PkM activities aim to apply technology to control the cycle and regulate mating in goats. The goal of this activity is for goat breeders to easily control and marry theis goats. The method is counselling and injection of the litotrof hormone PGF2Alfa intramuscularly, The type of goat used was kacang goat aged 3-4 years as many as 9 heads. The goats were randomly divided into two treatment groups, namely the group that received 0,6 ml PGF2Alfa and the group that received 0.5 ml PGF2Alfa. The injection activity was carried out in two stages. The first stage uses 0.6 ml of PGF2Alfa in all livestock without knowing which phase of the estrous cycle the cattle are used in. The second stage was carried out on the 15th day according to predetermined grouping where the group that received 0.6 ml treatment was 5 individuals and the group that received 0.5 ml was 4 individuals. The results obtained showed that within 3.59 and 42.45 hours, all livestock showed ssign of estrus simultaneously. PkM activities concluded that both controlling the estruos cycle using 0.6 ml of PGF2Alfa and using 0.5 ml of PGF2Alfa simultaneously showed signs of estrous and ready for mating.

The energy needs of the world including Indonesia continue to increase every year. The most commonly used type of energy sources was dominated by fossil. Fossil energy sources were not environmentally friendly and were predicted to run out in a short period of time. Therefore, the alternative energy sources are needed, such as biomass or better known as bioenergy. The purpose of community service activities in Waai Village, Central Maluku Regency was to increase the community’s knowledge in utilizing biomass as an alternative energy source. The management of agroforestry in Waai village potentially produces many types of non-timber forest products (NTFPs) such as sago (Metroxylon sp.) which has husk as its waste after sago flour had been harvested for food. The implementation of the activity was held from July to August 2023, with activity phases including: social approach to the village government and AM GPM management and continued with visiting the community on Friday 11 August 2023. PKM activities were carried out in two sessions, first, delivery of material and practice of making charcoal briquettes starting from carbonization of sago bark, forming of charcoal briquettes and second, burning of the charcoal briquettes. The community was involved in the practice of making sago bark charcoal briquettes in order to raise their appreciations and increase their understanding of producing charcoal briquettes from sago bark.

Mangrove ecosystems are the main focus of the Indonesian government for conservation and restoration activities. Damage to the mangrove ecosystem has suffered quite apprehensive damage due to the actions of irresponsible parties. The function of the mangrove ecosystem, which incidentally is a source of life for other living things, is starting to shift. This also affects human life, especially those living in coastal areas. The restoration of the mangrove ecosystem in Tulehu Village aims to restore damaged mangrove areas on the coast of Wababe Beach. The implementation of the mangrove planting involved youth, the Trash Hero Ambon Community, Lecturers at the Tual State Fisheries Polytechnic, as well as Lecturers and Students at the Muhammadiyah University of Maluku. ABSTRACT Mapping of customary areas around the Mount Sirimau Protected Forest Group has not been carried out so that in community service activities participatory mapping is carried out to map the land claimed by indigenous peoples around the Mount Sirimau Protected Forest Group as customary rights owned by clan groups in the form of Soa. The aim of participatory land ownership mapping is to create a better understanding of land ownership, produce accurate data, and involve local communities and stakeholders in decision making regarding land use. The activity method used is a participatory method. The analytical method used is the descriptive analysis method. Mapping customary land ownership has a number of benefits, including: Maps can provide clear evidence of land ownership by customary communities, so they can be used as an effective means of proving land ownership. Maps resulting from participatory mapping can be used as a medium for negotiations with other parties, because with these maps it becomes clear how the area is used by the community and who has the rights to that area.

Indonesia is a country that has a high level of vulnerability to natural disasters. Based on the disaster risk index, the Maluku Islands have a fairly high level of tsunami disaster potential. Small islands are often places that are vulnerable to tsunami disasters. Therefore, community preparedness on small islands is very important in facing this potential disaster. The aim of this outreach is to provide knowledge about disaster preparedness from an early age. This activity is a form of community service through outreach. The results of this outreach activity teach students to anticipate disasters, act when a disaster occurs, and handle disasters. Children are classified as vulnerable to disaster management efforts and therefore require special efforts to improve basic knowledge about disasters.

Socialization about compost making is important considering that cajuput leaf waste left over from distillation has slightly different characteristics compared to compost material that comes from leaves or other types of plant parts. This outreach aims to increase public knowledge about using leaf waste left over from distilling eucalyptus oil as raw material for making compost. The benefit is that the community can utilize wood waste left over from refining eucalyptus oil and reduce existing waste. The method used in this Community Service activity is in the form of socialization, before the activity begins, a pre-test is carried out to assess the initial knowledge of the socialization participants, then the socialization process consists of delivering material to the participants and continues with a discussion round. The activity closed by conducting a post-test on participants to assess the participants' final knowledge of the socialization material presented. The result of the socialization was an increase in the knowledge of the socialization participants regarding the use of waste leaves left over from refining cajuput oil. Participants can follow up this knowledge in the practice of using eucalyptus oil distillation leftover leaf waste in the eucalyptus oil refining business in the Social Forestry Business Group.
