Abstract

Regional government financial performance is a measure used to ensure the region's ability to implement financial implementation regulations properly and correctly to maintain desired services. 11 districts in Jambi province, Jambi City government and Tebo district government. Fluctations occur. The difference in regional income between the Jambi city government and Tebo district government is the highest and lowest in 2022. This research aims to determine the comparison of the financial performance of the Jambi City Government and the Tebo Regency Government. 2018- 2022. This research is descriptive quantitative research. Data collection techniques in this research use documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis with the formula: Regional Financial Independence Ratio, Effectiveness Ratio, Efficiency Ratio, Harmony Ratio and Growth Ratio. The results of the research show that the financial performance of the Jambi City government and the Tebo Regency government in 2018-2022 seen from the regional financial independence ratio shows that the level of financial independence of Jambi City is on average higher than that of Tebo Regency, seen from the effectiveness ratio shows that the level of effectiveness shows that the government Tebo Regency is more effective than Jambi City, judging from the Efficiency Ratio, it shows that the percentage of Tebo Regency's efficiency level is smaller than Jambi City. Tebo Regency and Jambi City are categorized as less efficient in managing finances, seen from the harmony ratio, it shows that the two regions allocate more funds for operational expenditure than capital expenditure, and seen from the growth ratio, Jambi City's PAD growth is higher than that of Tebo Regency.

Abstract

In this modern era, business growth is occurring very rapidly. Various businesses are developing everywhere, the number of prices and quality of products is becoming more diverse, making market competition fierce. The growth of technology can also have a big influence on human life, one of which is growth in the field of vehicles such as electric bicycles. Electric bicycles are bicycles powered by electricity and electric bicycles are transportation that does not cause air pollution. The aim of this research is to reduce air pollution and utilize advanced technology, so electric bicycles are needed. This research used a quantitative method with 348 employee class students majoring in law at Bina Bangsa University and the collection method used the Slovin formula. The data analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis and the results are significant. Shows that price perception influences interest in purchase intention U-Winfly brand electric bicycles.

Abstract

Consumer preferences and strengths have undergone significant changes with the advancement of technology, and intense market competition necessitates companies to be more competitive, particularly in their marketing activities. To endure amidst the highly competitive market, companies need to delve into consumer behavior to implement appropriate strategies. The Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) and Brand Trust behaviors in consumers are influential factors that can drive them to make purchasing decisions. This research aims to determine the impact of Fear of Missing Out and Brand Trust on the purchasing decisions of The Originote products. It is a quantitative study with a descriptive approach. The sample comprises 100 students from the Management Program at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Negeri Makassar. Data collection is carried out through observation, literature review, and surveys. Data analysis is conducted using multiple regression analysis with Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). The research results indicate that Fear of Missing Out and Brand Trust simultaneously have a positive effect on purchasing decisions. Furthermore, Fear of Missing Out has a positive but not significant impact on purchasing decisions, while Brand Trust has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions..

