Abstract

The development and growth of a company depends on quality human resources which can be obtained through employee training and development programs. Employee development is the target of training so that employees will be competent in carrying out their duties and can improve employees' skills, knowledge and experience in their work so that they can support their careers in the future. Career is a basic need for employees to gain social recognition in the family and economy. A career consists of all the jobs a person holds during his or her work. Some employees' work is part of a plan. Career management is the process of managing an employee's career which includes the stages of career planning activities, career development and counseling, as well as career decision making. Organizations can also support employees by creating an environment that enables growth and development amidst rapid change.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and attempt to analyze the effect of sales promotion and price perceptions on customer satisfaction with brand image as an intervening variable for iPhone users (Case Study of UPI YPTK Padang Specialized Management Students). This research is a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) model with the SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tool. The population and sample of this study were UPI YPTK Padang Special Management students. The results of the study found that there is a positive and significant influence between Sales Promotion on Brand Image. There is a positive and significant influence between Perceived Price on Brand Image. There is a positive and significant influence between Sales Promotion on Customer Satisfaction. There is a negative and insignificant effect between Perceived Price on Customer Satisfaction. There is a positive and significant influence between Brand Image on Customer Satisfaction. Brand Image mediates Sales Promotion on Customer Satisfaction. Brand Image mediates Price Perception on Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility, Capital Structure, and Company Size on Company Value. The population used in this study are coal sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2022. The sample in this study was obtained using purposive sampling technique and companies that meet the sample selection criteria are 8 companies. The data source used in this study uses secondary data in the form of annual reports of coal sub-sector companies. The results of the study indicate that Corporate Social Responsibility does not have a significant effect on company value, Capital Structure has a negative and significant effect on company value, Company Size has a positive and significant effect on company value, and Corporate Social Responsibility, Capital Structure, and Company Size simultaneously show that there is a significant effect on company value.

Abstract

Penelitian Ini Bertujuan Untuk Mengetahui Seberapa Besar Pembahasan Pengaruh Ukuran Perusahaan Dan Pertumbuhan Penjualan Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Dengan Likuditas Sebagai Variabel Intervening (Studi Perusahaan Manufaktur Yang Tedaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia (Bei) 2018-2022. Metode Dokumentasi dan jenis Data Sekunder. Metode Dokumentasi Yang Digunakan Adalah Analisis jenis Data Sekunder. Hasil penelitian Yang Didapatkan Berdasarkan Uji Parsial ( Uji T ) Diperoleh : Ukuran Perusahaan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Likuiditas pada Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Yang Terdaftar Di BEI nilai probability sebesar 0,00 lebih kecil dari 0,05 atau (0,00 < 0,05). Pertumbuhan Penjualan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Likuiditas Pada Perusahaan ManufakturYang Terdaftar Di BEI nilai probability sebesar 0,00 lebih kecil dari 0,05 atau (0,00 < 0,05). Ukuran Perusahaan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Pada Perusahaan ManufakturYang Terdaftar Di BEI nilai probability sebesar 0,028 lebih kecil dari 0,05 atau (0,028 < 0,05). Pertumbuhan Penjualan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Pada Perusahaan ManufakturYang Terdaftar Di BEI nilai probability sebesar 0,00 lebih kecil dari 0,05 atau (0,00 < 0,05). Likuiditas secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Pada Perusahaan ManufakturYang Terdaftar Di BEI nilai sebesar 0,042 lebih kecil dari 0,05 atau (0,04 < 0,05). Ukuran Perusahaan secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan dengan Likuiditas Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Perusahaan ManufakturYang Terdaftar Di BEI pengaruh langsung Ukuran Perusahaan (X1) terhadap Kinerja Keuangan (Y) adalah sebesar 0.128 sedangkan pengaruh tidak langsung Ukuran Perusahaan (X1) melalui Likuiditas ( Z) terhadap Kinerja Keuangan (Y) adalah perkalian antara nilai beta X1 terhadap Z dengan nilai beta Z terhadap Y yaitu : 0.317 * 0.133 = 0,042 Maka pengaruh total yang diberikan X1 terhadap Y adalah jumlah pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung yaitu : 0.333. Pertumbuhan Penjualan secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan dengan Likuiditas Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Perusahaan ManufakturYang Terdaftar Di BEI Pertumbuhan Penjualan (X2) terhadap Kinerja Keuangan (Y) adalah sebesar 0.499 sedangkan pengaruh tidak langsung Pertumbuhan Penjualan (X2) melalui Likuiditas ( Z) terhadap Kinerja Keuangan (Y) adalah perkalian antara nilai beta X1 terhadap Z dengan nilai beta Z terhadap Y yaitu : 0.499 * 0.133 = 0,066 Maka pengaruh total yang diberikan X1 terhadap Y adalah jumlah pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung yaitu : 0.561.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the digital literacy skills of PapaBurjo MSMEs as a case study to understand the extent to which MSMEs in Tasikmalaya City have utilized digital technology in running their business. The background to this research is based on the importance of digital literacy in increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs in the digital era and the potential of MSMEs in Tasikmalaya City. Through a qualitative approach, this research describes the digital literacy skills that PapaBurjo has applied in the Information and Data Literacy, Communication and Collaboration, Digital Content Creation, Safety, and Problem Solving competencies; as well as the positive impact that PapaBurjo has had on digital literacy. The research results show that PapaBurjo has a fairly good basic digital literacy, especially in terms of creating digital content and solving problems. However, there are still several aspects that need to be improved, such as the evaluation of information and the use of technology for public services, the risks and threats of cyber crime, as well as the use of digital technology to innovate and develop digital competencies. Digital literacy has had a significant positive impact on PapaBurjo's business development. The ability to utilize digital platforms and digital marketing strategies has contributed to increasing profits and expanding business reach and has facilitated PapaBurjo in building a wider business network and attracting the interest of potential business partners and investors.

