Abstract

Organizations are a very important element in modern society both in the public sector (State) and in the private sector. Each organization has certain boundaries, so that someone who interacts with other parties is not of their own free will, they are limited by certain rules. Therefore, each organization has a different structure that can affect the attitudes and behavior of its members. To achieve these goals, higher education institutions need a good organizational structure, namely a healthy and efficient organizational structure. organizational structure is the result of the management process, in this case as the output of the organizing process. In the process of forming an organizational structure, the Team must pay attention to and apply various organizational principles, namely the formulation of clear objectives, departmentalization, division of labor, delegation of authority, span of control, organizational levels, and unity of command. The application of these principles in the organizing process can result in a healthy and efficient organizational structure.

Abstract

Development planning is a form of planning related to efforts to increase economic growth and community welfare. Indonesia is a developing country that is inseparable from the development planning program. This study aims to determine Community Participation in Village Development Decision Making for the Sustainability of Programs in the Village. The type of this research is descriptive qualitative which seeks to explain or describe a condition, event, or object such as a person, or anything related to the research. Analysis of data obtained based on field data, in the analysis process has four stages, namely reducing, triangulating, presenting data, and verifying/conclusions. Based on research conducted through interviews, observations, and documentation Forms of community participation in a Program: (a) Community participation in the planning process, in this case, the community participates in the planning process but does not participate actively. (b) In this case, the community participates actively in the program implementation process. The program activity implementation in Mendana Raya Village is carried out by the community with self-reliance and supported by village officials such as the head of RT, RW, the Program Activity Management Team, and the Village Head. Factors that influence community participation in a program in Mendana Raya Village are factors such as the ability, willingness, and opportunity of the community, where the community is aware that they need to participate in a program so that the program can run well so that it can make Mendana Raya Village even better, which has an impact on helping to smooth the daily lives of the community.

Abstract

Villages are the seeds of the formation of a country, not only in Indonesia but throughout the country. But ironically, the development of rural areas in Indonesia is always marginalized, public services at the village level are the worst level of service among public services in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to 1) find out the planning of BPD in supervising governance in Sepit village, 2) find out how the implementation of BPD strategy in supervising governance in Sepit village, and 3) find out how the obstacles of BPD in supervising governance in Sepit village. This study highlights the importance of a strong understanding of the roles and responsibilities of BPD in supervision. In addition, an effective strategy requires an efficient understanding of resources, independence from political interference, increased access to information, and the development of networks and cooperation. By implementing these strategies, BPD can strengthen its role in improving transparency, accountability, and quality of governance at the village level. The implications of this study can provide practical guidance for BPD and related parties in strengthening the supervision mechanism at the village level.

Abstract

One of the problems of education in Indonesia that is widely discussed is the low quality of education which is reflected in the low average learning outcomes. Another problem is that the approach to learning is still too dominated by the role of teachers. This study aimed to improve the learning outcomes of social studies of class VIII students at MTs Raudlatul Wathoni NW Taman Sari on identifying market forms in community economic activities. This study is a class experiment study which was carried out only 3 times in two classes, namely class VIIIA (experimental class) and class VIIB (control class). Student learning outcome data were collected through an evaluation test given at the end of the meeting. The results of the study showed that there was an increase in student learning outcomes, namely in the experimental class the average value was 70.13, and in the control class with an average value of 66.25. Based on these results, overall this study can be said to be successful because there is a difference between the learning outcomes of the experimental class and the learning outcomes of the control class. At the end of the study, the purpose of the study had been achieved where student learning outcomes had met the requirements for achievement. namely the average class value increases from each cycle and the classical learning completion of at least 85% of students getting a score of >60 has been achieved. So it can be concluded that the implementation of the participatory learning model can improve the social studies learning outcomes of MTs Raudlatul Wathoni NW Taman Sari students.

Abstract

The problem of education cannot be separated from human life at all. Education for human life is an absolute life that must be fulfilled throughout life. Without education, a group of people will find it difficult to live and develop in line with their ideals to progress. This study aims to determine the effect of direct learning models on student learning outcomes in social studies subjects for class VIII at SMP Negeri 1 Jerowaru. This study uses an experimental method. Data collection techniques use documentation and tests. Sampling was carried out using the cluster random sampling technique, namely taking two classes randomly and placing class VIIID as the experimental class and class VIIIE as the control class, the experimental group was given the application of direct learning while the control class was not given the application of the direct learning model. Student learning outcome data was obtained using a test. The data collected was then analyzed using statistical analysis techniques, the formula used was the t-test formula. Based on the results of data analysis, the t count was obtained as much as 1.692 and the t table value at a significant level of 5% with db = 27 + 27 – 2 = 52 was 1.671, this shows that the t count is greater than the t table (1.692 > 1.671). Thus, it can be concluded that the direct learning model has an effect on student learning outcomes in the subject of social studies in class VIII at SMP Negeri 1 Jerowaru.

