Abstract

Efektifitas pembelajaran online bergantung pada pembelajaran mandiri siswa yang didukung dengan sikap serta kepribadian siswa. Siswa membutuhkan kemampuan dalam menguasai penggunaan perangkat teknologi dan tidak hanya itu siswa juga dihadapkan dengan pengaturan otonomi kegiatan dan interaksi secara online yang kurang spontan menyebablan penundaan dalam pengerjaa tugas. Prokrastinasi masih sering dilakukan, prokrastinasi merupakan penghindaran melakukan tugas yang perlu dicapai dengan waktu tertentu. Tidak hanya itu, dengan adanya bantuan dari layanan konseling Cognitive Behavior Therapy, siswa akan dibantu secara penuh untuk melakukan penekanan pada prokrastinasi akademik mereka. Maka dari itu, harus diadakan upaya serta strategi yang dilakukan agar prokrastinasi akademik yang dilakukan oleh siswa dapat direduksi dengan adanya pengendalian dengan adanya Konseling CBT dengan teknik Cognitive Restructuring. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan pada penelitian kali ini adalah literatur review atau studi literatur dengan digunakannya penerapan pada artikel sebagai bentuk literatur atau sumber yakni dari artikel, jurnal, dan buku yang selaras dengan topik pembahasan pada artikel. Yang menghasilkan adanya hubungan negatif antara prokrastinasi dan konseling cognitive behavior therapy.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the behavior of students who are less disciplined in obeying school rules, doing assignments. This study was made with the aim of knowing the effectiveness of group guidance services using self-management techniques to improve student learning discipline. The thing that will change from this group guidance service with self-management technique is the attitude of learning discipline and low responsibility. This research method is a qualitative method with a literature review approach by using theoretical studies from various sources. The result of this study are group guidance services using effective self-management techniques to improve student learning discipline.

Abstract

This research was conducted to improve learning result of Students on semester 1 when study about “Pengantar Pancasila” by applying the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model. Data obtained in this study were obtained from observation, document study, test. Data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative and qualitative with 41 people as sample from Guidance and Conseling Department, Faculty of Education, UNIMA. This study is a classroom action research (PTK) consisting of two cycles. Each cycle consists of two meetings, each of which consists of action planning, action implementation, observation and reflection and 1 evaluation meeting. The results showed that the application of learning model of Project Based Learning (PjBL) can improve student learning outcomes. At the pre cycle percentage of student learning 29% and then increased in the first cycle as much as 46% and increased again to 100% in cycle II.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the level of self-esteem of students before and after the treatment of the Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT) technique and to determine the effect of the REBT technique on students' self-esteem. This study used a pre-experimental study method with the one-group pretest-posttest design. The subjects of this study were 10 students of class XI at SMAN 1 Palopo for the academic year 2021/2022, which were determined by purposive sampling technique. Data collection was obtained using observation and the Self Esteem scale. The results showed that the level of self-esteem of students before being given treatment was in the low category, and after being given treatment was in the high category, and the REBT technique had a positive effect on students' self-esteem.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of online learning to developing character students at SMA Negeri 9 Manado. This research was conducted using quantitative methods. The sample of 53 students at SMA Negeri 9 Manado for the 2021/2022 academic year. Data was collected on a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques using simple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS 24 for Windows computer program. The results showed that there was an effect of online learning on character building in students, the regression equation Y=64,896 + 0,964 X with a quantitative withdrawal comparison of the two variables was 1:0,964. This comparison shows that if there is an increase of one time/unit in the online learning variable (X), there will be an increase of 0.964 in the student character formation variable (Y). The regression equation is significant or not, it will be tested using the Fcount value at a significant level of 0.05. It means that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. The conclusion is that the hypothesis which reads that there is an effect of online learning on character formation in grade X science students at SMA Negeri 9 Manado is accepted and significant. This means that the higher the level of online learning will have a positive and significant effect on character building in students.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the description of school dropouts in Sepa State, Amahai District, and Central Maluku Regency. The research method uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Respondents in this study were school dropouts in Amahai village, which were taken using a purpose sampling technique. Data collection techniques using interview and observation techniques and data analysis used is an interactive model. Test the validity of the data using the principle of data triangulation. The results of this study describe students who make decisions not to go to school or drop out of school because of 4 main motives, namely anxiety and concerns of the subject while studying, not having motivation or encouragement in themselves, weak thinking skills, and lack of parental attention.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of group guidance services on students' aggressive behavior at SMA Negeri 1 Lawa in the 2020/2021 school year. This research was conducted using a quantitative method, by taking a sample of 65 students of SMA Negeri 1 Lawa in the academic year 2020/2021. Data were collected through a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used simple linear regression analysis with the help of a computer program SPSS 23 for windows. The results showed that there was an effect of group guidance services on students' aggressive behavior. The regression equation Y = 4.525 - 0, X with the quantitative increment of the two variables was 1: 0.110, this comparison shows that if there is an increase of one time / unit in the group guidance service variable. (X) there will be a decrease of 0.761 in the student's aggressive behavior variable (Y). The regression equation is significant or will not be tested using the Fcount value at the significant level of 0.05. Meaning that Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. The conclusion is that the hypothesis that says there is an effect of group guidance services on students' aggressive behavior at SMA Negeri 1 Lawa is accepted and significant, this is indicated by the value of the regression coefficient (F) of 53,595 with a significant of 0,000

