Abstract

Tuberculosis is still one of the deadliest diseases in the world. Patients with tuberculosis will be given ati-tuberculosis drugs for 6 months. The administration of anti-tuberculosis drugs has 2 phases, for the intensive phase given for 2 months and for the continuation phase given for 4 months. There are types of anti-tuberculosis drugs that have nephrotoxic side effects. If the kidneys, especially the glomerulus, are not functioning properly, erythrocytes can be found in the urine. Normally, erythrocytes in the urine are 0-4 cells/LPB. If more than 0-4 cells/LPB it is called hematuria. This study aims to determine the description of the number of erythrocytes in tuberculosis patients at Arjawinangun Regional General Hospital. In this study using descriptive research method. This study was conducted using a microscopic examination method where urine will be centrifuged first and then made preparations using glass objects and covered with cover glass and viewed using a microscope with a magnification of 40x at least 10 Large Fields. Abstract

Fish waste and tempeh have significant nutritional advantages in making cat food. Some of the advantages that can be obtained from using these ingredients include the vegetable protein content in tempeh which is easier for cats to digest, making it very beneficial for cats with certain digestive sensitivities or allergies. Tempeh also contains essential amino acids that help meet the nutritional needs of cats, as well as support muscle growth and maintenance. Fish waste contains important nutrients such as 29.70% protein, 18.83% fat, 1.94% carbohydrates, 8.97% water content, and 1.07% crude fiber, which overall meet the nutritional needs of cats. In addition, the omega-3 fatty acid content in eggs is also useful for the health of the cat's skin and fur, making the food more nutritious. Tempeh is also known as first aid for cats with diarrhea, because the bacteria contained in tempeh can help neutralize harmful bacteria in the cat's intestines. By combining fish waste and tempeh in cat food, cats can get complete and balanced nutritional intake, while reducing feed production costs, making it a more environmentally friendly and economical choice.

Abstract

The implementation of the Hospital Information Management System (SIMRS) plays a crucial role in enhancing the quality of public healthcare services in Indonesia. With the country's vast geographical landscape and significant disparities in healthcare access between urban and rural areas, SIMRS offers an integrated digital solution to streamline hospital operations and improve service delivery. This study explores the impact of SIMRS on the efficiency of hospital management, particularly in administrative processes such as patient registration, medical records, and resource allocation. Additionally, SIMRS contributes to improving healthcare accessibility by enabling seamless data exchange between healthcare facilities, ensuring that patients in remote areas can access timely and appropriate care. Despite its benefits, the implementation of SIMRS faces challenges, such as limited infrastructure, high implementation costs, and a lack of trained personnel. To overcome these obstacles, it is essential for the government, healthcare institutions, and other stakeholders to collaborate in providing adequate training, improving infrastructure, and ensuring sustainable implementation of SIMRS. This study concludes that SIMRS has the potential to significantly improve healthcare services in Indonesia, provided that the challenges are addressed and adequate support is given for its expansion across the country.

Abstract

Peripheral vascular disorders (PVD) are common in patients with diabetes mellitus (DM) due to chronic metabolic disorders involving carbohydrates, fats and proteins due to insulin deficiency. PVD can lead to serious complications, such as diabetic ulcers, which increase the risk of limb amputation by 15-30% and mortality rate by 17-32% in Indonesia. Effective therapeutic management is crucial to reduce the risk of amputation by 50-75% and accelerate wound healing. The multidisciplinary approach in diabetic ulcer therapy includes antibiotics, hyperbaric oxygen therapy (TOHB), Burger Allen Exercise (BAE), honey therapy, hypnosis therapy, acupuncture - acupressure therapy, and Adjuvant Extracorporal Shockwave (AES), as well as low laser therapy. This combination of interventions provides a synergistic effect in supporting wound healing and improving patients' quality of life. This literature review aims to assess therapeutic management interventions in diabetic ulcer patients, by analyzing 89 articles from Google Scholar (period 2017-2024), of which 74 articles were excluded and 15 articles met the inclusion criteria. Keywords used included diabetes mellitus AND peripheral vascular disorders. The results of the review showed that an evidence-based approach and multidisciplinary collaboration are essential for the successful management of diabetic ulcers, supporting the healing process and improving patients' quality of life.