Abstract

This research is entitled The Influence of Price Perception and Brand Image on the Decision to Repurchase Nuvo Brand Bath Soap (Case Study in Rawang Village, Pariaman City) where research by many people has made bath soap a daily necessity. People with low economic conditions tend to use Nuvo soap as an alternative to meet their needs, but there are so many new brands available that this soap is less popular with consumers. This research uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to respondents and the data is processed using SPSS. Looking at the test results that have been carried out proves that partially the price perception and brand image variables have a significant influence on repurchase decisions, and simultaneously price perception and brand image have a significant influence on repurchase decisions.

Abstract

This research is entitled The Influence of Product Price and Quality on Interest in Buying Skintific Brand Skincare (Case Study of Students at the Faculty of Economics, University of West Sumatra), this research is motivated by the background of many young people, especially women, who use skincare, especially students who always want to look their best at every opportunity. This Skintific product has become a hot topic on social media, there are many discounts offered and the prices are quite competitive, but there are also many people interested in it. This research uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to students and the data is processed using the SPSS application. In this research, it was found that partially price had a significant effect on students' buying interest, partially product quality had a significant effect on students' buying interest. Simultaneously, price and product quality have a significant effect on students' buying interest.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of stunting prevalence on the human development index in West Sumatra. This research was motivated by the large number of stunting cases in West Sumatra, especially remote areas such as the Mentawai Islands Regency, which resulted in the prevalence of stunting increasing and affecting the Human Development Index in West Sumatra. This research uses a quantitative type of research using secondary data. This research carries out classical assumption tests, hypothesis testing using SPSS. Looking at the test results that have been carried out, it proves that the stunting prevalence variable has a significant effect on the Human Development Index (HDI), with a significant value of 0.003 < 0.05. The determination result obtained was 38.8%. This shows that the prevalence of stunting can predict information regarding the Human Development Index (HDI) 38.8% while the remaining 61.2% is influenced by other factors not included in this research.

Abstract

This research is entitled The Influence of Entrepreneurship Education on Interest in Entrepreneurship in Economics Faculty Students at the University of West Sumatra. This research is motivated by the need for Economics faculty students to be able to create their own jobs with the skills or education they have received. No need to wait for the relevant agency to open job vacancies. This research uses a quantitative type of research. The data taken was primary data by distributing questionnaires to students at the Faculty of Economics at the University of West Sumatra. This research carried out research instrument tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests using SPSS version 21. The research results stated that looking at the test results that had been carried out proved that partially the variables had a significant effect, and it could also be seen that the Adjusted R Square was 0.370 or 37%. This means that the entrepreneurial interest variable is influenced by entrepreneurship education and the remaining 63% is influenced by other variables outside of this research variable.

Abstract

Distribusi adalah bagian penting dalam rangka membentuk kesejahteraan bagi seluruh umat islam untuk mengedepankan moralitas dalam melaksanakan perekonomian. tujuannya agar menghasilkan kondisi stabilitas dalam perekonomian bangsa karena distribusi dapat mempengaruhi perekonomian bangsa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan (library research) yaitu penelitian dengan cara mengumpulkan data-data dan karya tulis ilmiah yang berkaitan dengan obyek pembahasan penelitian atau pengumpulan data dengan sifat kepustakaan. Proses distribusi dalam Islam menghandaki bahwa dalam hal pendistribusian harus berdasarkan dua sendi, yaitu sendi kebebasan dan keadilan kepemilikan. Dalam Ekonomi Islam distribusi memiliki tujuan yaitu tujuan dakwah, tujuan pendidikan, tujuan sosial,tujuan ekonomi distribusi juga memiliki etika diantarnya selalu menghiasi amal dengan niat ibadah dan ikhlas,Transfaran, Adil, Tolong menolong, toleransi dan sedekah, Tidak melakukan pameran barang yang menimbulkan persepsi, Tidak pernah lalai ibadah karena kegiatan distribusi.Tujuan utama dari distribusi dalam Perspektif Islam adalah untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dengan menerapkan peraturan yang berlaku dalam Islam.
