Abstract

This research aims to examine the implementation of strategies in entering the international market. It adopts a descriptive qualitative research approach and employs interactive data analysis. The research focuses on the implementation of strategies (programs, budgets, and procedures) in the steps taken by SMEs to enter the international market (segmentation process, marketing research process, and criteria for selecting strategies). The findings indicate that Kahut Sigerbori as SMEs has achieved success in implementing key strategies (programs, budgets, and procedures) that integrate environmental aspects, particularly focusing on green products, environmentally responsive pricing, educational promotion, waste management, and adapting production to meet international consumer demands. This reflects a strong commitment to sustainability and innovation to enter and sustain in the global market. Recommendations for future research include the utilization of different theories orthe enrichment of other aspects for sustainable research, as well as employing different research methods to provide a broader perspective.

Abstract

Occupational Safety and Health (K3) is an inseparable part of employment and human resources. Occupational Safety and Health (K3) is a program created for workers or laborers as well as employers as a form of prevention of work accidents and illnesses resulting from work relations that may occur to workers in the work environment. This research aims to determine the effect of occupational safety and health on employee work motivation at Perum Bulog Lampung Regional Office. This research method uses quantitative research with a sample of 37 employees at Perum Bulog, Lampung Regional Office. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis using simple linear regression and hypothesis testing. The results of this research show that tcount is 6.193 > ttable 1.691 and the significance value is 0.000 < 0.05. So there is a significant influence between the Occupational Safety and Health variables on employee work motivation.

Abstract

Coffee farmers play a crucial role in the coffee industry, but the demographic of coffee farmers in the area tends to be aging. Therefore, a deep understanding of the perceptions and motivations of the younger generation towards the profession of coffee farming is essential to promote the sustainability of the coffee industry in the region. This study explain about analyze the perceptions and motivations of the younger generation in choosing a profession as coffee farmers in Rigis Jaya Village, West Lampung Regency. The research methodology employed qualitative and data collection through interviews administered to the younger generation interested in becoming coffee farmers in Rigis Jaya Village. The findings of the study reveal that the younger generation holds positive perceptions of the coffee farming profession. They recognize its economic potential and environmental sustainability. This research has significant implications for local governments and relevant stakeholders in developing programs and policies that support the development of the younger generation in the field of coffee farming.

Abstract

Thrift fashion is one of the current fashion trends that are busy among fashion consumers. A good marketing strategy used in marketing this thrift fashion is the scarcity message marketing strategy. This study aims to determine how much influence scarcity messages have on impulse buying behaviour among consumers in Bandar Lampung. The type of research used is quantitative research using the explanatory research method. The population in this study were consumers of thrift fashion products in Bandar Lampung with a sample size of 96 respondents who were taken using purposive sampling technique. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Data were collected through questionnaires. The data in this study were analysed using simple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the scarcity message variable has a significant effect on impulse buying behaviour with an R square value of 0.515 or 51.5%.

Abstract

The culture of an organisation plays an important role because a good culture will provide comfort which then supports theperformance of its members. PT Bank Lampung is part of theLampung Regional Development Bank, which naturally has a unique organisational environment and work culture. This studyaims to determine the effect of organisational culture (X1),performance engagement (X2) on employee performance (Y). Thisresearch uses a quantitative approach with the type of explanatoryresearch, the research sample totalled 69 respondents who are employees of PT Bank Lampung. The presentation of the research results explains that organisational culture, good performance attachment will affect employee performance in an organisation, especially at Lampung Regional Development Bank. From theregression analysis, it is found that organisational culture andperformance attachment together have a simultaneous and partialinfluence on employee performance. This shows thatorganisational culture and performance attachment play animportant role in improving employee performance together partially and simultaneously. organisational culture and performance attachment are two important factors in improvingemployee performance. Organisations should create a goodorganisational culture and expand training and development to improve performance attachment in the team.

Abstract

The Way Rilau Regional Public Company (PERUMDA) drinking water is a BUMD which has a business in the clean water distribution sector, so this company operates in the service and product sector with uniform health standards. One way to initiate make a clean water company is through segmenting, targeting, and positioning. Segmenting, targeting and positioning are methods for analyzing a company’s internal and external strengths so that the company can achieve its goals. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with interviews and observations to obtain detailed research results, using primary data sources. The results of the research show that the segmenting carried out by PERUMDA Air Minum Way Rilau for ready-to-drink water products is segmentation based on Geographic, covering 8 areas of the city of Bandar Lampung. Segmentation based on demographics, namely looking at consumers' income, gender, education and age. Segmentation based on psychographics, this company's segmentation looks at the lifestyle of its consumers who always follow developments. Segmentation based on behavior, consumers use more regular water products because this product has been around for a long time and is widely used. The targeting carried out by PERUMDA Air Minum Way Rilau for PPP SPAM water products is focusing on 2 green areas Sukabumi and Sukarame which are not yet reached. There are three classifications carried out by PERUMDA Air Minum Way Rilau regarding PPP SPAM water products, namely positioning based on product, competitors and consumers.

Abstract

The work directly associated with the strategic goals implemented by the company determines employee performance. Therefore, obtaining a profound understanding of the aspects influencing employee performance is crucial. The aim of this research is to provide a comprehensive study on the influence of leadership, motivation, and work discipline on employee performance at the Regional Office of the National Logistics Agency (BULOG) in Lampung. This research uses an explanatory approach with a quantitative research method. The research subjects in this study consist of all employees of Perum. Bulog Kanwil Lampung, totaling 57 individuals, using the cluster sampling technique. The obtained data were then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The research findings indicate that leadership does not have a significant impact on employee performance, but motivation and work discipline have a highly significant influence on employee performance at Perum. These results have important implications for management in human resource utilization and organizational performance improvement. Recognizing the importance of work discipline in enhancing employee performance is crucial for designing more efficient strategies in workforce management within the company's environment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore and analyze the attitudes and motivations of Batak ethnic in entrepreneurship in Bandar Lampung City. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The technique of selecting informants using purposive method and determining the number of informants using snowball sampling technique. The data collection techniques used were in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses interactive model data analysis, and the data validity technique uses source triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the attitudes shown by ethnic Batak in carrying out entrepreneurial activities are disciplined, highly committed, honest, creative and innovative, independent and realistic. While the motivational factors of ethnic Batak in entrepreneurship are profit, freedom, personal dreams and independence. The findings in this study indicate that the 3H cultural value can directly influence Batak people in carrying out entrepreneurial activities. The existence of the Hamoraon, Hagabeon and Hasangapon philosophies helped foster their attitudes and motivations. In realizing these cultural values, it makes them have a high work ethic, hardworking, unyielding, high enthusiasm and competitive spirit in achieving their goals.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan Business Model Canvas pada usaha Sate Taichan Ngab. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan sumber data primer dan data skunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Sate Taichan Ngab dalam 9 aspek BMC meliputi Customer Segments, Customer Relationship, Value Proposition, Channels, Revenue Streams, Key Activities, Key Resources, Key Partners dan Cost Structure telah menggambarkan model bisnis dan menggambarkan dasar pemikiran tentang bagaimana Sate Taichan Ngab menciptakan dan memberikan nilai dalam bisnisnya. Sate Taichan Ngab berhasil membangun model bisnis yang kokoh dengan sumber daya fisik, manusia, dan finansial yang seimbang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kota Bandar Lampung dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian explanatory research. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik non-probability sampling dengan Insidental sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan ke 100 responden karyawan swasta di Kota Bandar Lampung, dengan menggunakan skala semantik differensial. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS 18. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kemudian, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selanjutnya variabel lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja secara simultan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.