Abstract

Individual counseling, namely guidance and counseling services that allow students or counseling to get face-to-face direct services (individually) with the lead teacher in the context of discussing the staging of personal problems suffered by counseling. This approach sees counseling as a rational process that emphasizes present and present behavior. Self-Responsibility or self-responsibility becomes human awareness of intentional or unintentional behavior or actions. Responsibility can be a manifestation of awareness and obligation for humans. This study aims to increase student self-responsibility in aggressive behavior, so that students (counselees) can manage time and can study for social academics. The impact of implementing individual counseling in teaching and learning activities for 10th grade students of SMK Negeri 1 Manado. This research was carried out in less than 2 months for the 2022 school year. Namely, on three students who demonstrated weak self-responsibility. The research procedures used in this study were (1) planning, (2) action implementation, (3) observation and monitoring, (4) analysis and reflection. The criterion for success in this study is a change in self-responsibility manifested in behavior that prioritizes learning from weak to strong to create a successful identity. After individual counseling actions the counselors can show changes that indicate an increase in self-responsibility in dealing with the learning process in the classroom. preparing to take exams, entering assignments on time can help friends to study hard as a self-commitment to change aggressive behavior. show progress in their respective learning outcomes.

Abstract

Self-confidence is a positive attitude where an individual is able to develop a positive assessment of himself and the environment or situation he is facing.In developing student self-confidence, counseling teachers carry out group guidance services, by taking advantage of the group dynamics it. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of group guidance services on student confidence in SMA Negeri 5 Tidore Kepulauan. This research uses quantitative research and random sampling as many as 10& or 43 students of SMA Negeri 5 Tidore Kepulauan from a total of 430. Data were collected through a questionnaire with a likert scale model. The data annalysis technique used simple linear regression analysis with the help of a computer program SPSS 22 for windows. The results showed that there was an effect of group guidance services on student self-confidence at SMA Negeri 5 Tidore Kepulauan by 69,5%, this is also seen from the results of the F test which if F count > F table and sig value < 0,05 then Ha is accepted and Ho was rejected. The conclusion is that the Ha hypothesis which says there is an effect of group guidance services on student confidence in SMA Negeri 5 Tidore Kepulauan is accepted and significant, this is indicated by the value of the regression coefficient (F) of 93.320 with a significance of 0.000

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of parental attention on student learning motivation at SMA Negeri 2 Tondano in the 2020/2021 school year. This research is a quantitative study with a correlational method by means of simple random sampling of 38 students of SMA Negeri 2 Tondano. Data were collected through a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used simple linear regression analysis with the help of the computer program SPSS 22 for windows. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of parental attention on student learning motivation obtained by the regression equation Y = 38,277 + 0.397 X with a quantitative increase in the ratio of the two variables is 1: 0.397 this comparison shows that if there is an increase in the value of the parent's attention variable (X) then it will be followed by the level of increase in the value of the student learning activation variable (Y). The regression equation is significant or will not be tested with the Fcount value at the significant level of 0.05. Meaning that Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. The conclusion is that the hypothesis which says there is an effect of parental attention on student learning motivation at SMA Negeri 2 Tondano is accepted and significant, this is indicated by the value of the regression coefficient (F) of 11.177 with a significant 0.002.
