan dampak negatif pada keterlibatan mahasiswa, faktor penghambatnya seperti sarana dan prasarana yang belum memadai, mis komunikasi yang masih sering terjadi, iklim kerja yang tidak kondusif.

Abstract

Strategic management is very important in managing an organization, because it can differentiate how well an organization achieves its performance, can face all forms of change and every decision provides benefits for various forms and types of profit-oriented organizations, government institutions, health and other organizations. other non-profits. Strategy is a process of implementing planning to achieve the organization's long-term goals by involving various existing resources. The Strategic Management course is a course designed to provide students with an understanding so they can implement a series of managerial decisions and actions in determining company performance in the long term. After students complete this strategic management course, students are expected to understand strategic management in terms of environmental observation, strategy formulation (strategic planning or long-term planning), strategy implementation, and evaluation/control. In addition, students are able to consider the implications of organizational strategy for the entire human resource system in the organization by translating organizational goals into specific resource management systems.Keywords: Case Methode, Management, Strategy.

Abstract

Mata kuliah Manajemen Kinerja merupakan mata kuliah wajib yang ditetapkan oleh Prodi Manajemen. Manajemen kinerja merupakan mata kuliah yang dirancang untuk meningkatkan pemahaman kepada mahasiswa untuk mampu meningkatkan kinerja organisasi, kelompok dan individu yang digerakan oleh para manajer. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan Rencana Pembelajaran Studi (RPS) Mata kuliah Manajemen Kinerja yang menerapkan metode pembelajaran studi kasus. Metode dalam penelitian ini yaitu studi kasus merupakan metode pembelajaran dengan menggunakan cara mengembangkan cara berfikir kritis mahasiswa untuk menemukan solusi dari kasus topik permasalahan dalam kaitannya dengan mata kuliah yang diambil. Hasil penelitian yaitu Pemanfaatan Metode Classroom Action Research (CAR) pada pembelajaran Manajemen Kinerja Prodi Manajemen FEB Universitas Jambi dapat menjadi solusi dalam mengatasi kurang aktifnya mahasiswa dalam belajar dan minimnya penggunaan metode dan media pembelajaran.

Abstract

The research aims to assess the impact of online social networking and student stress on their emotional and mental intelligence. The survey methodology employed in this study involved the distribution of questionnaires to collect data on respondents' characteristics, opinions, behaviors, and attitudes. To evaluate the research's analytical capacity, G Power was utilized to determine an adequate sample size, resulting in a total sample of 218 from a population of 8968, achieving a power of 0.95.Participants were requested to provide demographic information and rate their agreement with statements comprising 20 items derived from four constructs based on Tenzit Tyagi's work (2022). These constructs included online social networking (OSN) (5 items), student stress (SS) (5 items), mental health (MH) (5 items), and emotional intelligence (EI) (5 items). Mean scores were calculated to determine the levels of each variable. The mental health variable obtained the highest mean score (4.3), followed by emotional intelligence (mean 4.1), while student stress received the lowest mean score (mean 3.0).The research aims to identify and analyze the factors influencing online social networking and student stress as predictors of mental health and emotional intelligence among students in the Faculty of Education. The study examines four main variables: Online Social Networking (X1), Student Stress (X2), Mental Health (Y1), and Emotional Intelligence (Y2). The researcher has formulated six hypotheses to explore the impact of each variable on the research question. The ultimate objective is to gain a comprehensive understanding of how these factors interrelate and contribute to the overall well-being of students.