Abstract

Implementing internal strategies management involves effort in transforming objective strategies into the action that is organizing school programs. However, something strategic is not implemented with Good Of course just No will be meaningful in environmental organization education. The researcher aims to analyze condition objectives and obstacles faced head school in the implementation management strategy head Janapria 1 Middle School. Study with approach qualitative. Data mining was carried out through interviews, observation, and documentation. The study taking place over six months involves the Head of Schools, the Deputy Head of Curriculum, the Deputy Head of Student Affairs, the Deputy Head of Public Relations, the Deputy Head of Infrastructure, and Teachers. Studies show that condition objective implementation management implemented strategy head school held start planning, organizing, implementing and supervising in the field curriculum, student affairs, infrastructure, public relations, and teachers. The problem is the indiscipline of power educators and education, miscommunication, and misinformation between teachers, and lack of Power support like infrastructure, facilities, and budget schools. The strategy implemented in managing a school is in the field curriculum, implement curriculum latest, in the field student affairs, prioritizing coaching students as well as channeling talents and interests students, in the field means infrastructure, develop fulfillment facilities, facilities, and infrastructure in accordance needs, in the field connection community, outreach, and publication school held through majlis taklim, improve teacher competence and professionalism.

Abstract

Salah satu komponen penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah adalah pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan. Prasarana dan sarana yang memadai tidak hanya membantu siswa belajar dengan lebih mudah, tetapi juga menunjukkan kualitas pendidikan secara keseluruhan. Perencanaan, pengadaan, pemeliharaan, dan evaluasi adalah seluruh aspek pengelolaan di sini, yang harus dilakukan dengan baik dan efisien sesuai dengan peraturan. Untuk memastikan pengelolaan aset dan infrastruktur yang optimal, prinsip efisiensi, efektivitas, pengendalian, kejelasan tanggung jawab, dan integrasi harus diterapkan. Namun, masalah seperti sumber daya personel yang terbatas, dana yang terbatas, serta ketidaksadaran lembaga tentang pemberian layanan sering menghalangi upaya ini. Dengan pengelolaan yang tepat, institusi dan fasilitas pendidikan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan lingkungan belajar dan meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan perhatian serius dari seluruh pemangku kepentingan untuk mengatasi kendala yang ada dan mencapai tujuan pendidikan yang diharapkan.

Abstract

Digitalization in the education sector has brought various digital-based learning methods that are able to improve the quality of the teaching and learning process. This research aims to review effective digital learning strategies in supporting educational quality. The research was conducted using a literature study with a descriptive approach, collecting references from journals, books and related research reports. Research findings show that the use of technology such as e-learning, interactive learning applications, and the integration of social media in learning activities can increase student participation, enrich learning resources, and provide flexibility in the learning process. This strategy also helps overcome several obstacles to conventional learning, such as limited space and time. However, barriers such as unequal access to technology and students' digital skills remain challenges that need to be overcome. Overall, digital-based learning has proven effective in improving the quality of education, but requires adequate infrastructure support and increasing digital literacy for all parties involved in the world of education.

Abstract

Peran kepala sekolah sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru dan mutu Pendidikansekolah.Penelitian ini membahas tentang strategi komunikasi kepala sekolah sebagai fasilitator untuk meningkatkan motivasi guru dan membangun hubungan yang  harmonis dengan guru. Komunikasi yang transparan dan terbuka mendukung partisipasi aktif guru dan menciptakan lingkungan yang  meningkatkan keterlibatan dan kepuasan guru. Selain itu, mendukung kepala sekolah melalui komunikasi interpersonal yang baik akan memperkuat hubungan dengan guru dan menciptakan suasana kerja yang positif. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja guru secara internal dan eksternal, seperti komitmen, kualitas pengajaran, dan lingkungan kerja, juga dibahas. Indikator kinerja guru seperti kepribadian, kemampuan mengajar, dan komunikasi efektif penting untuk mengukur keberhasilan pencapaian tujuan pendidikan. Studi ini tentang pentingnya strategi komunikasi yang efektif  untuk membangun tim kerja yang kuat dan mendorong peningkatan kinerja guru dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

Basically every child needs education, because with education children can develop their interests and talents. One effort to develop these talents and interests is through a formal or non-formal institution.This research aims to determine the increase in student activity and learning outcomes through the use of LCD visual learning media in class XI A of SMA Negeri 1 Keruak. The subjects in this research were 27 students in class XI A of SMA Negeri 1 Labangka. This type of research is classroom action research (PTK) which has been carried out in 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of planning, action, observation and reflection stages. The data obtained in this research include: Percentage of student learning activity, percentage of Teacher Active Performance Activity (APKG) and student learning outcomes taken from giving test questions at the end of the cycle, teacher ability in learning taken from the observation sheet and student activity in learning taken from the observation sheet. Indicators of success in this research are: (1) if the average value of student learning outcomes is ≥ 75, classical learning completeness ≥ 80%, with individual completeness of 75 (2) if student activity in learning increases as measured by looking at the student observation sheet. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the use of LCD visual learning media can improve a). Students' economic learning outcomes on the subject of Viscal Policy in the field of taxation in class XI A of SMA Negeri 1 Keruak. In cycle I, the average student score was 67 and increased in cycle II, namely: 86. b). Increased student learning activities in cycle I, namely: 19.5% with a low category, but there was an increase in cycle II, namely: 42% with a sufficient category. c). Increased teacher performance from cycle I data, namely: 60 (CD) increased in cycle II to 93 (A). d). Students who completed learning from cycle I were 48% increasing to 89% in cycle II.