Abstract

The Indonesian economy is currently developing rapidly. One example is the need for motorbikes which are of interest to the public. In the motorbike industry, it is possible for manufacturers to compete with each other by achieving high sales by prioritizing attractive appearance and design in motorbike design, so that consumers are interested in the research method in this research using quantitative methods. The population in the study is the general public who use Honda motorbikes, so they can provide opinions about the quality of Honda motorbikes. In this study, the population is infinite, while the sample taken was 302 respondents. The results of the data analysis above show that there are no differences of opinion on each question, this happens because the data is valid and reliable. What can be concluded is that the opinion of the respondents believes that the quality of Honda motorbikes is very good. The factors in this questionnaire question are quality, influence of quality, performance, durability, specifications, promotion and brand image. Based on research conducted on Honda motorbikes, it can be concluded that product quality, influence of quality, performance, durability, specifications, promotion and brand image has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Because good quality can make consumers believe in a product being marketed so that it will attract existing competitors.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the impact of social media promotion strategy and e-word of mouth marketing on Luxcrime purchase decisions in Makassar City. The study adopts a quantitative approach with a descriptive design. The sample consists of 100 Luxcrime product consumers in Makassar City. Data collection is conducted through documentation and survey methods using questionnaires. Data analysis employs Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The research findings indicate that: social media promotion strategy positively influences Luxcrime product purchase decisions in Makassar City; social media promotion strategy positively influences e-word of mouth marketing for Luxcrime products in Makassar City; e-word of mouth marketing positively influences Luxcrime product purchase decisions in Makassar City; social media promotion strategy and e-word of mouth marketing simultaneously have a positive impact on Luxcrime product purchase decisions in Makassar City.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how the network is formed and managed, to find out what products are produced and what the marketing system is like at RKM GARMENINDO. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Through this research method, researchers find knowledge about research at a certain time. The results obtained in this research are CV which is engaged in making high quality clothes for various clothing models including shirts, trousers and t-shirts with several other models. RKM GARMENINDO ensures that every product they make has guaranteed quality and creative models. The conclusion of this research is that suppliers for raw materials or basic materials, namely fabric, only take from 1 supplier who is trusted so that the quality and cleanliness of the material is maintained and the distribution of parties that collaborate with UMKM Rkm Garmenindo only shops around the Bandung area, and only 3 The places that are always distributed are the shops in the Alun-alun, Tegalega and Cijerah areas. From the production aspect, there are only 3 products that are most popular with customers, namely shirts, t-shirts and men’s shorts. Suggestions expand distribution from region to region in the city and utilize social media to open an online shop. Increase the number of products that are innovative and can keep up with today’s market and have the unique characteristics of each product produced by UMKM Rkm Garmenindo.

Abstract

This study has an objective in knowing whether or not there is an influence between working capital and working hours related to the income of boran rice street vendors in Lamongan. The study method is through a quantitative approach with data collection through a Likert scale questionnaire. The population of Boran rice sellers is 87 people so that by using the Slovin formula, 47 respondent samples are obtained which will be randomly selected. The data will be tested with multiple linear regression analysis. This research shows that the influence of capital and working hours is positive and significant both simultaneously and partially with a percentage of 95.1% where this result is close to 100% so that the implication of this study is that traders, especially street vendors, must infuse capital and working hours, it is hoped that the growth in stock of goods can attract buyers' attention and contribute to an overall increase in income.

Abstract

Islamic business ethics are ethical norms based on the Koran and Hadith which must be used as a reference by anyone in business activities. This research aims to find out how to analyze Islamic business ethics in the laundry service industry in Alam Barajo District, Jambi City. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Primary data was obtained from laundry business owners, employees and consumers from the laundry service industry in Alam Barajo sub-district, while secondary data came from observations and archives. The findings show that the application of Islamic business ethics in the laundry service industry in Alam Barajo District, Jambi has been implemented. The majority of the laundry service industry in Alam Barajo sub-district understands Islamic business ethics as exemplified by Rasululullah in trading. For example, trusting consumer goods, maintaining quality and service to customer satisfaction so that business development can run well.

Abstract

In a global era that confronts organizations with intense business competition, performance assessments need to be carried out in a more aggregate or comprehensive manner that includes every member of the organization. The classical view that considers assessment only appropriate for subordinates must be abandoned and the assessment process must be carried out as something that has an impact on the organization. Therefore, a performance assessment strategy is needed that can reduce the obstacles that were previously needed. One strategy that can be used is to utilize constructive feedback so that problems that arise can be resolved and resolved in a focused manner. Constructive feedback is valuable response that focuses on improving employee performance. Constructive feedback is about being supportive so that the leader's feedback influences positive behavior change. In this article, the author conducted a literature study to find out the work culture at Netflix that makes employees feel at home, as well as analyzing the types and functions of feedback used by the company, so that they can achieve success. When it comes to constructive feedback, Netflix prioritizes an open and honest approach. Employees are expected to provide feedback to each other, including feedback to their superiors. It's important to remember that feedback can have a lasting positive impact on performance.

Abstract

To what degree do factors like location and interior design influence consumer choices? That is the question this research seeks to answer. The author of this piece of study believes that readers and writers will be able to deduce how factors like location and interior design impact purchasing decisions. This research employs a quantitative approach by surveying 89 members of the Bhayangkara University Jakarta Raya class of 2022 and analyzing their responses using SPSS model 26. The researcher is eager to find out how big of an impact the café's location and interior design have on customers' decisions to make a purchase, thus this study is quite important.
